Chapter Thirty-Two, The Fantasy of the Mosti Beast

They successfully resolved the issue with the monkeymon, thus easing a long-standing knot in LadyDevimon's heart.

However, Sanzangmon's appearance in the anime doesn't begin until the second half of the sixth season.

Emu only watched the first half of the sixth season, the arc featuring Taiki Kudo and Shoutmon; he didn't watch much of the second half, the arc featuring Geki Akashi and Gurabomon. He only watched the final episode, a gathering of all the main characters from previous seasons, out of nostalgia.

Even without Sanzangmon explicitly stating it, everyone knows she was referring to LadyDevimon and Parad.
