A Certain Magical Hogwarts
Chapter 516 Physical constitutions cannot be generalized from one person to another.
Chapter 516 Physical constitutions cannot be generalized among individuals.
The white dragon is over a hundred meters long, and when it spreads its wings, it blots out the sky.
The area formed by Stonehenge is quite large, and even includes many buildings.
However, relatively speaking, it appears incredibly narrow.
Unable to use Apparition, it's not an easy task to get close to the White Dragon in this area and place the Holy Grail on its head.
After all, people's physical constitutions cannot be generalized.
Someone once died of anger after sulking for an entire afternoon in a state of extreme rage.
Some people can slide tackle and lightly tap their wands upwards to disembowel a fire dragon;
Some people faced the wand pressed against their foreheads, and when Avada Kedavra shot it at them, they instantly tilted their heads to dodge the green light.
William and Hermione are both of ordinary constitutions, unremarkable little wizards... they certainly couldn't do these things.
Then their plan would be much simpler:
William blocked the white dragon's attack from the front, while Hermione used her superb driving skills, which she had learned that morning, to charge headlong towards the white dragon.
Their plan was that simple and straightforward!
The engine revved to its maximum speed, and Hermione floored the accelerator, the clanging sound instantly drowning out the wind and rain.
The gondola began to speed across the water, like a white streak in the waves.
The white dragon also saw the two men and the wine glass in William's hand. Its goal became even simpler:
Kill the wizard,
Destroy the Holy Grail!
Snatch the red dragon,
Kill it!
The white dragon roared and spewed out a thin jet of water from its mouth, which sliced through the rain curtain like a water knife, cutting it in half.
William pointed his wand downwards, and the ship soared high, leaping over the water column with the most elegant posture, like a shark splashing.
The white dragon slightly raised its neck, and the water column slashed upwards.
Flames burst forth from the Goblet of Fire, and blue-white light flowed around William like wisps of cotton.
He gripped his wand in his right hand, twisting it slightly with two fingers. Blue-white flames gathered at the bottom of the ship, resembling a giant, upside-down umbrella.
The umbrella surface and the torrential water column clashed, emitting a hissing sound of steam.
The heatwave lifted the gondola, its hull spinning and swaying in mid-air like duckweed in the wind, a truly beautiful sight.
The small boat served as a dividing line, and the white dragon's water column was split in two by flames.
They landed on the surrounding buildings, gliding lightly across them and tearing two grooves in their wake.
After a brief silence, a series of deafening rumbles erupted as pebbles tumbled into the river, creating towering waves.
The two sides were 200 meters apart.
William smiled calmly; he could feel the continuous flow of magic power pouring into his body from the Holy Grail.
His magical skills were already quite high, and his combat techniques were even more adept.
However, many spells require powerful magical energy to support them. Because of the phoenix's blessing, his magical energy at his age is comparable to that of a mature wizard in his twenties.
But that's not enough. Compared to the numerous spells he has mastered, they are still a major factor limiting his strength!
But today,
William can now go all out in this battle and use the powerful magic he has always wanted to use but has never been able to!
Let these Italian bumpkins see... what the battle of a top-tier wizard really looks like! (Leans back tactically)
William, staff in hand, was poised and ready, his fighting spirit surging.
With a wave of his wand, all the pebbles floated up from the silt deep in the canal.
In an instant, it was densely packed, blotting out the sky and the sun.
With a flick of his wrist, the numerous scattered stones, under the control of the Transfiguration spell, instantly reformed into a giant rock.
Soon, the boulder transformed into countless stone sea eagles.
From a distance, it looked as if a group of sculptures in a semi-fan shape appeared above William's head.
The group of eagles is not still; each eagle draws water individually.
On the Grand Canal in Venice, water jets as thick as trees constantly gush out of the water, turning into countless waterspouts.
William raised the Holy Grail with one hand, and flames rose up from the cup, dancing joyfully.
He flicked his wand lightly, and the flames exploded instantly, like a dazzling firework.
The flames did not scatter onto the water's surface; instead, they remained suspended in the air.
The stone eagles seemed to come alive, opening their mouths and swallowing the flames.
William pointed his wand far away, and the entire flock of eagles, with unparalleled power, crashed into the white dragon.
They were like meteorites tearing through the sky, making a tremendous rumbling sound.
The white dragon opened its mouth and spewed out streams of water, while the eagles, not to be outdone, spat out clusters of blue and white fireballs.
Both sides launched a full-coverage wave counterattack.
The continuous light illuminated the cloud-covered sky as if it were daytime, followed by a large amount of white water vapor that enveloped the water's surface.
The sea eagle only swallowed the red dragon's flames, destined to be no match for the white dragon's sustained attacks.
After two waves of attacks, the number of eagles was severely reduced, decreasing at a visible rate.
But they had finally completed their close-range mission, and the waterspouts they had created landed on the white dragon.
Countless slender, sharp water needles began to shoot out in all directions, exploding into dazzling water splashes, and then turning into a mist, creating a spectacular sight.
The white dragon, unconcerned, shook its hard scales and let out a terrifying roar.
It whips out its long tail, a triangular, spiny mace, like a battering ram, and slams it into the water.
The tail, as if slicing through tofu, hurtled straight at the gondola. Clearly, it intended to crush them into a pulp!
William flicked his wand forward, and the small boat cut through the ripples, suddenly veering to one side.
The white dragon smashed the entire water surface, creating a "stick" that caused the water level to drop drastically along its edge.
The white dragon chuckled, its tail turning sharply and sweeping across the river.
Before the tail even arrived, it was already rustling loudly, and the entire gondola, like a floating duckweed, spun three or four times on the river.
William was about to have Hermione sink the ship when the red dragon's voice rang in his ears.
"Wait! Wait!" the red dragon exclaimed. "Look at its tail! There's a wound without scales; I bit it!"
William nodded, but only raised his wand without immediately making a move.
A fierce gust of wind slammed down, and he saw the wound. All the others were covered in white scales, but that one was the exception.
William raised the Holy Grail with his left hand and waved his wand with his right, the blue and white flames transforming into an arrow.
With a flick of the wrist, an arrow shot out, heading straight for the white dragon's unprotected tail.
A loud bang!
The arrow pierced the dragon's flesh, its tip still trembling. Then, the fletching exploded, creating a hole the size of a fist.
Following the arrow, a sea eagle took flight from the ship.
William was so strong that the entire bow of the boat suddenly plunged into the water, then was pushed back up by the downward force of the water, and slid rapidly backward.
He soared into the sky, heading straight for the tail that was thrashing about wildly due to its injury.
The eagle landed on the tail, its claws grabbing the dragon's scales, and sparks flew everywhere.
Reverting to his wizard form, William opened his left hand, revealing a silver ring that transformed into a longsword made of gold.
He slightly raised his left arm, which was holding the sword, and thrust it straight into the wound until the sword was completely embedded.
The white dragon roared fiercely, stirring up towering waves on the river.
William jumped into the water, not even bothering to draw his sword.
Hermione, in the distance, raised her wand and blew the roof of the ship open.
She gazed at the tail of the sky while maneuvering the small boat nimbly to evade attacks.
Hermione suddenly stopped what she was doing and looked up at the sky.
A sea eagle pierced the clouds and appeared above the white dragon. He transformed into a boy and fell from mid-air.
Despite the excruciating pain in its tail, the white dragon tilted its head back and opened its ferocious maw.
William held his staff in his right hand and thrust it downwards.
"Stonehenge... coming!"
A deafening roar echoed through St. Mark's Square. A massive boulder was seen flying out of the hole in the center of the square.
That rock was over a hundred meters long, and it was none other than the original white dragon, the rock that lay beneath the lagoon.
The giant rock, rolling like a thunderbolt, flew all the way into the sky.
It was moving so fast that it stretched out a thin, dazzling, and amazing cloud of mist!
The white dragon spewed a jet of water, which landed squarely on the boulder. The boulder froze for a moment, then shattered into pieces, crashing back to the ground at an even greater speed, and striking the white dragon.
William descended from mid-air, his sideburns flying wildly. He waved his wand, slowing his pace, and landed on the white dragon's head.
A wine glass appeared in his hand.
The light from the wine glass was dazzling, almost like the sun in broad daylight.
Minister He Wen slurped down his fifth bowl of spaghetti and then burped.
He had only eaten about 70% of his fill and was about to ask for another bowl when he suddenly looked up.
Not only him, but all the wizards raised their heads and looked up at the sky.
They witnessed a bizarre scene that they would never forget in their entire lives.
Between heaven and earth!
Torrential rain,
The raindrops froze in place for a moment!
Hermione had no time to admire the view; she kept adjusting the steering wheel through the hole in the roof to control the boat's speed.
After arriving at a certain area, the girl ran to the bow of the boat and looked up.
After being shrouded in dark clouds for half a month, Venice was finally bathed in a ray of sunshine.
In the golden sunlight, a boy falls from the clouds.
Hermione stared intently at the figure, then waved her wand, slowing William's descent.
Exhausted, William turned his head and saw Hermione on the ship, reaching out her arm to catch him.
He smiled slightly, closed his eyes, and prepared to enjoy being carried in Hermione's arms.
A wave crashed in, and the boat slid backward.
Hermione reached out her hand.
William happened to brush against her arm and fall into the water.
"..."
Pfft!
Without a second thought, Hermione jumped down after her.
