After resting for a while, the two continued on their way.

This time they were more cautious. Lin Dao kept a close eye on the changes in the glowing spots on the map, avoiding those that represented high energy reactions or potential threats.

"We must remain vigilant at all times when we are hiking in the wild," Lin Dao said to the audience as he walked.

Half an hour later, they arrived at the location marked by the snake bear.

It was a sunny clearing in the woods.

The sight before them made them both slow their pace.

In the open space, yesterday's Zigzag Bear was playing with two little Pokémon.

One of them is Pichu, an Electric-type Pokémon with a small body and red electric sacs on its cheeks. It is happily hopping around, and the lightning bolt shape at the tip of its tail sways gently with each jump.

The other was a small marsupial, playing a chase game with a serpentine bear. Its round body was clumsy yet adorable, and it occasionally made a childish "ga-ooh ga-ooh" sound.

At the edge of the open space, under the shade of a large birch tree, a huge marsupial was quietly watching the children play.

But when Lin Dao saw its color clearly, he couldn't help but be slightly taken aback.

"Look, everyone." Lin Dao gestured for Li Hao to point the camera at the adult Kangaskhan. "This Pokémon is called Kangaskhan, and it's a Normal-type."

"The one next to it that looks similar and is playing with the serpent bear is its cub."

"In the Pokémon world, Kangaskhan and its children are considered a whole, living and fighting together."

He paused, a hint of emotion in his voice: "This Kangaskhan is special; it's a Shiny Pokémon, also known as a 'Shiny Pokémon.'"

"Look, its body is dark brown, while that of a regular marsupial is light brown. Its ears and belly are grayish-white, while that of a regular marsupial is grayish-yellow."

The camera zooms in, and a close-up of the kangaroo appears on the screen.

Its dark brown fur gleamed with a unique sheen in the sunlight, its grayish-white belly was soft and fluffy, and its eyes were gentle yet wary.

It crouched under the shade of a tree, its forelimbs wrapped around its body, its tail swaying gently, its posture relaxed yet full of protectiveness.

"Shiny Pokémon are color variations caused by genetic mutations or special environmental factors."

Lin Dao continued his explanation, his voice clear and calm.

"Their attributes and abilities are usually the same as their normal form, but because of their different appearance, they are often rejected by their own kind."

He looked at the strangely colored bag-shaped creature with understanding in his eyes.

"Kangas are social Pokémon, so this shiny Kangaskhan may have left its pack and is raising its cubs alone."

Seemingly sensing their gaze, the Kangaskhan suddenly turned its head, looking directly in the direction of Lin Dao and Li Hao.

Its eyes sharpened instantly, its body leaned forward slightly, and it let out a low warning growl: "Gah!"

The three playful Pokémon immediately stopped what they were doing and looked over warily.

The serpentine bear recognized Lin Dao, tilted its head, and made a confused "gurgling" sound.

But Pichu and Kangaskhan were clearly startled and quickly hid behind Kangaskhan.

"It has spotted us," Lin Dao whispered, while signaling Li Hao to stop.

The chat room tensed up:

Is it about to attack?

"It's huge...it feels like it could smash a rock with a single slap."

"It's protecting the children! A mother's instinct!"

"Run, streamer! Don't take the risk!"

"It looks fierce, let's go!"

Lin Dao neither retreated nor advanced.

He stood still and said in a gentle but clear voice, "Don't be nervous, we mean no harm."

At the same time, he slowly took out four orange fruits from his backpack, placed two on the ground in front of him, and gently rolled the other two towards the kangaroo beast, stopping about three meters away from it.

"These tree fruits are for you as a small gift."

His movements were gentle and slow, and every detail conveyed the message of "harmlessness".

After doing all this, Lin Dao pulled Li Hao back seven or eight steps, then raised his hands, palms facing outwards, so that the kangaroo beast could see that they had no weapons.

"We just want to get to know you; we won't hurt you."

The marsupial remained vigilant, completely shielding the children with its body, its eyes fixed on the forest path, seemingly assessing the intentions of this strange human.

Its muscles were taut, clearly ready to evacuate with the children at any moment.

But at that moment, the snake-striped bear moved.

It sniffed the air, then trotted over to the tree fruit. It first smelled the one Lin Dao had left behind, then the one that had rolled towards the kangaroo, and finally chose the one in front of Lin Dao, and began to gnaw on it without any hesitation.

The crisp chewing sound was particularly clear in the quiet forest.

The serpentine bear ate with great relish, even making satisfied "purring" sounds.

Seeing his companion enjoying his meal so much, Pichu grew bolder.

It cautiously peeked out from behind the marsupial's legs, its pink nose twitching slightly, clearly attracted by the aroma of the orange berries.

After hesitating for a few seconds, Pichu trotted over, picked up another berry in front of the forest path, but did not eat it immediately. Instead, it looked at Kangaskhan as if seeking permission.

The Kangaskhan looked down at Pichu, then at Lindao, and finally nodded slightly.

Pichu then felt safe enough to nibble on the berry, the electric sacs on its cheeks glowing slightly with pleasure: "Pichu."

Seeing his two friends start eating, the little kangaroo couldn't resist either.

It ran out from behind its mother, but instead of taking the last tree fruit in front of the forest path, it picked up the one that had rolled to its mother's side.

But instead of eating it itself, it carried the fruit to its mother, tilted its little head back, and held the fruit high, exclaiming, "Gah!"

The multicolored pangolin looked down at the child, then at Lin Dao, and the wariness in its eyes finally began to ease.

It took the fruit, smelled it, tasted it, and then slowly began to eat it.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, Lin Dao led Li Hao forward at an extremely slow pace, step by step.

They would stop every two steps to allow the Pokémon to adjust to their approach.

The viewers held their breath in suspense.

"I'm so nervous..."

"The streamer is really bold."

"The Kangaskhan is still eating, it shouldn't attack, right?"

"Children feel safe when their mothers are eating."

"This approach is very professional."

Five meters, four meters, three meters... When they finally got to about two meters away from the Kangaskhan family, the Kangaskhan, though still wary, no longer made any warning noises.

It simply kept an eye on Lin Dao's movements while eating, making sure the child remained within its protective range.

The little pannibble curiously looked around the forest path, its round eyes filled with childlike innocence.

Pichu hid behind the giant sac's leg, peeking out with only one eye, while nibbling on berries.

Lin Dao whispered in Li Hao's ear, "Squat down slowly and gently. The height difference can be intimidating to Pokémon, so squatting down will make them feel safer."

The two slowly crouched down, a simple action that made the Kangaskhan relax its last bit of vigilance.

It stopped staring at the forest path and began to focus on eating tree fruits, occasionally lowering its head to lick the little marsupial's head.

The little kangaroo squinted its eyes contentedly and made a comfortable purring sound.

The serpentine bear had finished eating its fruit and was now lying contentedly on the grass, basking in the sun.

Pichu had almost finished eating its berries. It ate them very carefully, even licking the juice off its paws.

Sunlight spilled across this small open space, wildflowers swayed gently in the breeze, and dappled shadows fell from the trees.

On this quiet afternoon, humans and Pokémon achieved a subtle, warm, and peaceful peace.

For the first time, the screen on Li Hao's phone was blank for an extended period of time.

A few seconds later, a sentence slowly floated across the screen:

"They...are really not monsters."

This sentence was like opening a floodgate, and soon, more similar comments appeared:

"The way the kangaroo mother protects her baby is exactly the same as how my mother protected me when I was a child."

"The little kangaroo is so well-behaved; it even knows to get food for its mom..."

"I want to cry, but I don't know why... I just suddenly feel like crying."

"Thank you, host, for showing me the possibilities of another world."

"I think I understand what Lin Dao meant by 'partner' now."

"The way that yellow mouse eats fruit looks just like my hamster."

"The way the basking bear sunbathes is exactly the same as my dog's."

"So they're just... animals that look different?"

"No, they are Pokémon."

Lin Dao looked at the comments and let out a soft breath.

He knew that the first cornerstone had been firmly laid.

The process of shifting people's perception from "monsters" to "Pokémon," from fear to curiosity, from hostility to understanding, is a long and difficult one.

But today, in this clearing in the woods, at least some people's hearts have begun to shift in this direction.
