Chapter 644 The Deep Pit of Dream Rules

Rune began to try to study the knowledge bestowed by the Dark Force in World of Warcraft.

After learning that creating new things in the new world would be beneficial to him, Rune had the intention of reshaping the universe he had created.

The Dark Force in World of Warcraft is incredibly generous, providing Rune with all the knowledge on how to create Emerald Nightmares, how to materialize Nightmare creatures from dreams, and so on. Rune only needs to study it again, just like he did at Hogwarts.

So Rune began to study magic in the pure white palace.

The principle behind the Dark Force's corruption of the Emerald Dream is simple: the Emerald Dream itself is composed of countless interconnected dream nodes. These nodes are energy hubs connecting reality and dreams. By corrupting these nodes with shadow energy or fel energy, it can spread like a virus, transforming pure dream areas into demonic realms.

Upon seeing this, Rune's brows began to furrow.

The Dark Force also possesses the principle of materializing dream energy. Normally, the energy of the Emerald Dream nourishes the natural world, but the Emerald Nightmare can cause polluted dream energy to flow back into reality, causing withered forests and mutated creatures to emerge.

Rune was already itching to curse. The Dark Force only knew how to corrupt, imprison, and devour the power of the Emerald Dream, but it didn't understand the essence of creating dreams.

In other words, Rune can use this power to devour the spiritual power of those poor souls who have been corrupted by his own abilities and are trapped in nightmares, but he cannot directly cause the designated person to fall into a dream.

The Dream Stone was able to pull everyone in the plaza into a dream because of its own power, but the power of the Dark Force was what truly trapped them in nightmares and even killed the powerful mutant Black King.

In other words, if Rune wants to perfectly control the Dream Demon Orb in his hands, he will at least need to find the Force of Life or the Dream Demon, and find a way to manipulate the power of dreams.

However, the way to communicate with the life force is still unknown, let alone teach it. The dream demon is not hard to find, but whether he can teach it everything he knows is a serious question.

In the Harry Potter universe, however, Fred and George created a spell called the Daydream Charm, which allows the user to enter a highly realistic and high-quality daydream lasting about thirty minutes.

The Wasteland White Queen placed her hand on Rune's shoulder. Rune looked at this weathered woman and was shocked by the sadness in her eyes.

"What do you think of the great God-King Doom's understanding of the various territories?" She forced a smile. "If we don't recruit enough soldiers this time—how do you think God-King Doom will punish Krako?"

Rune fell silent; he seemed to understand why Professor X had allowed the second-generation mutant project to proceed.

Doom is still Doom after all — although he has more principles than other ordinary villains, he is still an extremely arrogant and controlling dictator.

Especially after becoming a god, it's hard to say how much Doom's arrogance will inflate.
