Chapter 100 Roy's Dentist Friend (Thanks to "Hall Master" Zhi Li Yu Lan for the donation)

7 Charing Cross Road, west side.

A black Ford car was parked in the yard.

Roy Stark stepped out of the car, dressed as usual in a charcoal black plaid shirt, yellow khaki trousers, and Cordova piruff shoes.

He stood on the meticulously manicured lawn and called out to the people inside, "Come help me, William, I just got some good liquor from the Leaky Cauldron."

Soon, an orange cat's head peeked out from the second-floor balcony. It looked around a few times, seemingly asking if anyone had bought it a treat.

Roy shook his finger and threatened the orange cat, "Don't even think about it, Boba Tea. I'm telling you, if you keep eating like this, you'll get as fat as a ball!"

"Come to the gym with me tomorrow for a workout..."

Before Roy could finish speaking, another head peeked out from the gap in the marble carved railing of the balcony.

It was a ten-year-old girl with two topknots on her head, wearing a floral dress that went past her knees, and waving a fake magic wand in her hand.

"Good evening, Dad."

"Annie, hello, but... you sneaked into your brother's room again?" Roy frowned.

"I've told you so many times, don't mess around with those weird things. Last time a balloon exploded, it emitted a lot of thick smoke, and even the fire department had to be called out."

Also, put your wand away quickly, the guests are arriving, where's your brother?

"I'll go check. He seems to be brewing potions in the basement." Annie stuck out her tongue, held her skirt, and ran out quickly.

The footsteps faded into the distance, then the girl's clear voice rang out again.

"BoBo Tea, come with me on a basement adventure!"

Bobo Tea thought for a few seconds before lazily taking her short legs and swaying as she followed.

Roy shook his head with a smile, looking extremely helpless.

A few minutes later, the door opened and a twelve-year-old boy walked out.

The boy was wearing a casual short-sleeved shirt and light-colored jeans. He had thick brown hair, angular features, and an extremely well-proportioned physique, clearly the result of long hours of fitness training.

With a smile on his face and a calm voice, he said, "Dad, you went to Diagon Alley again?"

"Yes, these bottles of red wine were brought back for me by Tom from out of town. He also added some orange-flavored euphoria. I tried it once, and it really tastes good."

Roy doesn't drink alcohol, but he enjoys sipping wine when he's alone and has nothing to do.

He wasn't a wizard, but through a year of continuous learning, he was more knowledgeable than William in some areas.

For example, he could talk about some of the finest wines in the magical world with great knowledge and expertise.

"Iris has never tasted this wine before, I'm going to show him tonight," Roy said cheerfully.

Iris Granger was Roy's college classmate; they studied the same major and both went on to pursue lucrative careers as dentists after graduation.

However, Iris had always lived in Manchester, and her family only moved to London last year.

William met Iris when he was a child, before he himself had transmigrated, and his original memories of her had long since faded.

During Easter this year, Iris and her family came to visit, but William was busy saving the wizarding world at Hogwarts at the time. This was the first time Iris had met Roy's college friend since I traveled through time.

"I remember you can't drink and drive, right?" William frowned.

After all, a driver's drink can bring tears to the eyes of his loved ones.

"Hmm, that's easy." Roy put his hands on his hips and laughed loudly, "Didn't you brew a magic potion that quickly sobers you up last time?"

That stuff is pretty good. Having a drink after a meal, while chatting, is enough to keep the alcohol level below the legal limit.

Roy winked and gave a sly smile.

William was speechless. Roy could easily be a Muggle Studies professor at Hogwarts now.

All I can say is that magic changes lives.

"Come on, help me move these things. There's a huge box of drinks and all sorts of snacks, all from that store in Diagon Alley," Roy called out to William for help.

Young wizards cannot use magic at home, but potions are sometimes more useful than wands.

William took a purple bottle out of his pocket and dripped a drop of rose-scented liquid into his mouth.

—Power-Boosting Potion!

William appeared unchanged, but he lifted the two large boxes with ease, as if carrying two feathers.

Roy whistled excitedly.

The living room was filled with a wonderful fragrance, and everything looked brand new: the copper pots and pans were polished to a rose luster, the wooden tabletops were gleaming, and the dinner glasses and saucers were already set out, sparkling under the lights.

Lyanna, carrying a plate of delicious stew, beckoned Roy to bring out the syrupy fruit pie.

Roy set out the plate, opened a bottle of Flaming Whisky, placed it in the center of the table, and set out several side dishes as well.

At 6:25, the sound of a car parking was heard outside the door.

"Oh, they're here." Roy stood up and led Lyanna, the two children, and a cat out to greet them.

There's a Dodge RAM pickup truck parked at the entrance; it's definitely a car that muscle men love!

Sure enough, a burly man with thick brown hair came down, holding a gift in his hand and a smile on his face.

"Hey Roy, long time no see."

Roy stepped forward, the two bumped fists, and then hugged tightly.

Soon, a woman in her thirties with blonde curly hair got out of the car. She was wearing a long dress and was extremely beautiful. A moment later, a girl got out of the back seat.

The girl was holding a thick copy of the Encyclopædia Britannica, and her thick, messy brown hair was disheveled.

Anne gave the girl a malicious look, as if she had already prepared a "gift" for her.

When the Iris family came to visit during Easter, William heard Anne mention that she and the other family had a falling out.

It seems to be this child.

"Come on!" Roy pushed William from behind and said, "Meet your aunt and uncle."

William quickly and sweetly called out.

Iris patted William on the shoulder and laughed, "I didn't expect William to be so tall. This is my daughter... Come here, Hermione!"

The little girl hid behind Iris, her fluffy head tucked under his arm, revealing a curious face.

Hermione... wait, which Hermione?

William squinted at the girl.

William didn't remember the plot of Harry Potter clearly, but he knew the names of the three main characters, so it was impossible for him not to know Hermione's name.

But is this girl Hermione from the trio?

William wasn't quite sure. The other person had messy hair, a pair of front teeth, and braces... It was probably just a coincidence of names, right?

Anne suddenly tugged at William's clothes, as if she wanted to say something to him.

When Hermione saw Anne, she raised her pointed chin and gave a soft hum, exuding an indescribable arrogance.

Enemies meeting are bound to be extremely hostile.
