Marvel's Death Merchant

After Tang Tian dealt with all the zombies, he left. Bill seemed to have already understood, and he didn't say anything. Next, the team from that world encountered another group—the most famous survivors from their original world.
“Hey, beautiful, looks like you need some help.” Louise leaned against the back of the car, watching Rochelle's busy figure with a smile. “Go away, I can do this myself.” Rochelle didn't even look up, continuing with her work. “Louisiana women are more useful than men!” “Oh, oh, oh… quite the temper.” Louise shrugged. “Beautiful lady, would you like to hear my heroic tale?” Louise smiled and walked over. “Back then, they were all almost dead, but luckily I showed up in time…” A small folding table was set up by the roadside outside the car, with two people sitting next to it. They were fiddling with something in their hands.
"Want to continue?" Nick asked Francis with a smile as he shuffled the cards. He whistled, clearly in a good mood. "Yes! Of course!" Francis slammed his hand on the table. "I don't believe you can win every round!" Francis's eyes were practically spitting fire. "Alright," Nick laughed. "What are you betting this time?" You even lost to me with your pet. Nick had a small dog toy on his index finger, and he twirled it. "Oh, oh, oh... what's wrong? Your owner doesn't want you anymore? Don't worry, I'll treat you well, hahahaha." At this point, Francis was furious. He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth, shouting, "Don't get cocky! This time I bet..."
"Fuck!" Francis grabbed Nick by the collar and lifted him up. "You cheated, didn't you?!" Francis said viciously. "A bet's a bet. Don't blame others for cheating when you lose. Have some manners, okay? We're all civilized people," Nick said with a smile. "You definitely cheated! Otherwise, how could you win every round?" Francis seemed a little exasperated. "Tch." Nick removed Francis's hand. "Please don't insult my profession." Nick turned away. "I'm a professional..."
“How could there possibly be firewood here?” Zoe complained as she walked. “There will always be,” Ellis said with a smile. “But, in this vast desert, we can’t even see a fly…” Zoe kicked at a pebble at her feet. “Keep looking, there will always be some,” Ellis said, pointing ahead. “Hmm?” Zoe looked in the direction Ellis was pointing. “What is that?” “Those are bushes. At this time of year, they’re all very dry, and their color blends into the desert. You can’t see them unless you look very closely,” Nick said with a laugh.
As the sun set, its last rays disappeared beyond the horizon, slowly sinking into the earth, signaling the approach of another world… A small fire rose beside the off-road vehicle. The weather in the desert changes rapidly; midday temperatures are high, but mornings and evenings are frigid. The group sat around the campfire. “Okay,” Bill began, starting to speak. “First, we really need to thank you all.” Bill looked at the four people sitting opposite him. “Thank you for saving us in our most dangerous moment. Without your water, we would all be dead by now.”
“You’re welcome.” Kenneth smiled, twirling his already bald head. “It’s only right; leaving someone to die isn’t our style, and that’s one of the reasons we’ve survived this long.” “Is that so…” Bill murmured. “Although it involves some of your private affairs, I still want to know more,” Bill said, looking at them. “Where did you come from? Where are you going?”
“Hmm…” Kenneth looked wary after hearing this. “What do you want to do by asking these questions?” “No, no, no…” Bill hurriedly explained. “We mean no harm. Let’s tell you our situation first.” Bill sat up straight. “Hello everyone, my name is William Bill, they all call me Bill. This is Francis, Louis, and Zoe. They are my companions who have been with me all along, and now we are preparing to head west to seek government protection.” Bill spoke slowly and deliberately, sounding a bit like a rigid teacher reciting textbook doctrine.
“Hehehe.” Kenneth found Bill’s serious expression quite comical. “You two are a perfect match, Bill.” Kenneth said with a laugh. “You’re too serious. Well, Bill and your friends, welcome. It must have been a long journey from Washington, right? My name is Chris, but they all call me Kenneth, probably because I used to be a high school football coach. These are Nick, Rochelle, and Ellis. We came from the South, from Florida, Texas Road, Louisiana, winding our way here, not really knowing where we were going. It felt like nowhere in this world was safe. It was so tough at first. To survive, we started wandering the world, with only half a biscuit and a small bottle of water, but we still survived…” Kenneth said softly. “Until we found an abandoned military vehicle nearby, and found some clues left by the army. Apparently, a lot of the army went north, and the virus loses its activity in the cold.” Kenneth shrugged. “Who knows? Anyway, we’re heading north now.”
“North…” Bill seemed to be thinking about something. “Is that so?” Bill said with a smile. “That sounds good.” “How about considering joining us?” Kenneth said with a smile. “The more people there are, the safer we’ll all be.” “No, we’re heading west.” Bill flatly rejected Kenneth’s suggestion. “Why? Why must we go west? Is there something there?” Kenneth asked, puzzled. “I don’t know, but I feel like something is guiding me in that direction.” Bill said calmly. “…Alright…but you can reconsider my suggestion.” “No, I’m very grateful that you saved us, but our course will not change. West!” Bill remained adamant. “Once we cross this desert, we’ll leave.”
He had been observing the situation here, and he was still interested in the current state of things. It was a rare opportunity to have some rest, and this feeling was quite nice.
Chapter 710 Heavenly Sword Alliance
The sunlight outside was still blinding, so everyone took a nap in the shade inside the car. Even though Christmas was almost here, the midday sun in the desert was still incredibly hot and dry. The constantly speeding car was like a small boat gliding on a yellow sea, so conspicuous. The roar of the engine seemed to leave a sonic trail across the desert with the speeding car… It was so quiet around us, uncomfortably quiet. Alice sat in the driver's seat and gently pressed a button on the car. Suddenly, a lively guitar melody came from the car's speakers. Music—it had been so long since anyone had listened to music, and this music was like the magic flute of a wandering bard. Everyone was drawn in by the music and slowly rose from their seats.
"What kind of music is this?" Francis asked first. "Just ordinary southern country music," Ellis replied.
The Sky Sword Alliance, an organization similar to S.H.I.E.L.D. in the Marvel Universe, has emerged. This powerful organization has been trying to resolve this issue because they've detected anomalies in Asgard and alien forces. However, the situation on the ground remains unresolved, and they have a very uneasy feeling about it.
A young woman in combat gear sat in the dimly lit research lab. The glasses on her nose emitted a white glow under the glaring energy-saving light, adding to her air of mystery. Just then, the lab door opened, and someone quietly entered. "Carol, remember to knock next time," the woman said without turning her head. If the name Carol was unfamiliar, then the name Ms. Marvel was certainly familiar.
“Abigail Brand. I was hoping to give you a little surprise, but you figured it out right away. How boring.” Ms. Marvel, Carol, chuckled. “How’s your mission going? I’m here to check on you.” “Complete,” Carol said expressionlessly.
“Oh, I see. I heard you’ve been working non-stop lately,” Abigail Brand said with a smile, glancing at Ms. Marvel, Carol. “Let’s call it a day. Let’s put aside today’s work and go get something to drink, it’s on me.” “No way,” Ms. Marvel, Carol, flatly refused his offer. “At this rate, our work will take a very, very long time. We don’t have time… The virus and the alien invasion are getting worse.” Ms. Marvel, Carol, sighed, took off her glasses, closed her eyes, and rubbed them with her right hand.
"What would you like to drink?" Abigail Brand asked Ms. Marvel. "Coffee," Ms. Marvel replied simply. "Okay, then I'll have some black tea. Afternoon tea, please," Abigail Brand said with a smile. "You still laugh so much," Ms. Marvel said, looking at Abigail Brand. "What's so funny? The world has become like this..." Ms. Marvel glanced at the fully armed army outside, noting that the Sky Sword Alliance was still a very powerful organization.
"The world is in a bad state right now. The Justice League and the Avengers have disagreements," Brand said with a sigh, clearly in a bad mood.
"So, what's the problem between the Justice League and the Avengers?" Carol looked at her superior and said seriously. She was already very familiar with these two organizations and admired them greatly. Besides the Justice League, there was also the Sky Sword Alliance.
"The Justice League advocates for the elimination of all zombies on Earth, while the Avengers demand the complete destruction of Hydra's base to bring peace to the world. Then the two organizations began negotiations. The Watchmen also had many members, and after the Umbrella Corporation disappeared, they gradually became affiliated with the two organizations, becoming a huge force among them." Brand's words surprised Carol.
"So, has the matter been resolved? And why must we wait for them? The Sky Sword Alliance is quite powerful too." Carol was somewhat incredulous. He knew the strength of his organization; it had currently replaced the Watchers as the third largest organization.
"No, it's a pity that Umbrella Corporation was still around back then. Many of our troops here are actually remnants of Umbrella's forces. Umbrella's strength was so great that we couldn't even dream of entering their ranks." Brand's words didn't surprise Carol. The truth was, many of Umbrella's remaining mercenaries were affiliated with other armies. Umbrella's troops were powerful and highly skilled in their missions, making them a valuable asset to many organizations. Take S.H.I.E.L.D., for example! They absorbed at least 10 non-Umbrella personnel.
"And then there are the remnants of Hydra in Antarctica, where they continue their research on the virus," Brand said with a hint of disdain. No one dislikes Hydra; the world is what it is today, and many factions no longer need it.
Meanwhile, in the realm of the gods, Odin frowned as he looked at the situation on Earth; everything there was on the verge of destruction.
"Midgard is nearly destroyed. I wonder how Thor is doing. I hope he's alive. Although those viruses are really weak, there are still many hidden things that are terrifying," Odin muttered to himself. The situation was still very important to them.
"Father, I want to go there too. My brother needs my help." Loki looked at the situation on Earth, somewhat surprised but not afraid. He possessed Thanos's Mind Stone, so he wasn't too afraid of those so-called zombies.
"Good, Loki. I'm happy to see you like this. Thor is lucky to have a brother like you." Odin was naturally pleased to hear Loki's words, thinking that Loki had reformed. In fact, he didn't know Loki's true thoughts. Loki had never been loyal to Thor since he was born; he only wanted to smoothly inherit Odin's position.
"Oh, the Divine Realm and the Heavenly Sword Alliance? Interesting. It seems the Twisted Overlord didn't destroy that place. Was it waiting for my return? I will come out for the final battle, and everything will change." Tang Tian thought silently. He hid in many places, quietly waiting for the change. Everything here seemed perfectly normal.
The Justice League and the Avengers are constantly negotiating, hoping to resolve the world's crisis, while Marcus is also preparing to develop a cure for the virus. Everything is progressing as planned.
Chapter 711 Memories of the Past
While their squad was safe, Bill went to sleep with the others. Even in his sleep, he was thinking about something, perhaps all of this was something he was meant to experience.
"Hey... Bruce, do you know what day it is today..." Andrew mysteriously approached Bruce.
“Who knows…” Bruce lay on the bed, not wanting to move. “This past month of training has almost killed me, it’s finally almost over, don’t give me that nonsense.” “But… today is Bill’s birthday,” Andrew continued. “Should we help celebrate?”
"Tch...what's there to celebrate that devil's birthday? He's the one who's kept us up all night for over a month!" Jack said sullenly. "Celebrating his birthday? You must be out of your mind!" Jack continued his endless tirade. "And how did you even know it was his birthday?"
“I saw Bill’s resume on the table when I delivered some documents to the camp command post last week…” Andrew said softly. “Krum, what do you think?” Bruce asked Krum, who was sitting next to him. “If you ask me, I think we should celebrate, because he’s done a lot for us this past month. And if it weren’t for him, we might still be in military prison right now.” Krum shrugged. “How about we throw him a birthday party at the camp bar tonight?” “Yeah…” Bruce sat up. He sat on the edge of the bed, took out a cigarette and started smoking. “Okay, it’s decided.” Night fell, and the tall rainforest in the distance was dark and silent, a stark contrast to this rear training camp. The training camp was brightly lit, and many soldiers, after a busy day, were drinking beer and singing off-key songs loudly with those around them. Under the starlight, it seemed so peaceful, so out of place with the front lines ahead. Bill walked alone through the camp. He had just left the command post and was heading towards the camp's tavern. "Today... is the last day of training," Bill sighed. "Is sending these guys to the unpredictable battlefield too much of a burden?" Bill muttered to himself. He shook his head slightly. "Maybe I'm overthinking it. They're the elite I handpicked, familiar with the rainforest environment, and have the best training results... there shouldn't be any problems, and there's also that Bruce..." Bill muttered to himself as he walked to the tavern. He looked around the tavern; something seemed off. The tavern was eerily quiet, devoid of its usual hustle and bustle, and the lights were off.
"..." This inexplicable silence made Bill's nerves tense. As a soldier, he felt this was very abnormal. "Could it be... an enemy attack?!" Bill looked around. Besides a group of drunken soldiers, there seemed to be no one else around. He looked at the surrounding woods, which also seemed perfectly normal. "..." Bill swallowed hard. He took out his pistol. Holding the gun in his right hand, he slowly opened the tavern door with his left. The door opened slightly, just a crack. Looking through the crack, he couldn't see anything clearly; it was pitch black. "Okay..." Bill stood on the left side of the door. He mentally prepared himself and took a deep breath. Then he kicked the door hard. "Bang..." The moment the door was kicked open, Bill rushed inside. Just then, the lights came on. The group laughed and applauded.
“…This is…” Bill looked at the crowd in front of him and the small cake, no bigger than a palm, on the tavern table, as if he understood something. “Happy birthday! Instructor Bill!” Bruce said with a smile. “Happy…Happy birthday! Instructor Bill!” Andrew also whispered. “Happy birthday! Instructor Bill!” Krum raised his dark arm and said with a smile. “Tch…” Jack seemed very unhappy. “Happy birthday.” Jack turned his face away and said. “Everyone…” Bill looked at the people in front of him, wanting to be angry but not knowing where to start being angry. He smiled. “Thank you everyone, today is the last day of your training. Training is over, so please don’t call me instructor next time, because we are comrades-in-arms from now on. Just call me Bill.” Bill shrugged. “I was originally planning to give you a cramming session tonight, wanting you to have no regrets on the last day. But, considering that you helped me celebrate my birthday, training is over here.” “Yay!” The usually carefree J was now more excited than anyone else after hearing Bill say this. "Let's have a good drink tonight!" Krum pulled out several dozen beers from the corner of the table. "No one leaves until they're drunk!" After a few rounds of drinks, everyone was exhausted, and fueled by the alcohol, they started rambling. "Um... Instructor Bill... um..." Andrew said with a drunken laugh. "You... you still haven't told me... um... which unit are you from?"
“I told you not to call me Instructor anymore, call me Bill, or Handsome Bill, or Superman Bill.” Bill seemed quite drunk as well. “I’m the Green Berets. Pretty cool, right? Everyone in here is an elite.” Bill said, reeking of alcohol. “All elites?” Jack said with a laugh. “Then… why are you… training us?” “…” Bill fell silent. “My comrades… they all died in battle…” Bill said, sounding sad. “You scum! Why bring this up?! My comrades… they may be dead, but they live on in my heart!” Bill started to cry as he spoke, like a child. Perhaps it was because they were drunk that they could express their truest feelings like this? “You scum, do you even understand?” Bill said, hiccuping between sobs. “You bunch of scum, have you ever seen a real battlefield? The battlefield is unpredictable; one second your comrade might be protecting your right side, and the next, all you're left with is his helmet. The brutality is something you people who spend all your time in the rear can't possibly understand!” Bill said with a smile. “Hmm…you haven't disappointed me after all.” “I know everything about you. Welcome to my team. This operation is called Jungle Storm!”
“Yes! We’re happy to join…” Bruce said with a smile. “Bill, I have one more request.” “Go ahead and say it. I’d like to see what kind of nonsense you scum have to say.” Bill said with a laugh, taking a sip of his beer. “If this war doesn’t end, we’ll all die here sooner or later…” Bruce said seriously.
“You won’t die that easily!” Bill said, frowning. “I hope I won’t die either, but I just hope…” Bruce paused, then laughed, “If any of us die, the living have to attend our funerals dressed as sexy women! Hahahaha…”
Chapter 712 The Final Journey
In the dark, with no lights on, only the twinkling stars guided the car. The car continued its journey through the darkness. The occupants turned on the headlights. The car, illuminated only by a single beam of light, cautiously made its way forward. "Damn zombies..." Louis muttered, clutching his Woods submachine gun. "Why are there zombies in this desolate wilderness?" Louis was clearly still reeling from what had just happened. "I was wondering why you didn't go somewhere else with those people? Maybe we'd be safer that way," Louis asked, puzzled. "Yeah, Bill," Zoe whispered. "If it were up to me, I'd definitely choose to stay with them. There might be nothing left here..." "Huff..." Bill opened the window, took a deep drag of his cigarette, and exhaled the smoke. "As for why... I don't know, but I always feel like something's drawing me from the west, and it's been drawing me here all this way..."
“Sigh…” Bill sighed. The long sigh seemed to be a lament. “Maybe you’re all right, but I think it’s the same everywhere in this world. There’s no absolutely safe place. We’re just poor creatures abandoned by this world, struggling to survive…” Early morning, the SUV carrying four people continued its journey along the highway. Everyone seemed drowsy; over a week of bumpy rides had left them all exhausted. The sun peeked over the eastern desert, then climbed higher at a seemingly visible speed, emitting a familiar light… “I smell something…” Bill closed his eyes and whispered. “Smell what? Is it food?” Louis, hearing Bill’s words, immediately stuck his head out the window and sniffed hard. “Nothing.” Louis shrugged.
“Smell this…this smell permeates the air.” Bill stopped the car, opened the door, and gazed into the distance. “What? It’s not food, what’s so special about it?” Louis shook his head. “Perfect, we stopped to rest and take a walk.” After Louis said this, Francis and Zoe got out of the car and went outside. It was a high ground, with the road winding down a gentle slope. “Everyone, come and see.” Bill said, looking at the scenery bathed in golden sunlight. “It’s beautiful.” “What?” Louis was the first to come over. He stood next to Bill, stunned, unable to believe his eyes. “This…this is…” “So…so beautiful.” Zoe also came over. “I wonder if you can ride a motorcycle up there…” Francis said, laughing and picking his ear.
Before them lay a city, a very beautiful city, still remarkably unchanged despite the devastation caused by the virus. "This… I've only ever seen it in textbooks," Zoe said, gazing at the scenery. Bill took out a cigarette, lit it, and exhaled a puff of golden smoke that dissipated into the San Francisco air with the morning dew. "Our destination…" "Tomorrow's Christmas, isn't it?" Zoe asked, glancing at Bill beside her. "Who knows? Who cares about holidays and dates these days?" Louis chuckled. "Yeah, Christmas is tomorrow," Bill said, taking another drag of his cigarette. "This is the second Christmas since the outbreak, isn't it?" "Yes. The second Christmas." Francis held his shotgun in his right hand, resting it against his muscular shoulder. "There's nobody here anymore," Zoe said, looking at the empty streets and the thick layer of dust in the shops. "They must have evacuated long ago, right?" "Is that so?" Bill frowned. The group continued walking into the city. Suddenly, an abandoned military jeep lying on the side of the road caught their attention. The jeep veered sideways and wedged into the glass door of a nearby shop. The shop was a mess inside.
"The army withdrew a long time ago, otherwise they wouldn't have ignored this situation," Francis said calmly. "I think so too." Bill looked at the clear sky, smiled, shook his head, and walked away alone. "You old codger, wait for me!" In the military jeep that crashed into the store, two skeletons remained in their pre-death positions, struggling desperately. Their mutilated limbs told us they had encountered the last thing they wanted to encounter... Although it was winter, many flowers were still blooming. Perhaps it was because of the Mediterranean climate here? The park seemed undisturbed by the outside world, except that the weeds had grown taller. But its beauty remained the same as before. "So beautiful," Zoe seemed a little smug. Looking at the beautiful flowers in the park, she bent down to smell them. "So fragrant!" Zoe smiled and looked at her companion behind her. "I don't think picking a few flowers would count as damaging public property, right?" "Go ahead and pick them! You can look at flowers, and of course you can pick them." Francis blinked his left eye and gave a thumbs up with his right hand. “Hehe.” Zoe chuckled, squatting down to pick the flowers. “They smell so good.” She then tucked one into her hair. Bill glanced at the overgrown area. He seemed uneasy. “Something’s not right…”
"What's wrong? What's wrong?" Francis and Louis immediately grabbed their guns and ran over. When they reached Zoe, they were shocked to find a skeleton under the flower Zoe had picked. The sight instantly pulled Zoe back from her initial joy to the harsh reality of the world. She immediately ran to Francis's side. "This..." Louis swallowed hard. He immediately pulled out his machete and slashed at the waist-high weeds. The sharp blade sliced through the weeds, revealing what lay beneath. "This is..." Louis stared blankly at everything. This flowerbed wasn't a flowerbed at all, but a huge circular pit, and beneath it lay countless human corpses—perhaps thousands, perhaps tens of thousands... "..." Bill sighed. "Although I knew something was wrong here, this situation is truly beyond my expectations." "What happened?" Francis asked Bill while comforting Zoe. "How come there are so many corpses here?"
"..." I'm just guessing. "This might have been a military outpost, but the situation deteriorated...that's possible." Bill waved his hand. "Let's go, stop looking." After saying that, the group walked towards the bridge. "Aren't there any infected here?" Louis asked nervously. "Relax. Louis, being nervous often makes you make mistakes." Bill walked in front. "I don't think there will be many zombies here. After all, zombies are also people, they need to eat, and there's no food left here. They probably migrated along the route the army took to escape, right?" "I hope so." Louis seemed to have a fear of the quiet environment in the city. "Louis, if zombies come, they'll definitely bite you first. Hahaha." Francis said with a laugh.
Chapter 713 Hydra's Antarctic Base
The Punisher stared at the image on the screen, then opened his right hand beside him, and a miniature communicator popped up. A moment later, Nick Fury's face appeared on the communicator's screen.
"Punisher, how are you doing? You look to be in good spirits," Nick Fury said calmly, noticing the Punisher's appearance.
"I've reached the surface of Antarctica, and I should be there in about two hours. Our target this time is Hydra. I must complete this mission," the Punisher said coldly. They simply had to complete this mission to bring this all to a complete end.
"The details of this mission have been mostly explained. The difference is that you might be partnered with other superheroes. It's said that the last mission caused some negative feelings towards you because of others, but this time, I think you should be focused on the mission, right?" Nick Fury said calmly. He was satisfied with the Punisher's appearance. S.H.I.E.L.D. was working hard to defend against the zombies.
"Hmph, I'm never influenced by anyone, but thank you for reminding me. I'll definitely do my best for the bonus!" the Punisher said fiercely. In fact, besides money, he felt that duty was still very important.
"Uh, really? Then I'll wait and see. I hope you can bring Wolverine's son over, just like on the last mission. I'll give you more support then," Nick Fury said with a smile.
"Thank you, but I've always been very lucky. I'll contact you if I need anything. Goodbye," the Punisher said simply, and then prepared for his plan.
The Hydra Antarctic Base is located in Antarctica, near the Arctic Ocean. The terrain is complex, featuring towering icebergs, deep lakes, and mostly icy plateaus, which cover 90% of the area, interspersed with low-lying plains and lakes. With an average annual temperature of -30°C, it is one of the coldest regions in the world. This perpetually frigid environment results in extreme scarcity of natural resources, leading to a multitude of problems.
Ms. Marvel, dressed in a black bodysuit with a gold stripe around her waist, exuded power despite the frigid environment. This was her first time in Africa. This cold land had always drawn her here to destroy Hydra, but now, with the reality unfolding before her, it all felt surreal.
Ms. Marvel took a deep breath, facing the few faint green plants in the distance, she gently took off her sunglasses, then took out a communicator from her bag, and after pressing the control button, the image of her superior appeared in front of her.
"Sir, we have reached the target location. Should we proceed directly through that area to the Hydra base?"
"Wait a minute. The other superheroes seem to be in trouble over there. If you go in like this, your identity will be exposed immediately. This mission is different from your last one. I don't want Hydra to discover your whereabouts too early."
"Hydra? Hmph, how many bases like that are left there? It's almost destroyed." Ms. Marvel said coldly. Hydra had become a thorn in the side of all organizations.
"Heh, Ms. Marvel, even you're enough to keep you entertained for a while. Also, I have to tell you, Hydra has also sent its ace. As one of the few survivors in the world, its strength should not be underestimated. I don't want you to have direct contact with it, but if possible, you'd better take out the Hydra leader, otherwise the trouble will be enormous. Those forces from the universe will come over, which really surprises me."
“I’ll be careful. I should go scout things out now. If possible, I’ll infiltrate the base as soon as possible!” Ms. Marvel said calmly, then prepared to do other things.
"Carol, I've uploaded the map data for this area to your navigator. Good luck," the Sky Sword Alliance officer said calmly.
Ms. Marvel switched off her communicator. Seeing the location of Hydra, she couldn't help but chuckle coldly, then put on her sunglasses and sped towards their base.
Deadpool kept looking around. He had entered the outer perimeter of the Hydra base. Tang Tian, who now possessed the Ultimate Universe Deadpool, naturally didn't care about the Deadpool from the main world, so he was abandoned. Then he discovered an iron ladder, which seemed to lead to a platform on the second floor. Without thinking, he instantly teleported out. When he reached the platform, the area below was full of soldiers.
Deadpool raised his Desert Eagle pistol and fired at the first man who climbed up and lunged at him. "Bang! Bang! Bang!..." The rapid-fire indicated the battle had begun. Deadpool calmly continued firing, quickly running out of ammunition. This action angered the others, and more people began to surge towards the platform. As he was changing magazines, he was suddenly grabbed from behind. He swung his elbow, pressing it against the man's throat, forcing him to release his grip. However, the pistol fell to the ground.
In that brief moment of hesitation, someone grabbed his shoulders from the front, their jaws snapping open to bite his head. Deadpool quickly turned his head to the side, bracing his hands against the attacker's ribs, and then delivered a side kick, sending the attacker flying and knocking down the three people following behind. Deadpool looked back; there was no way to retreat. With a sudden thought, he leaped horizontally down the building. The drop was about 12 meters. He rolled on the ground, escaping injury. Since most people were still on the platform, there were fewer people on the ground, leaving a small gap. Deadpool leaped up and rushed through the gap without hesitation. Running at breakneck speed, he reached an iron gate. If he passed through this gate, Hydra's location was on the other side, and there should be another way out. Deadpool only wanted to get out of here as quickly as possible, hide, and then rejoin the others. He tried to open the iron gate; it seemed to be locked from the inside. So he leaped up and nimbly flipped over it.
"Thud." The sound of an axe suddenly rang out behind him. Deadpool turned around and gasped. It was a man with his head wrapped in burlap, wielding a massive axe. His body looked incredibly strong, but he was walking towards the iron gate, his hands gripping the sharp axe. Then, he swung the axe down, and after a shower of sparks, Deadpool's own pistol was cleaved in two. Even the mighty Deadpool felt a chill run down his spine. It wasn't good for Deadpool to remain in this universe; it was a pity he didn't know how to seize his opportunities.
Chapter 714 Thunder Special Forces
Just as he was ignoring it, Deadpool heard a familiar voice in his ear: "Get down!"
Deadpool did as he was told, and with a loud "bang!", the executioner's head was punched open, and he fell straight backward.
"Welcome to Antarctica, Deadpool!"
Deadpool looked up and saw Black Widow, whom he hadn't been able to contact. She was dressed in a military-style bodysuit, with various weapons strapped to her waist and shoulders, their cunning eyes scrutinizing him from her slightly dark face. In her hand, she held a high-caliber, high-powered pistol, the muzzle still emitting blue smoke from the gunpowder; clearly, she had fired the shot earlier. Deadpool, who had always been quite knowledgeable about firearms, couldn't help but feel a surge of curiosity, but the thought of her only appearing now also stirred up a anger within him.
"Hey, why couldn't I get in touch with you earlier?" Deadpool stood up, dusting himself off; being without his weapon had been quite a mess. Perhaps it was the things scattered throughout Antarctica that caused these unusual occurrences.
“I didn’t have time to contact you because I had to prepare some things. Look what good stuff I brought you,” Natasha said nonchalantly, taking out an electromagnetic gun from behind her and handing it to Deadpool.
"Is this Umbrella Corporation's electromagnetic system?"
"The loading ramp is polished like a mirror, the slide is reinforced, the bolt action is tightened for improved accuracy, and the aiming system is original. The safety is extended for easier finger access, and the extended trigger has anti-slip grooves. There's also a ring-shaped hammer, and the trigger guard has been filed for improved grip. And that's not all; almost every part has been professionally customized. Where did you get such a thing?"
"There are some good things in the Hydra warehouse not far ahead. Follow me..."
The biohazard crisis in the Marvel universe is terrifying, and no one wants it to continue indefinitely; however, resolving it is no easy task. Therefore, all the superheroes and some superpowered individuals devised a plan against the Hydra organization in Antarctica.
Meanwhile, in the early hours of the morning, a large transport plane was traversing the darkness in Antarctica. Inside the cabin sat six people, all wearing M15 submachine guns and all dressed in black, with protective helmets on their heads and gas masks on their faces.
"Flying over Hydra, approaching the drop target. Airdrop in 20 minutes... Internal decompression initiation," the pilot said coldly.
"Thunderbolt Squad members, listen up! Begin equipment checks... Put on your main parachutes." A tall, burly middle-aged man among the six men in black began issuing orders. A peculiar lightning bolt icon was painted on his left arm, indicating that he was the leader of the group. "Very good, Jack, are you ready?"
"The drop zone still shows a high-pressure zone," the pilot replied coldly.
"Very good, clear visibility. Prepare for airdrop in 10 minutes!" the middle-aged man said calmly.
"...Decompression complete. Check oxygen supply. Airdrop in 6 minutes. Open rear hatch."
"...It's -46 degrees Celsius outside. Airdrop in two minutes. Everyone stand up!"
"We will be descending at 140 miles per hour. This is our first actual skydive. Everyone, please follow the instructions given during training!" the middle-aged man commanded.
"Yes!" everyone responded in unison.
"...Airdrop in ten seconds. Ready...Good condition, all normal. Preparing to jump...Countdown: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1—Soar high! God be with you!" The pilot waved. After they had all jumped, he shrugged and muttered, "Black Giant, I hope you won't be the only one coming back this time..."
They had landed and were carefully moving between the buildings using their grappling hooks to avoid detection. Two hours earlier, to coordinate with that person's operation, she had stored some of the supplies she had obtained from there in an abandoned underground warehouse near the Hydra organization.
Led by one of the middle-aged men, six men in black made their way through the winding underground tunnel. Their movements were not affected by the sudden attack, but after a brief regrouping, they continued onward.
