Chapter 153: A Great Harvest

Baron Strucker roared, and a long, straight cannon barrel inside the fortress aimed at Li Buying through the wall. Energy gathered in front of the barrel to form a bright light, suggesting it was a simple energy weapon.

Li Buying seemed to sense something, looked up at the position of the cannon barrel, raised her hand and shot out a spider silk to pull herself up and swing high. She continued to move forward through the outside of the fortress, trying to avoid the energy weapons while making sure to wrap the fortress inside and out with spider silk.

An energy beam powerful enough to destroy most normal objects on Earth surged toward Li Buying, but with his spider-sense, he had already shot out another spider silk to pull it away. At the same time, several more beams of energy shot out in succession!

The fortress contained five energy turrets, originally intended to defend against Thor and the Hulk. Hydra had planned to deal them with severe damage, but Li Buying got to experience that treatment first.

After dealing with the remaining Hydra and Hand members, Li Buying arrived at the entrance of the secret passage and kicked open the ground and the alloy door underneath. She walked into the passage and continued forward, quickly finding the Hydra executives who were quietly escaping.

After confirming the location of the exit, he took a slightly roundabout route to reach it. Then, he clapped his hands again to release his acceleration field and used his gravity control to completely stabilize the collapsing castle and extinguish the flames.

Even faster and stronger mutants charged directly at Li Buying, while those who could use mental and telekinetic powers exerted their influence from the sidelines.

What posed a greater threat to Li Buying was the man shrouded in a black robe beside the baron. His spider-like senses told him that if he didn't take any precautions, that guy would kill him with a single blow.

Li Buying grabbed the speed mutant's arm in an instant, but still managed to kick his head off. To others, it seemed that no matter how fast she was, she couldn't avoid the grab.

The power mutant also rushed over at this moment, his body radiating a diamond-like brilliance. His body swelled to the same size as the newly transformed Hulk, but that was all; he didn't have the ability to become stronger through anger.
