Seeing the rather generous reward, Li Buying stopped, not because of the mission's reward...

Well, that's part of the reason, but more importantly, the mission was essentially a subtle reminder that there was a Kingpin in the mansion. Now that he was certain that Kingpin was inside, his trip wasn't in vain.

"call--"

After taking a few deep breaths, Li Buying's bones made a slight cracking sound. He was ready, and with a flick of his fingers, he launched his hidden sword. Instead of heading to the mansion immediately, he climbed towards another house not far away.

In that house, he saw someone closely watching Kingpin's mansion. The person inside could observe him climbing in. Regardless of whether they were Kingpin's men or not, Li Buying had to make this guy keep his eyes closed in a certain sense.

Climbing over the window from behind, the boy quickly approached the person watching through binoculars. The thin man occasionally picked up the walkie-talkie and said, "No abnormalities in Zone 2, no abnormalities in Zone 2, report complete, report complete."

Li Buying pressed hard, and the policeman's eyes rolled back and he fainted. He picked up the walkie-talkie from the ground, lowered his voice and tried to say something, but after thinking about it carefully, he put the walkie-talkie down.

There's not much to say. There's no doubt that he's going to kill someone, and the police can't possibly help him.

Li Buying, dressed in a black hoodie, quickly crossed the road after climbing out of the window, and no one saw him climb over the high wall.

Once inside the garden, he crouched in the grass, waiting for his chance to strike. He glanced at each of the security cameras, memorizing them, and mentally constructed a map of the locations the cameras could see.

Li Buying analyzed a route that could not be detected by surveillance. He slightly bent over, ready to strike, as security personnel walked past him continuously.

Taking advantage of the shift change, Li Buying swiftly stepped onto the safety line and, just before the security guard at the corner arrived, had already entered the bushes around the house, crouched down, and disappeared from sight.

The security personnel didn't see Li Buying. They yawned and walked past, their backs to the boy. The boy immediately climbed onto the wall, jumped onto the roof, and crawled down, carefully moving to the vicinity of the skylight.

After listening carefully and confirming that no one was standing under the skylight, he flicked his arm and pulled out a rather strong spider silk. He carefully inserted the spider silk into the gap of the skylight and, after some adjustments, quickly pried open the bolt-type window lock.

He climbed inside and closed the window. He was now in an unusually spacious attic, surrounded by clutter and covered in dust.

Stepping on the ground without leaving footprints, Li Buying quietly arrived at the small door down from the attic. He reached out and gently pulled the door shut, revealing a wooden floor.

With her hands on the ceiling and her upper body hanging upside down, Li Buying quickly scanned her surroundings and frowned slightly when she confirmed the location of the camera—there was nowhere to put her feet down below.

Hanging upside down, Li Buying lifted her feet and gripped the ceiling, moving forward cautiously like a spider, taking in the furnishings and protective gear of the people inside the room as she went.

Extremely heavy breathing sounds came from inside, as if there was an elephant inside. Li Buying locked onto the target directly by the breathing sound, and was certain that unless other villains interfered, it must be Kingpin inside.

There's no way around it; only a fat man of his size could produce such a terrifying breathing sound.

Recalling the mission requirements, Li Buying didn't think she could quietly escape with Kingpin's body after secretly killing him, so it would be better to just kill him outright and then grab the body and rush out of the house.

Li Buying had already spotted quite a few fearless paparazzi in the vicinity; he planned to dump Kingpin's body in front of them.

Having planned his next route in his mind, the boy closed his eyes. Sensing the killing intent, the spider on the mask crawled rapidly, and the abstract spider seemed to become more and more ferocious.

Opening her eyes, Li Buying rolled over and was exposed to the surveillance camera's view. The person in charge of monitoring the camera didn't react for a moment because of his black clothes, until a loud bang was heard.

The room door was kicked open instantly, and Li Buying clearly saw on the bed a guy who looked exactly like Kingpin, the man he had killed.

Kingpin, startled awake, stared wide-eyed. Before he could make a move, the boy had already rushed in front of him, raised his hidden blade, and thrust it down forcefully.

"Ah!"

The fat man, his eyes wide with rage, tried his best to turn his head, but Li Buying's outstretched left hand firmly held his head in place. Before he could even raise his hands to grab the assassin in front of him, the hidden blade, gleaming in the moonlight, pierced his neck!
