Hogwarts: Who uses a crowbar in wizard duels?

Kevin led the group all the way out of Privet Drive before stopping, leaving the two little ones exhausted. Of course, Harry, on Kevin's shoulders, wasn't much better off.

"Okay, everything should be fine now."

Kevin put Harry down, and little Harry said he needed to rest for a bit.

"Kevin, what just happened?"

"Harry asked."

"Have you seen that little elf, Dobby?"

"It was him? What did he do this time?" Harry clearly knew of Dobby's existence, and there was a hint of resentment in his voice.

"He cast a magical barrier around your room, cutting you off from the outside world. He said there was a terrible conspiracy, and that's why he imprisoned you to protect you."

Kevin recounted everything that had just happened to Harry, including the incident of cutting off the letter.

"This is absolutely outrageous!" Harry couldn't accept Dobby's behavior. He had met Dobby before, and Dobby had given him the same explanation, but he hadn't offered any explanation and had even made Harry take the blame for throwing cake at people.

"That's how house-elves are; they have their own thoughts, but they can't defy the slave oath deep in their souls."

"Maybe his intentions were good, but I can't explain it to you. You don't need to worry too much. Even Voldemort showed up at Hogwarts last year, so what conspiracy is there to be afraid of?" Kevin said nonchalantly.

Hermione and Ron, who had been very concerned about the conspiracy, realized it was true.

What conspiracy could be more terrifying than Voldemort?

Kevin asked, "What does Tom Riddle's conspiracy have to do with Voldemort?"

"Alright, don't overthink it, let's go." Kevin called to the group. They had arranged for Percy to pick them up in his family's Flying Car.

Because the Weasleys' Burrow is far from the city center, it is inaccessible by normal means of transportation.

They arrived at the agreed location quickly.

A light blue vintage car was parked there. Percy spotted Kevin and his group immediately and waved to them.

This operation was approved by the Weasleys. Percy wasn't as unreliable as Ron, nor as mischievous as the twins, so they trusted him to pick up Kevin and the others.

"Long time no see, Harry, Kevin, Hermione, how was your holiday?"

Everyone greeted Percy, but Harry didn't seem too happy.

"Don't you know what's going on with Harry?" Ron retorted.

Percy shrugged, said nothing more, and gestured for them to get in the car.

Kevin, Hermione, and Harry had never ridden in a flying car before and were very curious.

Percy started the car and immediately activated its invisibility spell. Perhaps due to the presence of a confusion spell, no one else on the street noticed that the car had suddenly disappeared.

As the car took to the air, Kevin couldn't help but grab Hermione's hand. He couldn't quite accept the feeling of the car floating in the sky; it swayed back and forth and felt very unreal.

He still prefers the feeling of being down-to-earth.

Hermione noticed that Kevin seemed to be feeling unwell, so she leaned against him and gently patted his chest to help him catch his breath, looking just like a loving wife.

Ron and Harry found it amusing to see this side of Kevin, who was usually incredibly strong.

However, after seeing Hermione and Kevin sticking together and showing off their affection, they couldn't stand it anymore. There were three single men in the car, and the two of them were being so lovey-dovey; it was unbearable to watch.

So Harry started chatting with Ron, asking if anything had happened recently, as he had been almost completely isolated from the outside world during the holiday.

After flying for two hours, they finally arrived at the Burrow, the Weasleys' little house.

This was a green field, and a uniquely shaped small building, resembling a series of stacked houses, came into view.

There were also some livestock enclosures, piles of hay, dilapidated warehouses, rudimentary dirt roads, and a small pond nearby.

It looks quite cozy.

After getting off the car, the group entered the peculiar, humble dwelling together.

The interior space appears cramped at first glance, with various cabinets and all sorts of furniture, but it doesn't look cluttered at all. Every inch of space is used efficiently, clearly well-managed by Mrs. Weasley.

"Welcome to my humble abode. It's small, but it's a home nonetheless."

Percy invited the group to sit down on several sofas on the first floor.

Soon, noisy footsteps echoed upstairs; it was George and Fred.

"Welcome to the Burrow, Harry, Kevin, Hermione."

"Percy already said that," Ron couldn't help but complain about his brothers' words.

Then another girl came out; she was Ginny, the Weasleys' youngest daughter.

Welcome!

Ginny was still young and seemed a little shy. She seemed very curious about Harry; her little eyes were fixed on him.

She was also a major victim in the second Harry Potter film.

Kevin had actually been considering this for a while.

Later, Lucius (Gilson's father) will secretly slip Voldemort's Horcrux, a diary, into Ginny's cauldron.

This led to Ginny being manipulated by Voldemort, causing her to commit a series of attacks.

He could have easily taken out the diary before Ginny and destroyed it.

But he didn't know what the consequences would be, or if he gave it to Dumbledore? That was something he could consider.

However, he only needs to protect Hermione. This time, he won't let Hermione be attacked. Moreover, he has prepared a lot of Mandela potion in advance, which can undo petrification.

So in the end, he chose to let the plot proceed as usual, because Harry would eventually step in to save Ginny, which would be the beginning of Harry and Ginny's encounter.

Probably...

While watching the movie, he didn't really understand how Ginny and Harry ended up together.

He only found out that the two of them ended up as a couple after reading some related movie reviews.

However, one thing is certain: Ginny has a strong talent for magic.

"Aren't Mom and Dad home?" Percy asked.

"Mom went out to buy groceries, saying there will be a big meal tonight. Dad is out because the Ministry of Magic has suddenly started doing some work lately, and it seems like they've been frequently conducting surprise inspections of wizarding families," Fred replied.

Ron explained to the others that his father was an official working at the Ministry of Magic, whose main job was to prevent wizards from abusing Muggle items.

There were twin brothers behind them keeping the atmosphere lively; they were all children, and a group of people gathered together, chatting and laughing.

Harry loved the atmosphere of the house, and so did Hermione and Kevin.

Ron also showed the group around the humble dwelling, where they would be staying for the next few days.

It doesn't look big from the outside, but the space inside is actually quite large, probably because it has been enchanted with a seamless stretching spell.

As evening approached, the Weasleys returned together.

"Oh, welcome, Harry, Kevin, and Hermione." Mrs. Weasley was very enthusiastic and hugged the three of them as soon as she arrived.

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, everyone had gotten to know each other to some extent. Mrs. Weasley warmly invited everyone to rest in the living room and said that she would prepare a sumptuous dinner for them.

Mrs. Weasley walked into the kitchen and skillfully cast her household magic spell. The stove, pots, pans, and other utensils in the kitchen seemed to come alive and began to work busily on their own.

Before long, a variety of delicious dishes were placed on the table. Although these dishes looked ordinary, each one was exquisitely prepared and made mouths water.

Harry and Hermione stared wide-eyed at the scene before them. It was the first time they had ever witnessed such a magical cooking spectacle, and they were full of praise for Mrs. Weasley's magic and culinary skills.

Kevin, as always, displayed a mature and composed demeanor, politely sitting and chatting with the adults.

Kevin will still need the Weasleys' care for the next few days. Although they are very friendly, it won't stop him from playing the social game and building goodwill so that he can feel more at ease living there later. After all, who would refuse a sensible and polite child?

"Uncle Arthur, can you tell me what the requirements are for working at the Ministry of Magic?" Kevin asked like a curious child.

"Oh, of course, first you have to go through... Aba aba." Mr. Weasley spoke very enthusiastically with Kevin about the Ministry of Magic.

After that, they talked about some topics related to the Muggle world.

Mr. Weasley was very curious about how Muggles lived and used technology, and Kevin, of course, answered all his questions, telling Mr. Weasley a lot about Muggles.

Finally, Kevin also gave Mr. Weasley a small, exquisite compass.

Mr. Weasley happily took the compass and examined it closely. He was very curious about this novel little gadget and kept fiddling with it, trying to figure out how it worked.

The two got along very well, and Mr. Weasley grew to like this sensible and articulate child more and more.

When the group sat down to eat, Mr. Weasley very warmly put his arm around Kevin's shoulder, and the two were so close that they were practically brothers.

This left Hermione, Harry, and Ron speechless. How could he always win the favor of adults wherever he went?
