Mortal Transformation into Immortal

Those with spiritual bones are considered celestial beings, while those without are considered mortals. However, I possess a method for seeking immortality that can grant mortals spiritual bones. This method was personally bestowed upon me by an immortal under a pine tree in the mountains many years ago. The immortal casually molded a clay pot for me and instructed me: "Avoid fire and smoke, feed on a hundred insects, and for seven consecutive days each month, smear the pot with your own blood, day after day, year after year. As long as your heart is sincere and unwavering in seeking immortality, you will surely attain it within five generations."
