He went to a restaurant, ate something quick, and drank a cup of hot milk. After changing his equipment using the one-click outfit change feature, he left the city.

In the plaza, various NPC quest givers, their heads adorned with exclamation marks and question marks, anxiously waved to Loki. Loki ignored them. He didn't want to take on complicated side quests, even though they could increase his reputation with Regent City.

Loki knew: "The rewards for completing those missions are all basic, transitional gear, so we don't need them. As for the money rewards, I have enough with me right now, so I don't need to earn any more."

After walking for a while, Loki sat down on the stone steps to rest. He saw many young men riding their mounts, looking quite impressive.

"I heard you can buy a mount at level 40! At my current leveling speed, gaining experience is a bit slow. I'll take it slow, anyway, no one's rushing me, and I'm not comparing myself to others." Loki took a sip of water (pure water, white, free) and comforted himself.

Loki observed that most of them bought ordinary mounts called "Small Warhorse General Mount" (blue; can be fed to increase affinity; docile, no ability to assist in attack and combat). The mount's level is also 40, so only heroes who reach level 40 can buy it, and it also costs 1000 gold coins to buy the [Beginner Riding Skill Book].

With the current monster drops and quest rewards, saving up 1000 gold? Add in expenses like lodging and food, and it's indeed quite difficult. The fact that they could ride mounts at level 40 probably means they brought the money from other maps. This might be the "business strategy" of Classic WoW...

The small, universal warhorse mount (blue) is available at the Leijincheng Mount Shop (131.257). It comes in three colors: white, black, and brown, priced at 500G, 300G, and 200G respectively. The white warhorse is the most expensive. The price for recycling mounts is a flat 100G per horse. (Note: Mount meat is inedible; recycling in the shop can improve a hero's RP (role model/resource value), increasing drop rates, and improving the success rate of crafting, enchanting, forging, dismantling, and strengthening.)

Loki plans to level up to 40 and then buy a mount.

Currently, Loki has fully explored the map near Regin City. He's walking leisurely, practicing his basic warrior skills as he goes. He only glances at the items dropped by monsters, and if they don't drop equipment or weapons, he doesn't pick them up. (One-click loot: Classic WoW advanced skill; unlocked only at level 80)

Today, Loki didn't train in his usual spot. If he went to lower-level areas, he could only improve his skill proficiency, gaining only single-digit amounts of experience. Loki had no choice but to train in areas level 30 and above.

Unbeknownst to him, Loki arrived at Archer Village (133, 322). Loki knew of Archer Village before; it contained several common side quests. Back then, Loki and Elaine had lit up the village together.

"Young man, are you lost? Or do you want to learn archery skills? Don't be discouraged, I can teach you unconditionally!" A middle-aged human villager greeted him at the entrance of Archer Village. (Archer Village Guide, NPC)

"Oh, no, thank you, Uncle. I was just passing by. I've already learned to be a warrior, so I don't have a chance to learn ranged attacks," Loki politely declined.

"Silly child, don't just think about using Savage Charge to kill monsters. Aren't you tired of that? Don't think that warriors should just train as warriors. Learn a throwing skill or a bow and arrow skill from me. Wouldn't it be easier to lure monsters into a group and gang up on them?" The old man from Archer Village seemed like an honest man. Was what he said an NPC's dialogue? Or was it his own thought? Loki couldn't tell...

"What you said makes a lot of sense, so I'll learn how to throw. How about it? It's just throwing stones, right? I already know how! You won't believe me, just watch!" With that, Loki mischievously picked up a small stone from the ground and threw it into the distance.

"Since it's free anyway, I might as well learn something and relieve some boredom. This kind of mission is pretty good; I can learn and interact with them, so it's not too tedious," Loki thought.

"So, young man, have you thought it through? Our Archer Village is known for producing sharpshooters. I'll show you how!" asked the middle-aged man from Archer Village, beginning his warm-up.

The middle-aged man twisted his waist, swung his arms, and squatted and stood up a few times, making it look like he wanted to show off his skills.

The middle-aged man spoke quite mysteriously, as if he were a living hero, not an NPC.

Because of the distance, Loki didn't have a chance to communicate with them, only exchanging simple glances.

"Uncle, when did they arrive?" Loki pointed, feeling embarrassed to stop the uncle who was continuing to lead the way. So he asked.

"Ah! They are the best of our village, all born and raised in the village. They are an outstanding generation! Some of them are almost sharpshooters!!" the middle-aged man replied proudly.

"Oh!" Loki exclaimed in surprise, "This seemingly ordinary archer village is actually intentionally cultivating heroes?! This is truly unexpected! I've never encountered this phenomenon in other worlds before. The villagers of an NPC village aren't even farming anymore? Archer Village truly lives up to its name!"

Following the uncle's lead, Loki arrived at the ancestral hall of Archer Village.

As the uncle said, learning throwing skills is indeed free. But you have to sign in on the sign-in book at the ancestral hall!

Loki discovers that the first page of the sign-in book in the Archer Village's ancestral hall only has a few heroes' names scattered across it, followed by an amount?? The unit is noted as "Wish Money"??

The "Wish Gold" description is written in simple lacquered characters, roughly meaning: "The accuracy, power, magical enhancement, and aggro enhancement of the throwing skill increase along with the amount of Wish Gold. In other words, the more money you pay, the higher the level of the throwing skill you learn. The cap is 10 gold coins."

"Wow! That's an astronomical price!! 10 gold is equivalent to 100 [Basic Riding Skill Books]!" Loki exclaimed!
