Chapter 176 My Love from the Star?

Luther Factory.

After typing a message on his phone asking Clark "what happened," Gino put down his phone, rested his chin on his hand, and gazed at the Cosmic Cube placed inside the high-precision equipment.

His loyal Cybertronian assistant, "Singer," is transforming into a metal container that encases the Tesseract.

"Mr. Gino, we have used the Cosmic Cube to detect the energy fluctuations throughout the town and found no biosignatures of Clark Kent. We conclude that he may have left the town for an unknown location."

"As expected, Clark escaped." Gino breathed a sigh of relief. Just as he had guessed, Clark left the town.

Boys at this age are indeed prone to sentimentality, but in any case, from a friend's perspective, Gino chose not to get involved in this kind of problem.

"Mr. Gino, an unknown anomalous spatial energy response has been detected."

A cold, devoid of any gentleness female voice rang out from the screen.

"Energy reaction?"

Before Gino could even think, the singer had already manipulated the Cosmic Cube to project a holographic image of the town, and from above the town, an energy projection resembling a water droplet was falling toward the town at an extremely high speed.

"Based on analysis, the location of this aircraft is a karst cave in the quarry on the west side of the town."

The singer explained the aircraft's trajectory to Gino.

"Sigh, I knew something bad would happen." Gino sighed deeply, feeling weary, and stood up, pressing down on the handrail.

His former lazy demeanor vanished, replaced by a decisive and efficient air.

"Keep in touch with me anytime, singer."

Gino slowly took a step forward, and the singer sensibly opened a spatial passage in front of Gino.

Gino stepped inside, his tone icy:

"This is my town, and no one can destroy it."

The familiar quarry equipment was there, but due to the discovery of underground caverns, Wayne Enterprises' construction site there had long since ceased operations.

A blur streaked past at an incredibly fast speed.

Gino floated above the quarry, looking around.

White trails resembling the exhaust fumes of a rapidly passing aircraft still lingered in the night sky overhead.

The once flat muddy ground was now crisscrossed with a furrow, as if plowed by a water buffalo.

Its shape resembles a plane crash landing, leaving behind a scene of devastation.

Gino slowly stepped onto the damp soil.

Following the tracks in the soil, the tracks soon disappeared into the cave entrance.

"It should be here."

With his eyes slightly open, Gino peered into the cave entrance, where the pitch-black night seemed to be clearly visible as if it didn't exist.

Old murals and stone paintings, strange stalactite tips.

As the gaze slowly moves downwards, from a corner of the cave, a technologically advanced aircraft, roughly several meters wide, rests quietly in the dark and silent cave. Its two sides emit a bluish-green light, and its outer layer seems to be made of a strange metal. At the tail are several technological thrusters made of an unknown material.

Unfortunately, Gino wasn't a scientist and couldn't discern anything from it.

But he understood one thing: this thing couldn't have been created on Earth. After all, in this day and age, everyone still has a keypad phone, let alone a lightweight manned aircraft.

"That's interesting."

Gino stared at the aircraft, but even with his X-ray vision, he couldn't see through its internal structure.

"Whoosh."

Gently landing inside the cave, Gino frowned, his mind drifting to the golden energy rift summoned by Joe El not long ago. Perhaps that thing was some kind of coordinate energy? Attracting this aircraft to this place?

He pondered as he approached.

The boy stood at the front of the aircraft, his fingers touching the cold surface.

The material felt cool to the touch. Gino glanced around and then spotted a small "S" mark on the front of the aircraft.

The familiar "S" mark immediately identifies the creature within it, without even needing to think.

The mark that Clark will have on his chest in the future symbolizes hope and redemption.

But Gino knew that this thing was actually the family crest of the El family.

"As expected, this thing contains people from the El race."

Gino clenched his fist slightly, feeling no fear of the person he was about to face; in fact, he was somewhat eager to try.

It's important to know that Clark was too weak in his youth, and he hoped to fight a real Kryptonian.

Well, to use a rather childish phrase, it's like "testing your own capacity."

The raised fist slammed down, crashing down on the sturdy alien spaceship with a thunderous roar.

"Snap!"

The originally sturdy shell couldn't even withstand a second before shattering with a crash, and the fist continued to fall.

The tattered outer shell flew everywhere, and the figures that had been hidden inside the spaceship slowly revealed themselves.

The moonlight streamed precisely into the opening, illuminating Gino's figure and also revealing the human form inside the container.

This is a lovely girl.

Her long, golden hair fell silently onto the white cloth covering the container. A slightly oversized, pure white nightgown draped over the girl's body, giving her a slender appearance.

Her long, slender, fair legs were joined together, her toes slightly bent and firmly planted on the bottom of the container.

Her flawless, rosy face and tightly closed eyes made her look like Sleeping Beauty in a Grimm's fairy tale, quietly sleeping and waiting for the prince's rescue.

Logically speaking, beautiful women should be adored, but Gino's fist didn't stop; it swiftly slammed into the girl's face.

Just as the fist was about to slam into the girl's high, straight nose.

"Tsk."

Gino stopped punching.

It wasn't that he felt sorry for the girl, but rather that he recalled information about her from a distant memory.

Kara Zoel.

She is one of only two orphans on Krypton and Clark Kent's cousin.

In the future, this girl will also have a super catchy name - Super Girl.

"Hey, wake up." Gino pursed his lips and reached out to pinch the girl's pretty face hard.

One second, two seconds

The next second, his tightly closed eyes suddenly opened, and a pair of mesmerizing sapphire-like eyes stared at Gino's face.

Their eyes met; one was expressionless, the other had a calm expression.

Gino clenched his other fist slightly; he was ready for battle.

Kara felt the pressure on her cheek, and their eyes met.

then.

"Ugh!"

A layer of glistening mist rose in Kara's eyes, and large tears slid down her eye bags as if they were free.

"You, you're bullying me!"

Kara reached out her little hand and gently slapped Gino's arm away. She then covered her face and cried, kicking her long legs wildly.

The girl's tearful sobs echoed through the silent cave; if one ignored her beautiful face, one would only feel horrified.

Gino crossed his arms and stared at Kara expressionlessly. Judging from the girl's behavior, she seemed to have the mental capacity of a six or seven-year-old.

It has the body of someone around 18 or 19 years old, but the mind of a 6 or 7-year-old child who can only cry and fuss.

Gino almost burst out laughing, inwardly scoffing, "Joe El is an idiot too. What's the point of bringing this brat to Earth? Hoping this naive fool will kill people and help him rule the planet?"

After all, based on what I know, Kara is even more kind and benevolent than Clark.
