A Certain Magical Hogwarts
Chapter 838 Unforgivable Curse: Yearly Killing
Chapter 838 Unforgivable Curse: Thousand-Year Kill
The venomous horned beast, an African predator, has a gray body, resembles a rhinoceros, and can weigh up to one ton.
This is a magical creature with high magic resistance and high health.
Most notably, it has a long, hard horn.
How hard is it? It can even pierce through the skin of a fire dragon.
The long horn can also shoot out a deadly liquid; if the volume is too large, it can cause the injected object to explode.
William was quite familiar with the venomous unicorn.
Last year at the Quidditch World Cup, when Barty Crouch Jr. released the mascots of various countries, these animals attacked the camps.
William had seen the horn of the venomous beast even earlier, at Luna's house.
Old Lovegood treasured a beast horn, playing with it carefully every day, and even placing it by his pillow at night when he went to sleep.
He insisted that it was the horn of a horned snoring beast!
I'm not afraid that this thing will suddenly explode when I'm having an orgasm.
That's right, even when separated from its original form, the beast horn still retains its explosive properties.
If even a single horn is this dangerous, how much more dangerous would a living venomous horned beast be?
All the students kept their distance and watched Hagrid interacting with it affectionately.
Umbridge, wearing a pink hat and holding a writing tablet, suddenly appeared.
The students retreated even further because the perfume she was wearing was simply too pungent.
Umbridge has had a smell ever since the last bathroom incident.
Umbridge could smell it too. Taking three showers a day wasn't enough; he also had to spray on a bottle of perfume to cover up the stench.
How can I describe this mixed flavor?
It has a fragrance that is tinged with stench, and a stench that is tinged with fragrance; the strong smell can explode in your nasal cavity in an instant.
You can smell it even from a kilometer away; it's even more pungent than a dung ball.
Hagrid smelled it too, but pretended not to see Umbridge and continued lecturing.
Umbridge immediately emitted his characteristic fake cough, tactically interrupting his lesson.
"Oh, hello!" Hagrid could only smile.
Did you receive the note I delivered to your cabin this morning?
Umbridge spoke slowly and loudly, as if Hagrid were a creature of low intelligence, unable to understand her words.
"Got it!" Hagrid said cheerfully. "I'm glad you found the place! I'm teaching a class now, today's topic is unicorns..."
"I'm sorry!" Umbridge cupped her hands to her ears, frowned, and shouted, "What did you say?"
Hagrid glanced at her suspiciously, then, his voice booming like a bull, he roared into her ear:
"Professor, you're hard of hearing... I once met an old professor... who taught Defense Against the Dark Arts seven years ago, just like you!"
But after teaching for six months, he went deaf, and another six months later, he went blind... You'd better take care of your health!
Hagrid said, pointing to his ear.
The students burst into laughter.
Umbridge's face immediately turned ugly.
Are you cursing me on purpose, just like Trelawney?
She looked down and wrote on the whiteboard, reading aloud, "They need...clumsy...gestures...to communicate...they have intellectual disabilities."
Hagrid looked completely bewildered. He wanted to say something, but he couldn't help sneezing several times in a row.
He covered his nose and said in disgust:
"Professor Umbridge, do you have body odor? Why are you wearing so much perfume?"
There was a professor... yes, he also taught Defense Against the Dark Arts, and he arrived eight years before you.
He arrived two months ago and inexplicably developed body odor, eventually his body was covered in spotted sedge that couldn't be cut off even with a knife..."
Umbridge glared at Hagrid, wondering if someone had spoken to him beforehand.
Yes, that was true... Hermione and William taught him not to be polite to Umbridge.
Anyway, Hagrid won't be teaching for long before leaving Hogwarts and returning to the Alps, so there's no need to give her face.
However, Hagrid was indeed very knowledgeable.
He spent fifty years at Hogwarts and witnessed most of the bizarre ways each Defense Against the Dark Arts professor died.
For every instance of Umbridge's behavior, he could find a death case to share.
It felt a bit like watching over a thousand episodes of "Detective Conan".
Umbridge asked a few more questions, and the venomous horned beast began to become restless.
Her scent was so overpowering that even the venomous beast found it repulsive.
"Do you know," Umbridge said softly, noticing the horned beast as well, "that the Ministry of Magic has listed it as a 'dangerous animal'?"
Hagrid just smiled, not really caring.
"The venomous horned beasts aren't dangerous! Of course, if you really piss them off, they might butt you..."
"To show...pleasure...for...brutality..." Umbridge wrote in his notebook again.
"Oh, no!" Hagrid quickly said, "I mean, cats can scratch people, right?"
Most of the time, the venomous horned beast is safe...
But no sooner had Hagrid finished speaking than, as if deliberately designed to slap him in the face, the venomous horned beast stomped its hooves, splashing up countless muds.
Umbridge swallowed hard, took a half-step back, and said in a trembling voice, "Didn't you say it wasn't... dangerous?"
"Good girl, good girl!" Hagrid raised his hand, signaling the venomous horned beast to be quiet.
He then handed the male venomous horned beast musk in his hand to Umbridge.
"Just apply a little to your palm, and this little girl won't attack you."
They will also be very docile…
Umbridge took the bottle with some skepticism, and seeing that Hagrid was losing control of the horned beast, he poured the entire bottle of musk into his hand.
"Don't apply too much, just one drop... is enough..."
Hagrid turned his head and saw that Umbridge had smeared the entire bottle on her arm and her face had turned pale.
This thing can attract female venomous horned beasts to estrus.
Even a single drop will make her like you. If you pour out the whole bottle... wouldn't that be amazing?
The venomous unicorn stared intently at Umbridge, regarding her as a potential mating partner.
It roared wildly, shoved Hagrid aside, and charged desperately toward Umbridge.
Umbridge screamed in agony and ran toward the castle as fast as she could.
Unfortunately, she was short-legged and her speed was no match for the venomous horned beast. She was caught up after running only three or five meters.
The venomous beast suddenly raised its head, and Umbridge let out a cry of pain from the depths of her soul... As luck would have it, that hard horn struck her from behind with an unforgivable curse—the Thousand Years of Death!
Umbridge let out a mournful cry, gripping the long horn tightly with both hands, as a sharp, piercing pain shot through her groin.
But she dared not let go, for if she fell, she would probably be trampled to death by the beast's hooves.
She was carried forward by the venomous beast for several meters, remaining in a backward-leaning position the whole time.
Another groan escaped her lips as she felt the cold liquid being injected.
The man and beast charged wildly towards them, startling all the students. William calmly said, "Scatter!"
Everyone scattered to the sides, leaving William standing still.
He raised his wand slightly, and the ground melted, turning into a long, smooth stone slide.
The venomous beast slid upwards against the current, and its speed began to slow down.
William did a somersault, his body like a black swallow, and landed on the beast's back, his feet firmly planted.
With a flick of his wrist, a silver sword appeared before everyone's eyes. He gripped it in reverse with his left hand and cleanly severed the beast's horn.
The venomous beast roared and its legs gave way, sending Umbridge flying. Umbridge slid several meters across the ground before coming to a stop.
William jumped off the venomous unicorn, gesturing for it to flee the crime scene, before walking toward Umbridge.
She was already pale as a ghost, and was about to pull out the poisonous beast's horn when she heard William's light, airy voice behind her.
"Don't pull it out, it'll explode if you do..."
Umbridge's face stiffened, and he dared not move again.
Two clear tears rolled down her cheeks.
