Chapter 35 Cataclysm (Please continue reading)

North of the ancestral lands of the Orcish Empire
"Tataru, you can't escape, I'll catch you."

On the snowy plain, several orc boys ran wildly across the vast white snowfield, with the Ice Fox Clan boy in the lead carrying a huge piece of long-haired unicorn rib meat.

Behind the group was an adult orc missing an ear, wielding a large club and chasing after the mischievous children of his tribe. The boys ran while turning back to make faces at the adult orc.

"Uncle Tadora, give up. You're too old to catch us. You'd better hurry back and prepare for the banquet, or Grandpa Chief will scold you."

Tadora ran and cursed, "These brats are never a moment's peace."

"Hey! Kids. Don't run! There's a gaping maw of abyss ahead. Come back quickly, or it will eat you up!"

"Hahahaha, Uncle Tadora, we're not afraid! Don't even think about tricking us into going back!"

"You bunch of little bastards, I'm going to tell you something..."

Rumbling sounds filled the air as the earth trembled violently.
A blinding flash of white light followed, and Tadola was propelled high into the air by the powerful force.
A few days later~
On the edge of an unnamed cliff, a group of orcs stood looking down.

"Taren, have you sent anyone down to check?"

The lion-headed, human-bodied orc leader asked the werewolf chieftain beside him.

"Prince Kuraldo has already dispatched the Snow Eagle Riders to investigate. The current information is that this crack should have appeared during the earthquake explosion. The length is still unknown, and we are arranging for personnel to investigate."

The lion-headed man stared solemnly at the crack before him, which was several hundred meters wide. The rising white mist made it impossible to see how deep the crack was.

Orc capital - Ragarsad

At the ancestral sacred site, the five royal clans—Tiger-men, Lion-men, Eagle-men, Behemoths, and Half-Dragon-men—gathered at the High Priest's summons, along with other races. Inside the large tent, the orcs whispered among themselves, exchanging information with their familiar tribes, but they couldn't quite articulate anything meaningful. Gradually, everyone's gaze turned to the five royal clans seated above.

However, the arrangement of the seats and the postures of the princes revealed a clear difference: even among members of the royal family, there was a great deal of distance between them.

Judging from the distance between their seats, the tiger-man and the lion-man seemed to have a very close relationship. The two princes would occasionally turn slightly to each other, whisper to each other, and occasionally let out a low laugh.

In stark contrast, there was a strong sense of tension between the eagle people and the half-dragon people.

Just then, the half-dragon prince spoke up in a sarcastic tone:
"Yo yo yo~"
"Isn't this our esteemed Fifteenth Prince! Look at how full of life you are now; your injuries must have fully healed, right? Even His Majesty the Sky-Rending Emperor is comfortable letting you out and about?"

As he spoke, he deliberately stuck out his long tongue and slowly licked his eyes. A row of fine, sharp teeth was then revealed in his gaping mouth, gleaming with a chilling light.

Faced with the half-dragon's mockery, the eagle-man prince naturally refused to back down. He sneered and retorted:
"Hehehehe~ This prince is naturally very pleased. However, there are indeed some aspects where I am not as good as you lizardmen."

"I never imagined before that you could not only regrow your tails after they're cut off, but also regenerate your eyes after they've been gouged out. That's quite an impressive ability; I'll be even more pleased to use it next time."

The eagle prince stretched out his hand, sharp as an eagle's claw, and grabbed the small red fruit placed on the table.

With a slight squeeze, the small red fruit burst open, its bright red juice splattering like a fountain, dotting the tabletop. At the same time, the half-dragon's crimson-gold eyes narrowed slightly, becoming two long, thin slits, and his mouth opened slightly, a wisp of white smoke slowly rising from the corner of his lips, accompanied by a faint smell of sulfur.

"Sean Moss, it seems that we really do need to have a serious and thorough discussion!"

The half-dragon prince stared fiercely at the eagle-man prince before him, gritting his teeth as he spoke.

Upon hearing this, the eagle prince threw his head back and let out a wild and unrestrained laugh:

"Hahahaha, great job, Alibari!"
However, this time I've thoughtfully prepared a sturdy and durable stick for you.

That way, when you go blind, at least you can use this stick to find your way, instead of wandering around aimlessly like a headless fly!

After saying that, he casually flicked the juice off his hands a few times, and a few drops of bright red water traced an arc in the air before falling to the ground with a pattering sound.

"Alright, alright, since that's the case, let's set off right now! This time, I'm going to pluck all those feathers you're so proud of, leaving you a completely bald hen!"

The half-dragon prince stood up in a rage, and the eagle prince standing opposite him also stood up without fear.

"Come on~ If I can't make you shit today, then you've done a good job."

Just as the two were about to go out and settle their differences, the curtain of the main tent was lifted, and a thin, white-haired minotaur walked in from outside the tent.

The minotaur priest looked at the quiet camp with a puzzled expression. When he looked up, he saw the two princes standing on the high platform, arguing fiercely.

Cough cough cough~
Your Highnesses are still so energetic and vibrant; I am truly envious!
However, His Majesty Drogomar and His Majesty Atocalo have likely sent the two princes to assist with this meeting, which is quite important. I hope both princes will remain calm.”

Hearing the minotaur priest say this, the two dared not continue to act presumptuously. After all, this man was a legend. They quickly bowed, apologized, and sat back down in their seats.

Seeing that the scene had returned to normal, the minotaur priest, supported by two rabbit girls, walked up to the high platform and sat down next to the Behemoth prince, holding his bone staff.

"I'm truly sorry to have summoned you all from all over the empire; thank you for your hard work."

The orcs below quickly stood up to acknowledge him, but the minotaur waved to them, signaling them to sit down.

"Alright, everyone, our Orc Empire doesn't have those human formalities. The reason I've called you all here is because something happened two months ago in the Ancestral Lands, and it concerns the life and death of our Orc Empire."

Hearing the tauren priest describe the situation as so serious, a commotion arose among the orcs below. The tauren priest slammed his fist on the table a few times to draw their attention.

"Okay, quiet down, I haven't finished speaking yet, listen to me!"
