My Hogwarts has a serious problem.

Chapter 305, page 302: I did a pretty good job, didn't I?

"It's a success!"

After seeing the red spell hit the goblin, Harry and Hermione excitedly high-fived.

They did not rush forward. Hermione remembered Lynn's advice to finish off enemies, and casually cast two more petrification spells on the goblin.

Just then, soft footsteps sounded from the bottom of the stairs, and Ron, along with Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick, tiptoed over.

Professor McGonagall saw Harry and Hermione excitedly high-fiving and said with a grim expression.

"What the hell are you doing?!"

Harry and Hermione were startled by Professor McGonagall, and then they took her to the petrified goblin and explained what had just happened to her.

At the same time, on Corvu Island in the Pacific Ocean, beneath the office building of the International Wizarding Union.

Dumbledore held the Elder Wand and coldly stared at the three wizards in front of him.

They were all in bad shape. One wizard was pinned firmly under a lion, while another wizard's right arm seemed to have been broken off by something, and he was lying on the ground howling in pain, clutching his severed arm.

O'Brien, the Magical Security Director of the Magical Congress of the United States, held a wand in his hand. His robes were tattered, and a gash on his head, as if struck by a heavy object, was bleeding crimson blood streaming down his forehead.

The surrounding area was a mess. The once clean and tidy lawn looked as if it had been plowed by something. All the vegetation was destroyed, and there were broken stones and craters everywhere, created by some kind of magic spell.

O'Brien, panting heavily, gripped his wand, his bloodshot eyes fixed on the old monster who had lived for over a hundred years, his gaze filled with barely suppressed fear.

"Do you know why all this happened, Dumbledore?"

Compared to them, Dumbledore seemed to be taking a leisurely stroll, showing no signs of having fought.

"Because you are greedy."

Dumbledore met O'Brien's gaze with his sapphire blue eyes, as if trying to see into his heart.

Hehehe

O'Brien chuckled.

"It's because you're too strong, and you're still alive. Those who knew back then have never forgotten that you were once Grindelwald's most like-minded person!"

"I defeated him with my own hands, and imprisoned him in Nurmengard with my own hands. Can't that put your minds at ease?"

"Relax?" O'Brien retorted. "How could I possibly relax? Are you American?"

Dumbledore shook his head and muttered to himself.

"That's why I hate politicians the most."

He turned as if to leave, while O'Brien shouted behind him.

"You are too arrogant, Dumbledore. You never had to leave Hogwarts. I admit you are very strong, stronger than any wizard in the world, but the moment you left Hogwarts, everything was already destined. Even if you go back now, you can't do anything."

Dumbledore stopped in his tracks.

"So I still want to know, why did you destroy Hogwarts?"

"Us?" O'Brien's eyes widened, and he raised his voice.

"You're the president of the International Wizarding Federation, so don't say things like that. My current position is the Director of Magical Security at the Magical Congress of the United States and a diplomat stationed at the Federation. Are you implying that the 'we' you're referring to means the Magical Congress of the United States is the one planning to destroy Hogwarts?"

His voice gradually calmed down.

"What evidence do you have to prove that we did that? The battle just now was just us wanting to spar with the greatest wizard of this century and see the difference between us and you. How can you accuse us of wanting to destroy Hogwarts?"

Am I right, Chairman Dumbledore?

Dumbledore didn't seem angry at all. He nodded slightly and said calmly.

"You're right, we were just sparring."

He gently rotated his wrist holding the wand, and no one noticed any movement or incantation he uttered. Suddenly, an invisible blade formed in the air, whistling as it slashed horizontally behind him!

"puff!"

"ah!!!"

The sound of a sharp weapon piercing flesh rang out simultaneously with O'Brien's agonizing scream; his legs had been cleanly severed below the knees!

Dumbledore continued walking towards the edge of the island without looking back.

"I'm sorry, I messed up, but this is just a friendly sparring match, mistakes are inevitable, and I think you'll forgive me."

"you guess."

"I bet you're a bastard!" Lynn cursed as he spat blood all over Fontana's face.

He leaned half his body against the knight statue, barely managing to stay upright as he pulled a bottle of potion from his pocket.

He directed the old witch to pin Fontana to the ground, then limped over to Fontana with the potion, pried open her mouth, and tenderly dripped three drops into her mouth with a dropper.

Fontana offered no resistance and simply let Lynn administer the truth serum to him.

"Tell me, where is that fairy?"

After being given the truth serum, Fontana seemed completely unchanged, still looking at Lynn with a mocking gaze.

"This isn't my body at all. Do you think truth serum would work on me?"

Lynn's face immediately darkened.

"Do you really think you've secured victory just like that?" Fontana's eyes widened, staring intently at Lynn. "You're not dead. I've failed, but that's just my personal failure. Who's the real loser?"

Her voice was hoarse, but the emotion it conveyed was palpable—a blatant mockery.

However, just as she finished speaking, the doors of Hogwarts opened.

Professor McGonagall emerged from the castle into the chilly morning air. The lawn outside was unrecognizable from what it used to be, with uprooted turf everywhere. She approached the spot where Lynn and the statues had been.

All eyes (on the statues) were on her. Professor McGonagall looked at Lynn, whose face was now covered in blood, but she still vaguely felt a sense of familiarity.

But she didn't have time to think too much at this moment, and directly reported to Lynn what had happened at the castle.

"A student just caught a goblin at the entrance to the Headmaster's office. They say the goblin is destroying the castle and could very well be an accomplice of the Slytherin heir."

"impossible!"

Before Professor McGonagall could finish speaking, Fontana interrupted her with a scream.

"How could Fabre be caught by two students! You're lying to me! You must be lying to me!"

Lynn finally breathed a sigh of relief. He looked at Fontana, who seemed to have gone mad, and said with a smile.

So, who exactly is the winner and who is the loser?

After saying that, he could no longer hold on and collapsed to the ground, his body powerless.

Professor McGonagall rushed over to help support him on the other side.

"I don't believe it! You're lying to me! You're all lying to me!" Fontana continued to shout.

No one paid her any attention. Lynn just quietly looked at the half of the sky in the east that was slightly golden, with white clouds drifting in the wind. For some reason, he thought to himself that today should be a nice day.

The students ran out of the castle, their hurried run gradually turning into a tiptoeing and careful advance, as if afraid of disturbing Lynn at this moment.

The students formed a circle around the area, remaining silent as Lynn quietly watched the sunrise. They simply watched Lynn in silence.

Just as Professor McGonagall was calling on the students to take Lynn to the school infirmary.

Dumbledore, having returned to the castle at some point, walked through the crowd and approached Lynn.

He crouched down and looked at Lynn, who was now in a terrible state. Lynn saw him too.

"I did a pretty good job, didn't I, Professor?"

He smiled brightly, and if it weren't for the bloodstains on his teeth, he would have looked like a sunny, cheerful young man.

Dumbledore nodded in agreement.

"No one can do it better than you."

"Can I rest now?"

"Get a good night's sleep, kid. Leave the rest to me."

As Dumbledore finished speaking, Lynn had already closed his eyes and his breathing became even.

Lynn fell asleep, and the modified Animagus that had been maintaining his body lost its effect.

Every student and professor at Hogwarts present saw his change; everyone saw who Professor Lockhart really was.

A series of gasps of surprise rang out from the crowd.

Dumbledore, however, did not stop it, or perhaps he did it on purpose.

Lynn knew what he meant by his last words, but he felt that Hogwarts didn't need a hero living in anonymity.
