Bring a fairy tale to Hogwarts!

In fairy tales, there always seems to be a type of character who offers hope to the protagonists in times of trouble, turns the impossible into possible, and creates miracles. Indeed, they are—the sea witch who gave the Little Mermaid legs, Jafar who powered Aladdin's lamp, Maleficent who blessed Sleeping Beauty… and Victor, the fortune-telling professor at Hogwarts. Victor emphasizes that there is a deep prejudice against him; he is clearly a good professor. As for why his students turn the school into a candy house, or why they can create heartless tin men and vines that grow into towering trees… he has no clue.
