Chapter 13 Catching Snakes

I'm not a hero, so I don't have a name.

Li Buying mentally complained, quickly thinking about what name she should choose. She reached up and touched her wrist, a flash of inspiration came to her, and she said to Daredevil, "Weaver, my name is Weaver."

Hearing the clanging sounds above, Li Buying raised his right hand and gently shook it. An M1911 appeared in his hand. Gripping the gun tightly, he remained motionless under the restaurant table, waiting for the rattlesnake to come down.

However, to his dismay, Rattlesnake didn't leave the room after getting dressed. Instead, it wriggled around on the floor and said to its female companion, "You guys stay here. Wonder Man won't do anything to you. Ha, superheroes."

Li Buying frowned slightly. He suddenly heard the sound of mechanisms and gears coming from the side wall, followed by the sound of rattlesnakes' footsteps in the wall.

After the explosion subsided, faint voices echoed through the quiet sewers, which Li Buying could hear clearly.

"Rattlesnake, we have irrefutable evidence that you're selling drugs!"

"Damn Daredevil, why don't you and Wonder Man go to jail for trespassing?"

Daredevil and Rattlesnake chased each other through the sewers. Rattlesnake had no idea that his escape route had been discovered. Upon seeing Daredevil, he didn't hesitate to throw the bomb in his hand to temporarily create distance.

However, his physical abilities are still no match for Daredevil. The Rattlesnake, dressed in a shirt, currently lacks armor to retaliate. The only things that can be used are the knife in his hand, a mechanical gauntlet that can enhance his punching power, and a pistol.

However, the closer Daredevil got to the corner, the more he sensed something was off. The stench of the sewers seemed to carry the scent of another person, and he immediately remembered the Weaver he had met in Hell's Kitchen.

However, Rattlesnake Willis Stryker just sneered, "You think I won't run away just because you say so?"

Rattlesnake rushed toward the corner, and to his surprise, a man in a raincoat suddenly appeared from the darkness around the corner. The eerie man slowly raised his head, and the spider on his white mask looked extremely ferocious.

Sensing danger, the rattlesnake widened its eyes and rolled to the ground without hesitation.

Gunshots rang out and hit the ground. Li Buying aimed again at his heart and head. Rattlesnake, whose life was in danger, threw his knife without hesitation.

Li Buying's spider senses were instantly activated. Sensing the threat, she immediately raised her gun and shot at the knife. The knife exploded immediately. Although the explosion was not close to her face, the power was small, but it still stirred up a lot of smoke and dust.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Rattlesnake quickly ran towards Daredevil, who was rushing towards him. Just kidding, Daredevil only wanted to put him in jail, but the guy behind him really wanted to kill him!

Unfortunately, the smoke and dust did not blind Li Buying. He tensed his leg muscles and instantly leaped behind the rattlesnake.
