The wind was strong in the air.

Gojo Satoru flew ahead, moving as fast as a white shooting star, leaving a long afterimage in the sky.

Tianyan followed behind, his purple-gold bone wings vibrating in the wind. Each vibration propelled him forward a great distance, but the distance between him and Gojo Satoru continued to widen.

He gritted his teeth and poured more of his curse power into his bone wings. The purple-gold patterns became brighter than before, and his speed increased. However, he knew that with his current curse power, he couldn't keep up with Gojo Satoru's speed.

Gojo Satoru seemed to sense something, slowed down, and turned his head to glance at Tenen.

"Enlightenment." Tianyan's voice came from the wind, not loud, but very clear.

"Um?"

"Do you think this address might be a trap?"

Gojo Satoru was silent for a moment. He thought of the photo, of the fearful eyes of Tennori Riko in the photo, and of the text message that contained no threats, no demands, only an address.

"Possibly."

He said calmly, "But even if it's a trap, we still have to go check it out."

Tianyan smiled, a knowing smile that said, "I knew you'd say that."

"That's what I think too."

He said, then changed the subject: "But what if it really is a trap? If we both go in and get bogged down, what will happen to the hotel?"

Gojo Satoru frowned slightly; he understood the meaning behind Gojo Satoru's words.

"You mean...?"

"I think..."

Tianyan's voice turned serious. He spoke slowly, but each word was enunciated clearly: "We can't both go. What if it's a trap to lure us away? There's still Jie, Qi Hai, Haibara, and Kuroi at the hotel. In their current state, if someone attacks them again..."

He didn't finish speaking, but Gojo Satoru already understood: "Then what should we do? Go back to the hotel?"

Tianyan stroked his chin: "No, you're the fastest, so it's best if you wait in the middle."

"I'll go to that address. If it's a trap, I'll try my best to stall for time. You can provide support from the outside. If someone attacks the hotel, you're nearby and can rush back to provide support immediately."

Gojo Satoru tilted his head, looked at him, and slowly curved the corners of his mouth into a smile.

"You've thought of everything quite thoroughly."

He said, with a tone that implied, "Not bad, not bad, I'm very satisfied": "Okay, let's do it this way."

He stopped in mid-air, his feet dangling, his hands in his pockets, his white hair fluttering in the wind, making him look as if he were standing on an invisible piece of ground.

Tianyan stopped beside him, its purple-gold bone wings slowly flapping behind it, keeping it suspended in the air.

Gojo Satoru took his phone out of his pocket, glanced at the address, then looked up and gazed into the distance.

"That town over there is where you need to go."

He gestured towards the distant cluster of gray and white buildings, saying, "It's about ten kilometers away. It would take you about... five minutes to fly there?"

Tianyan glanced at the cluster of buildings and nodded.

"almost."

"Then I'll wait for you here."

Gojo Satoru said in a relaxed tone, "If you find it's a trap after you get there, don't try to tough it out. Call me immediately. If you don't hear from me within five minutes, I'll come over and check it out."

Tianyan glanced at him: "Alright."

With a sudden flap of its bony wings, it flew towards the cluster of buildings.

Standing in mid-air, Gojo Satoru watched his retreating figure grow smaller and smaller. The smile on his lips slowly faded. He took out his phone from his pocket, opened the photo, and stared at it for a long time.

......

When Tianyan landed at the entrance of that building, the setting sun had already begun to sink, bathing the entire building in a dark golden halo.

It was an abandoned warehouse.

The warehouse had gray concrete walls, a rusty tin roof, and several broken windows that looked like empty, lifeless eyes. The surrounding area was wasteland, overgrown with weeds and littered with pebbles, the air thick with a damp, musty smell.

Tianyan stood at the warehouse entrance, not in a hurry to go in, but closed his eyes and sensed the surrounding magical energy fluctuations.

No.

There was nothing there.

He opened his eyes and frowned.

He stepped into the warehouse, his footsteps echoing in the empty space with an eerie, unsettling resonance. The warehouse was dark, save for the setting sun filtering through the broken windows, casting patches of dark red light on the floor.

In the center of the warehouse, there is a chair.

A person was tied to the chair.

Riko Tennen, with a cloth stuffed in her mouth and her eyes wide open, saw Tenyan walk in. Her pupils contracted sharply, and she began to struggle desperately. The chair creaked on the ground, but she was tied up so tightly that she couldn't break free.

Tianyan walked up to her, squatted down, and pulled the cloth out of her mouth.

"Are you alright?" His voice was calm, but his tone carried a gentle, reassuring quality.

Riko was panting heavily, tears welling up in her eyes, but she didn't cry. She just bit her lip and shook her head.

"I'm fine..."

Her voice trembled, "They didn't hit me...they didn't...they just tied me up here..."

Tianyan nodded without asking any further questions. He stood up, drew his bone blade from his waist, and cut the rope binding her. The rope was thick, but the bone blade was sharp; it broke in one stroke, and the rope fell to the ground with a dull thud.

Riko stood up, rubbed her wrists which were red from being bound, and then looked up at Tenyan.

"Where's Mr. Natsuyu?" Her voice trembled. "Where's Kuroi? Are they...are they still alive?"

Tianyan looked at her face, which was filled with fear and worry, paused for a second, and then nodded.

"They're all alive."

He said, "Natsuyu was injured, but her life is not in danger. Kuroi was just knocked unconscious, but she has already woken up."

Riko's tears finally fell. She wiped them away with the back of her hand, but the tears flowed like a broken string of pearls, impossible to stop.

She took a deep breath, then another, and then looked up at Tianyan.

"Thank you." Her voice was hoarse, but clear.

Tianyan shook his head, took out his phone from his pocket, and dialed Wujiao Wu's number.

The phone rang once and was answered.

"How is it?" Gojo Satoru's voice came through the receiver, carrying a rare seriousness.

"The person has been rescued."

Tianyan's voice was calm: "No traps, no enemies, not a single one."

There was a moment of silence on the other end of the phone.

"Not a single one?" Gojo Satoru's voice carried a hint of doubt.

"Not a single one."

Tianyan repeated, "The warehouse is empty; only Tianlizi is there."

There was another second of silence on the other end of the phone.

Then Gojo Satoru's puzzled voice came: "This isn't right... Okay, I understand. Bring her back, I'll go back to the hotel to check."

The phone hangs up.

Tianyan put his phone back in his pocket and looked at Tianlizi.

"Can you walk?" he asked.

Riko nodded.

Tianyan turned and walked towards the warehouse door, with Tianlizi following behind him. Her steps were a little unsteady, but she walked steadily and did not fall.

The two walked out of the warehouse, and Tianyan turned around and squatted down.

"Come up."

He patted his back and said, "It's faster to fly back."

Riko paused for a moment, then nodded, leaned on Tianyan's back, and wrapped her arms around his neck. Tianyan stood up, his purple-gold bone wings unfurling on his back, their wingspan exceeding three meters. Purple-gold light patterns flowed across the membranes, shimmering in the setting sun.

He took a deep breath, then leaped into the air, his bone wings flapping violently, carrying the two of them into the sky.

Riko lay on his back, the wind whistling past her ears, blowing her hair wildly.

She didn't cry out; she just closed her eyes, clung tightly to Tianyan's neck, her lips pressed together, her face pale.

Tianyan flew very fast, his purple-gold bone wings vibrating in the wind. Each vibration propelled his body forward a great distance as he flew towards the hotel.
