"Hey everyone, something terrible has happened!"

Just as Rayleigh was talking to Jabba and the others, a hurried shout came from the lookout tower above.

Jabba and Riley both looked up at the top of the mast, where a figure was bending over and shouting down.

The man on lookout duty continued, "Naval warships spotted on the east side, and Garp is leading the group!"

Garp? ???

As soon as those words were spoken.

Roger, Rayleigh, and Jabba almost simultaneously turned their gazes toward the eastern sea.

Soon, the outlines of three naval warships approaching at full speed came into view.

Rayleigh and Jabba exchanged a glance, then simultaneously looked at Roger's retreating figure, and ultimately said nothing more.

They knew that once Roger made a decision, there was no stopping him.

"Wait a minute~" Just as Roger had already bent his knees and was about to jump, Rayleigh called out to him in time.

"Hmm? Is there anything else, Rayleigh?" Roger turned his head, his gaze suspicious.

Rayleigh said seriously, "Now that you're a Devil Fruit user, you have to remember at all times that falling into the sea would be fatal for you. Don't just rush forward."

Roger paused for a moment, then laughed and said, "Don't worry, I remember it all the time."

The moment he finished speaking, he leaped into the air, his body tracing an arc in mid-air before he began to run towards Garp.

Roger's shouts echoed all around.

Immediately, Garp also clenched his right fist, his Conqueror's Haki swirling within it, dark red arcs of electricity leaping across his right fist. After reaching the appropriate distance, he slightly twisted his body, channeling all his power into his fist and sending it forward.

"Bang!"

A dull, muffled thud exploded in mid-air.

The shockwave spread outwards from the center of the two men's fists, creating a visible white ring of air. The seawater was instantly blasted into a huge dent, as if an invisible hand had pressed down on it.

The waves surged and rolled in all directions, creating layers of white walls of water.

Roger and Garp leaned back slightly in the aftershocks of the collision.

The two hovered in mid-air, facing each other through the lingering shockwave.

"Hahahaha~~~, you bastard, you choose to eat Devil Fruits just to pursue power? Hehehe, how shameful." Garp mocked.

Roger's expression turned serious as he slowly said, "No... Garp, you're wrong. It wasn't me who chose the Devil Fruit; it was the Devil Fruit that chose me."

"You're just making excuses for yourself!"

Meanwhile, Ron and Lingling finally returned to Beehive Island after several days of sailing.

"Welcome back, Lord Ron." Annika stood happily on the deck, waving her hands towards the ship below, which was noticeably smaller.

"Ron, Linlin~ You two bastards, you didn't take me with you!!" Kaido's figure leaped up from behind Annika.
