Kaido stood on the ship's railing, his body wrapped in bandages, his face bruised and black, and a wound on the corner of his mouth that had not fully healed.

But to some extent, his miserable state also proves that he didn't slack off in Locke's training courses.

"Hey~ Kaido, it's been so long, I've missed you." Ron stood on the deck below, looking up and waving to him.

Kaido, his face dark, crossed his arms and clicked his tongue in annoyance: "Ron, it's one thing for Linlin not to take me, but we're like brothers, and you still don't take me?"

"We're brothers, so don't be angry. I brought you some local specialties back," Ron said with a smile, trying to appease Kaido.

Lingling, standing behind Ron, glanced at him suspiciously when she heard this. Local specialties? When were they made? I didn't know.

"Local specialties?" Kaido paused, his tense shoulders relaxing a bit, as if to say, "Fine, at least you still have some conscience."

"Ta-da~~~"

As if by magic, Ron turned around, grabbed a child next to him, lifted him high, and showed him to Kaido. "Like it? If you like it, it's yours, Kaido!"

Lingling: "........"

She knew it; Ron was a wicked guy.

"Bang!"

Before Kaido could even speak, Linlin lightly tapped Ron on the head in an annoyed tone, then said sullenly, "You idiot, put Oven down right now! Is he yours? You're just giving him away!"

"Hehehe," Ron chuckled, gently placing the child back on the ground.

"Hehehehe~~~" Annika stood on the deck above, covering her mouth and laughing.

Sure enough, the Rocks Pirates only had this harmonious scene when Lord Ron returned; at other times, it was like a stagnant pool.

Kaido stood there with a dark expression, looking at Ron's grinning face, with only one thought in his mind: What am I expecting! Doesn't he know what kind of person Ron is?

"Oh~~?"

At this moment, half of his body peeked out from the other side of the ship's railing.

Rocks leaned on the railing, glanced down at Ron, and smiled enigmatically. "It's 'Uchiha Madara' back. Come on up. He's missed a lot of lessons; he needs to catch up today."

Madara Uchiha?

Ron felt a chill run down his spine; he had a bad feeling.

"Sorry, Lox, I have a cold. I'll start training again once I'm better..."

"Who cares about you!" Rocks cursed.

-------------------------------------

After the farce, Rocks held a grand banquet.

The table was covered with grilled meat, seafood, fruit, and a small mountain of wine glasses.

At the banquet, some people were drinking, some were chatting, some were playing around, and some were arguing; no one was sitting quietly.

"Shiki! You shameless bastard, have you no shame?" Lingling, hands on her hips, yelled at the golden lion who was stuffing roasted meat into his mouth not far away. "Trying to steal food from a little kid, are you a reincarnated starving ghost?"

The golden lion didn't even raise its head, its mouth stuffed with meat, and mumbled something indistinctly, which no one could hear.

"Mommy, Mommy!" a child ran over and tugged at Lingling's clothes. "Ron played a game with me! He made me close my eyes and then took off my pants!"

Lingling's temple throbbed, and she turned to Ron in an unfriendly tone: "Ron~~"

Ron sat at the table, smiling and clasping his hands together: "Sorry."

"Mommy, Mommy," another child ran over, looking up, "Brother Kaido said he's going to sell me when I fall asleep!"

Lingling's brows furrowed even more: "Kaido!"

Kaido followed Ron's example, putting his hands together in prayer, his expression suggesting he knew he had done something wrong, and said, "Sorry."

"You bunch of bastards," Lingling felt a headache coming on.

"Mommy, Mommy!" The third child ran over, holding a small piece of cake, and said with a smile, "Sister Annika is so kind, she gave me a really delicious piece of cake!"

Lingling's expression finally softened a bit. She bent down, patted the child's head, and softened her tone: "Good boy, remember this, on this ship, only Sister Annika's words can be trusted. Everyone else is a bastard."

"Mom," the child tilted his head, thought for a moment, then asked doubtfully, "but didn't you say before that Brother Ron was also reliable?"

Lingling frowned, paused for a second, and then slowly said, "Him? When there's danger, he's the most reliable. When there's no danger, he's the most dangerous."

"Oh, oh," the child nodded as if he understood something, and took another bite of cake.

The white-bearded man sat at Ron's table, a glass of wine in his hand, his gaze slowly shifting between the little incidents.

He glanced at the child whose food was being stolen by the Golden Lion for a while, and then at Kaido, who was being scolded by Linlin with her hands on her hips.

Finally, his gaze fell on Ron's face, who was laughing and joking with the person next to him.

They were all ordinary, even insignificant little things.

But for some reason, he found the noise more pleasant than any grand scene.

"Gulalalala,"

Whitebeard suddenly looked up and laughed.

In an instant, several pairs of eyes on the table turned to look at him.

"What's going on, Newgate?" Silver Axe looked around suspiciously, thinking that someone was being annoying again. He first glanced at his wine glass, then at the roast meat on the table, and only after finding nothing amiss did he look at the others.

"Why are you looking at me? It wasn't me who laughed," Kaido said.

"Tch," Silver Axe scoffed, "Of course I know it wasn't you laughing. But you're the closest to me, and I was afraid you'd put something unclean in my wine glass."

"Huh?" Kaido jumped to his feet. "What do you mean? So many people suspect me? And do you think I, Kaido, am that kind of person?"

"Idiot Silver Axe~~~" The white-bearded man waved his hand, a smile still on his lips. "I was just laughing. Nobody's messing with you."

After saying that, the white-bearded man turned to Ron and changed the subject: "Speaking of which, Ron, what did you do this time that made the World Government hate you so much?"

"Hehehe~~~" Ron laughed, mimicking the Golden Lion.

"You're crazy! Why are you copying me? Don't you have your own way of laughing?" the Golden Lion at the next table yelled as he turned around.

Ron ignored him, leaned back in his chair, and slowly said, "That was quite an adventure, Newgate. First, I fought the mastermind behind the World Government, the King of the World, and then I fought the highest leaders of the World Government, the Five Elders. In the end, they realized they couldn't kill me, so they slunk away!"

"You're just bragging~~" the Golden Lion turned around and added.

"Shiki, if you've had too much to drink, get out of here," Silver Axe said, turning around to curse.
