Chapter 58 The First Meeting with Spider-Man

"Master, it seems two superheroes are heading in your direction."

"Judging from the surveillance footage, it should be Spider-Man and Daredevil; they've already reached the nearby alley."

The tense and exciting chase begins. Li Buying senses the presence behind her and tries to shake off Spider-Man, but Spider-Man seems to be better at using spider webs to move.

There's no way around it; he mostly runs on the ground or in the sewers, while Spider-Man is more used to aerial pursuits.

As the distance closed, Li Buying finally turned around and met Spider-Man's gaze. Peter Parker, looking at the guy who was about his height, shouted:

"Hey, Mr. Weaver, can we pause and talk? It's mainly about whether you can stop killing and turn yourself in!"

Li Buying did not answer Peter Parker's question. As her spider silk swung high, she raised her left hand and aimed at Peter. The paralyzing, hard spider silk shot out like silver needles.

The spider silk wasn't very strong; at most, it could only pierce the skin, and once it got in, it would quickly break down. He didn't want to kill Peter; he just wanted to temporarily incapacitate him.
