Chapter 69 Mission Completed and the New World

It was not safe to stay there any longer. After the three of them tested the waters and confirmed that Frost was unable to move, they drove several more wooden nails into his body. Then they used a knife to remove the burning parts from the surface and had Li Buying tie him up and take him away.

They led him to a secluded spot, where Blade and Punisher slowly dealt with the immortal vampire, while Li Buying watched as his magic gradually diminished.

Two hours later, as the two butchers grew somewhat annoyed, Frost's regeneration rate finally slowed significantly—he no longer had the energy to regenerate.

Immortality alone, without any other embellishment, makes one nothing more than a wooden stake. This vampire stake's eyes are filled with despair and fear in the face of death.

After confirming that his regeneration rate was decreasing, Li Buying wrote: "[Let me deliver the final blow. My hidden blade is a magical weapon, possessing abilities similar to the sun.]"

Raising his hidden blade, he aimed at Frost's neck and plunged it in. The undead monster's eyes widened as the positive energy carried by the holy silver lacquer completely extinguished his life force!
