My Hogwarts has a serious problem.

Chapter 470, Section 467: Not Going to the Ministry of Magic

Umaru's experiment was a success.

She successfully used connection magic to integrate the ideas of the [Scepter] into a forum she created, and then completed a spiritual exchange with it by posting and replying.

"Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, that's how you get thirty lives."

Umaru was instructing the [Scepter] to teach it how to use cheat codes while playing Contra, but the [Scepter] disdainfully posted about it on the forum.

"A newbie needs thirty lives, a pro only needs three."

Upon seeing this, Umaru flew into a rage, threw down the handle in her hand, and began to wrestle with the two hands that the [scepter] had transformed into.

Or perhaps it was just a minor, one-sided fight. The Scepter was still quite restrained; it was a bit talkative, but it absolutely didn't fight back.

Umaru had been mocked by it many times, and this time she finally couldn't take it anymore.

Seeing that they were having fun at home, he never took the scepter back from Umaru, treating it as if he had another child in his house who didn't need to eat or drink to keep Umaru company.

Umaru was so used to communicating with the scepter in this way all day that she didn't think to tell Lynn.

And so it went until the day Hogwarts started.

The weather in London is terrible today; it's been gloomy since I woke up this morning.

When Hermione's father, Mr. Granger, drove Hermione to the Lynn family's house, it suddenly started to rain heavily.

Mr. Granger, wearing a raincoat, jogged into Lynn's house and helped him put his luggage in the trunk of his car.

"I hate rain; it makes my business bad all day."

Mr. Granger muttered that he didn't know Lynn and Hermione were together yet. Regardless of how long the two families had been together, Mr. Granger probably had already prepared himself for it. Besides, as Hermione and Lynn got older, they spent more and more time together.

Lynn shrugged.

"I actually quite like rain; the sound of raindrops makes it easier for me to get into a state of deep thought."

"That's the kind of thinking only idle people like you would have. Basically, most business people don't like rainy days."

Mr. Granger opened the car door for Umaru and let her get in herself.

Hermione was already sitting in the passenger seat, while Lynn and Umaru sat together in the back.

Mrs. Granger didn't come along. It seemed there was a leak in their roof. Mr. Granger had fixed the leak, and she was trying to drain the water that had seeped into the house.

"Hogwarts is a seven-year program? Lynn, you're in your fifth year, right? You only have two more years until graduation. What kind of job can you get in the wizarding world after that?"

Mr. Granger drove his car into the rain and asked Lynn curiously.

Before Lynn could speak, Hermione had already answered for him.

"Outstanding graduates of Hogwarts usually go on to work for the Ministry of Magic after graduation, which is similar to becoming a civil servant in the British government. With Lynn's qualifications, he will definitely be hired."

Lynn, however, didn't take it seriously.

"I could definitely get a job at the Ministry of Magic if I wanted to, but the chances of me choosing that path are very slim."

Hermione was somewhat surprised. She thought Lynn would join the Ministry of Magic because in her dream, Lynn eventually became Minister of Magic, but in reality, he didn't seem to have that intention.

"Because long before I even went to Hogwarts, I promised Professor Fawkes that I would do some magical research with him after graduation."

Hermione only found out about this before. She only knew that Lynn and Fox had a good relationship, but she didn't know that Fox and Lynn had a financial relationship from the beginning.

Because of the heavy rain, Mr. Granger was not driving fast.

When they arrived at King's Cross Station, the rain not only hadn't stopped, but it seemed to be getting heavier.

Mr. Granger had just helped them carry their luggage into the station when three taxis stopped not far from them. Mrs. Weasley, along with her children and Harry, got off the taxis carrying their luggage.

Lynn and the others naturally stepped forward to help.

"Oh, thank you. There was an urgent matter at the department today that called Arthur back, so I had to take these children here myself."

Mrs. Weasley thanked them.

Harry and Ron ran very fast, carrying their luggage as they rushed into the station after getting off the train, but the rain was so heavy that they couldn't avoid getting soaked to the bone.

"We haven't gone back to school yet, otherwise we could use a waterproof charm?"

Hermione muttered to herself as she dried their hair with a towel.

Harry and Ron exchanged a glance.

"Even if it could be used, isn't that a spell that's only taught in sixth grade? Even George and Fried don't know how to use it."

"But Lynn will."

"Why do you use Lynn's level as the standard for everyone? Even seventh-year students at Hogwarts wouldn't qualify then."

Ron complained.

They skillfully made their way through Station Nine and Three-Quarters, where the Hogwarts Express was stopped at the platform.

The red-haired children waved goodbye to Mrs. Weasley, who smiled and said to them.

"I reckon none of you will want to come back for Christmas this year. Hogwarts will probably be very appealing to you this year."

George and Fried leaned out of the train window.

"So what will happen this year? Tell our mom!"

However, Mrs. Weasley did not seem inclined to answer them. At that moment, the train started moving and rumbled away from the station.

The twins pulled their heads back in, complaining.

"She even kept it a secret from her son."

"Mom's always like this, but Lynn definitely knows about it!"
