Mystery: Starting with the Night Pope.

Chapter 7 is full of acquaintances.

"I gave you a return gift, but I can't just let it go like this." He thought for a moment and finally took out a stone slab.

"I don't have the power of a physical body, but I am in control of this thing for the time being."

"I don't know how you know the sequence, but I can show you the actual sequence."

Sasriel was very kind; in this treacherous world, knowledge is almost akin to power.

Moreover, this was an era in which even the sequence of events had not yet been circulated, making such knowledge even more precious.

"Perfect timing, I need this knowledge." Truman did not refuse. This knowledge was of limited use to him, since he could not follow the sequence path. The ancient sun god probably knew this, which was why Sasriel was able to bring the blasphemous tablet to him.

"This is also part of the plan," Sasriel said, and Truman nodded slightly.

Perhaps Sasriel intended to repay him, but this collaboration also involved him.

For example, the stars and the moon, and their adjacent paths.

This is the bargaining chip that the Suns are using to win over the other two sides.

"Oh..." Truman seemed to have thought of something, looked at Hermes, sensed the infinite longing in his heart, and nodded gently, saying, "How much you can see is up to you."

"Thank you, angels!" Hermes bowed deeply at a ninety-degree angle, almost kneeling before them. Truman then grabbed another ball of dreamlike phosphorescence and shoved it into Sasriel's hand.

Sasriel blinked and nodded slightly, not minding at all.

"Let's begin." Sasriel fully opened the blasphemous stone tablet, and the hazy shadow dissipated, revealing the grayish-white stone tablet.

It is very mottled and ancient, having weathered the vicissitudes of time, and is engraved with a peculiar script that can be understood at a glance.

"Solar Pathway: Sequence Nine, The Singer..."

Wearing the robes of a sage, Truman's knowledge was so vast that he effortlessly deciphered the Profaned Tablets.

"Sequence zero..." This was one of the few things that Truman took seriously.

"Speaking of which, I can now create blasphemous cards!"

Truman had a strange thought, but he quickly shook his head. He wasn't some emperor who could even lay a hand on a witch, so he shouldn't steal the spotlight.

He looked up and saw Hermes still engrossed in interpreting the text.

"Alright." In an instant, a thick shadow was once again cast over the blasphemous stone slab, and Sasriel put it away.

"Phew!" Hermes regained consciousness and bowed to Sasriel and Truman again in gratitude.

"A complete path to divinity, and other sequential paths that can reach the level of demigods." Hermes was not Truman after all, and could not decipher all the information in such a short time.

Therefore, he made a choice and gained the complete path he was on, as well as the knowledge of Sequence Four and below of the other paths.

"The dissemination of knowledge should be approached with caution," Truman said to Hermes, offering a word of advice.

"Yes!" Hermes snapped out of his daze after being overwhelmed by the sheer volume of occult knowledge.

"I, Hermes, swear to follow the Angelic One to the death! His name will forever be etched in human history!"

Hermes immediately knelt down on one knee and bowed to Truman for instructions.

No longer a virtual persona, but the real Hermes.

Truman paused for a moment, then smiled and nodded. "You can also call me Dream."

"Yes!" Hermes remembered the name firmly.

"Go then," Truman said. "Your knowledge is enough to give humanity the power to truly protect itself." Hermes was an excellent follower, but now he should return to the human city-state.

Truman used the Ancient Man's Gloves to send Hermes back to the place where the two first met.

"I'm sorry, this may have disrupted your plans," Truman said to Sasriel.

This knowledge is the best way for the sun god to gather human believers.

"This is your due reward," Sasriel said indifferently. "God's power is enough to make all mankind believe."

Hermes was able to acquire such a vast amount of esoteric knowledge naturally because of Truman. As he said, Truman's name will be engraved in the history of human esotericism, and countless people will become the anchor of Truman's faith.

"However, your abilities are very similar to those of a miracle worker." Sasriel glanced at the Ancient's Gloves, then swept his gaze across the Book of Dreams, "whether it's fate or desire."

So, they suspect that he has a connection with that mysterious lord... Truman suddenly realized.

The ancient sun god must have been able to see the discord in Ulrich's destiny and guess the effects of the Book of Dreams, thus inevitably drawing parallels to the Beacon of Fate.

But Truman knew it had nothing to do with that, so he didn't deny it, he just smiled.

"Why don't you take me to visit your divine kingdom?" Truman was quite looking forward to the sun god's kingdom, and there was a high probability that he would see some familiar people there.

Sasriel readily agreed to entertain the guests and take the opportunity to slack off.

"Hey, Sasriel, who's this? He's got a bit of my good looks now!" The two had only taken a few steps when they saw a red-haired knight in black armor approaching.

He was young and handsome, with a face as fiery red as his flowing hair.

"Medici!" Sasriel called out. "He's a guest."

"Guests?" Medici raised an eyebrow and gave Truman a provocative look that made one want to punch him.

"Your performance was very successful." Truman even sensed a mysterious level of provocation. If two angels of the same Sequence Two were standing in front of him, he would definitely attack the red one first.

"This isn't acting; it's... His very nature," Sasriel said helplessly.

Medici's expression changed slightly; he could tell from Sasriel's attitude how much he valued Truman.

This made him very curious.

He was about to say something more when he was interrupted by a terrifying storm.

It was a terrifying lightning bolt, as powerful as a natural disaster, its silvery-white light transforming the sky above the three of them into another world.

"Medici, you stop right there!" A voice that sounded like a giant's roar rang out, and a humanoid calamity wrapped in wind and thunder appeared on the horizon, its long, dark blue hair dancing wildly in its rage.

"Here it comes, brother." Medici didn't run away, but moved closer to Sasriel, forcing Sasriel to wave his hand to block the lightning.

We can't let our guests get struck by lightning, can we?

"Leodorus, you have offended an important guest of our Kingdom of Heaven! You are now punished to sing a song to appease our guest's anger!"

"You!" The tall and burly Leodorus's face changed, and he gritted his teeth. Even Sasriel's face twitched.

"I believe it's innate," Truman sighed. Hearing that roar just now, Truman could already tell what level of ocean singer Leodoro was; his voice was absolutely lethal.

Medici was not killed entirely because he was strong enough and had the backing of the ancient sun god.
