As for the fact that students cannot use magic outside of Hogwarts, who cares when danger strikes?

Harry nodded, took a deep breath, opened the door, looked at Bill in the distance, and asked several questions in succession.

For example, what are the names of Ron's whole family, how old are they, and what are their appearances and personalities like?

For example, the name Ron the mouse, as well as details about his limbs and fur color.

For example, the food Ron's family usually eats, the gifts Ron receives, and some related questions about Ron's two older brothers.

Bill answered fluently until Harry couldn't think of any other questions, at which point he nodded and said, "That should be right."

Dolly nodded, but instead of letting anyone in, she continued, "Now you can tell me why you're here, Bill. What are you doing here? Who sent you?"

"I work as a curse-breaking officer at Gringotts. Gringotts sent me here because they thought coming directly to see you might scare Muggles..."

"At first I thought their ideas were too exaggerated, but now I have to admit they are right. It seems I have already scared you."

Bill's words ended with a hint of sarcasm, clearly indicating his dissatisfaction at being questioned for so long.

Dolly waved him in.

But before Bill entered, he said, "Bill, you should know this is Harry's house."

“If anything happens to Harry, or if he is attacked by a dark wizard later, you will be at least half responsible, because you set a precedent for adult wizards to suddenly visit Harry.”

Bill's expression changed as he realized the seriousness of the problem.

He quickly reiterated that he was indeed a Gringotts employee, and stated that he would always send an appointment letter in advance and would not visit suddenly.

Dolly then stepped aside to let Bill in.

It wasn't that Dolly had any issues with Bill; although he married Fleur Delacour, it was purely because Bill was representing Gringotts.

As for Dolly, who is the representative of these fairies, she naturally has to take a tough stance. Obviously, this has nothing to do with Fleur Delacour.

As for Fleur Delacour… cough cough, as for Bill himself, Dolly would even be willing to be friends with him.

At the very least, he is a staunch member of the Order of the Phoenix, and we will inevitably have to fight side by side in the future.

Bill sat down in the living room, surrounded by Dolly's family of four, without even a sip of water.

However, Bill dared not complain at all. After apologizing to several people, he said, "Anyway, I was suddenly transferred back. I don't understand why the fairies chose me. Maybe I can barely be associated with you guys."

"Anyway, I'll handle this business strictly and leave once I'm done. I definitely won't bother you."

Vernon then put down his baseball bat, but still maintained a stance ready to throw a punch at any moment.

"Tell me, what do the fairies want? My family and I are going out shopping, and we don't want to waste time."

Bill then produced a silver badge and a piece of paper.

He handed the paper to Dolly, the very paper on which Dolly had written her prophecy in Gringotts that day, recording some possible major events.

The last major event was the collapse of the behemoth Soviet Union on Christmas Day.

Seeing this piece of paper, Dolly was now almost certain that the other person had indeed been sent by Serrano and his group.

Bill flashed the silver badge and said, "This is a door key. I don't need to explain what a door key is, do I?"

A door key is an enchanted item that can teleport anyone who comes into contact with it to a designated location.

In most cases, a door key is an inconspicuous everyday item, so as not to attract the attention of Muggles.

“Next, I’m going to cast a spell on it, and then Serrano will come. If you refuse, I’ll just take it away.”

Dolly asked, puzzled, "If you were in such a hurry, couldn't you have sent me a message by owl and waited for me to come over?"

“Serrano is worried that you will never go back to Gringotts. He says time waits for no one.”

"Okay, let me think about it."

Dolly pretended to think and pulled Harry close to her for a whisper.

Harry's eyes lit up, and he quickly ran to his room, put on his Invisibility Cloak, and returned silently. He crouched down not far from Dolly, gripping his wand tightly in his hand.

This was Dolly's last line of insurance for herself and her family. With the invisibility cloak, Dolly was confident she could deal with most dark wizards.

Of course, this still cannot guarantee 100% safety, but Bill is right, time is indeed running out.

Dolly had originally planned to go to Gringotts in the next day or two, where she would face the Gringotts goblins alone.

As a result, Serrano has also recovered, which means the fairies have created a better opportunity for Dolly to negotiate a lower price.

If she doesn't seize this opportunity, the collapse of the Soviet Union, such a momentous event, will most likely have nothing to do with her.

Dolly looked in the direction she indicated, where the tip of a wand suddenly shone, indicating that Harry was already in position.

Dolly then said to the others, "Let Serrano come over."

Bill breathed a sigh of relief and then cast the spell on the badge.

The next second, a creature half a person's height suddenly appeared, its ugly appearance almost making Vernon and Penny scream.

Fortunately, this wasn't their first time encountering fairies, and they quickly calmed down with Dolly's comforting words.

Dolly looked at Serrano with interest and said, "Good morning, Mr. Serrano. Would you like something to drink? You probably haven't experienced anything from the Muggle world."

Serrano didn't answer directly, but instead looked at Bill.

Bill clearly knew what to do. He touched the silver badge and vanished, obviously teleported to Gringotts.

Dolly laughed when she saw this and said, "Is it necessary to be so cautious? He's your antidote."

"But he is also a wizard, and we fairies don't do business with wizards."

Dolly asked in surprise, "What about me? I'm not a wizard?"

“You’re just a cub, more like a Muggle than a wizard. You’re all Muggles, so we can work together.”

Although these words sounded like an insult, and there was even a hint of exasperation in the voice, Dolly laughed even more happily.

"Mom, could you prepare some drinks and food for our friends, like mushrooms and beer?"

Chapter 104, Part 2: Gringotts' Thunder Crisis

Penny was so nervous that her face turned pale, but she still nodded and went to prepare.

Vernon remained anxiously by Dolly's side, while Serrano, seeing that Vernon wasn't attending to his movements, simply conjured up a chair and sat down himself.

Serrano's behavior reassured Dolly even more.

This means that even though the fairies seem to be overwhelmed with countless problems, they dare not use a forceful attitude or coaxing to get the results they want from Dolly.

Clearly, they are no longer willing to take any risks and only hope to find a solution as quickly and safely as possible.

This means that the problems they face may be bigger than Dolly imagined.

The group remained silent until Penny brought over the beer and mushrooms.

Penny said somewhat awkwardly, "I didn't know what kind of mushrooms this...fairy gentleman liked, so I brought over some of the varieties I had at home."

Serrano frowned as he looked at the artificial mushrooms cultivated by Muggles; they looked quite different from the mushrooms he ate in the magical world.

However, he still took the plate, randomly picked one dish, and stuffed it into his mouth full of sharp teeth. Then his tightly furrowed brows relaxed.

The meat is plump and tender, with a rich nutty aroma. The juice that flows out after chewing gives Serrano a sweet and delicious taste that he can't get enough of.

Clearly, artificially cultivated mushrooms are not much worse than wild mushrooms.

Furthermore, because artificially cultivated mushrooms have high quality stability, you can enjoy them more without worrying about eating insects.

For fairies, eating insects is actually a bonus.

As for the beer, Serrano took a sip and showed a surprised expression.

It may not be as thick, creamy, or sweet as butterbeer, but its refreshing, fragrant, and foamy texture is something that butterbeer simply cannot match.

"Looks like this is your first time trying Muggle beer? With your status and position, it shouldn't be difficult for you to spend a few pounds to have a taste, right?"

Seeing that Serrano had relaxed considerably, Dolly spoke up as well.

Beer and mushrooms are basic hospitality and a way to temper the Serrano's arrogance.

There's no such thing as being obligated to someone who feeds you here, but when Serrano, who was being entertained, spoke again, his speech was noticeably slower.

“We fairies have our own way of life. We don’t need to experience the life of Muggles, and we certainly won’t spend precious gold to satisfy our appetites.”

"But I must admit that the situation of Muggles is much better than I imagined, and their world is much more complex than that of the wizarding world."

Serrano's hesitant demeanor clearly indicated that there were still many unspoken implications he was leaving unsaid.

It seems they are waiting for Dolly to speak first, or perhaps they want to test whether Dolly's prophetic abilities are reliable.

But Dolly wasn't going to beat around the bush with him anymore, because the fairies were clearly in a hurry.

The advantage lies with Dolly, so she can naturally take the initiative.

So she said, "Mr. Serrano, can you tell me why you've come here?"

She raised her wrist to look at her watch and said, "In half an hour, my parents, Harry, and I will be going out to Chinatown for Chinese food."

"If you can't explain it clearly within half an hour, how about I come to Gringotts to find you again tomorrow?"

After saying that, Dolly turned to Penny and Vernon and said, "Mom and Dad, you can go on with your work. I'm fine here on my own."

"Are you really okay on your own?"

Vernon asked somewhat uncertainly, but Dolly smiled and said, "Don't underestimate your daughter. I'm a prodigy from Ravenclaw."

Vernon nodded and pulled Penny away.

But Vernon remained watching all this from a distance, ready to support his daughter at any moment.

Serrano knew exactly what Dolly was doing; she wanted to ensure the safety of her family so that innocent people wouldn't get hurt if she took action later.

However, Serrano had no intention of taking any action today; he just wanted to return to Gringotts as soon as possible with good news.

After three minutes of silence, he could no longer contain himself and said, "Miss Dursley, I'm sure you've already guessed it."

"We're in big trouble in the Soviet Union... no, in the country now called Russia."

"A sum of money that should have been paid to the Ministry of Magic next month is now stuck in some Russian banks and cannot be cashed due to the turbulent situation."

“We suspect that because of this turmoil, we may not be able to get our money back in the short term.”
