Chapter 531 The Kang Dynasty (1)

Peter Benjamin Parker is an ordinary freshman in Queens who will be a sophomore at the start of the new semester.

He got up early, ready to travel across the entire primitive country for his internship.

"Yesterday, the avengers under the command of the great conqueror Kang once again bravely defeated the rebels' attack. We are happy that our beautiful world is ruled by the conqueror Kang."

"Good morning, Aunt Mei, where's Uncle Ben?"

“He’s already gone to work. You know, his workplace has now been transformed into a 19th-century Western town.”

Aunt May complained unhappily, "New York is so big, why go to the 19th century?"

"I don't know, I might prefer the dinosaur era."

"Next news," Jonah continued on television: "His Excellency Zemo, the great follower of Hydra and Conqueror Kang, has accused the Eurasian Empire of false accusations regarding the border conflict. In the 21st century, the great conqueror Kang conquered the entire world and generously bestowed it upon his followers. Hydra gained Central and Western Europe, Doom gained Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, and Russia, Wakanda gained all of Africa, and the mutants gained Australia. The world was now in order.

Different times and spaces overlap, from a 19th-century western town to a prehistoric forest during the dinosaur era, or a future metropolis in 2099. These different times and spaces intertwine to create the wonders created by the great conqueror John Connor—New York is a prime example.

But what does all this have to do with Peter Parker, an ordinary student?

"I'm done eating, Aunt Mei."

After finishing his breakfast, Peter smiled and said to Aunt May, "Then I'm going to do my internship."

"Be careful, Peter, don't wander off."

Peter texted Gwen on the way, evaded a World War II police patrol riding mammoths, and then took an old-fashioned train to his internship company.

Then it dawned on me: wasn't that old man Captain America? This WWII hero experienced dramatic changes in the 21st century, unable to accept Hydra's rule over Europe, and frequently organized protests. But sadly, the first superhero is now quite old.

Few people were willing to oppose Kang's arrangements.

Peter took the elevator to the Baxter Building, which originally belonged to the famous scientists and the Fantastic Four. However, they disappeared during an experiment, and now the building is largely unattended.

Even Peter didn't know why he, an intern, was primarily in charge of the building, but these were Mr. Fantastic Reed Richards's exact words.

In the video he left behind, he said that if anything happened to the entire team, Peter could take over the entire Baxter Building and assemble a brand new Fantastic Four.

But he doesn't have superpowers, so why would he create a new Fantastic Four?
Peter shrugged. He didn't really have much to do; he just routinely checked all the equipment, then went to the living quarters to visit the building's current true owner. "Good morning, Franklin."

Looking at the three-year-old child hunched over the computer, Peter felt something was off, but he didn't know what to say: "Have you found Dr. Richards and the others?"

"No." The child shook his head helplessly: "But I believe my parents will be alright, and I will find them."

“Alright…why don’t you want to go see Xiao Wa? Although she’s currently in the Eurasian Empire, with His Majesty Dum.”

As Peter spoke, he took out his phone and breathed a sigh of relief after seeing Gwen's reply.

Great, he has a date after get off work today.

Logan woke up from his sleep, clutching his head in exasperation. For some reason, he felt a headache coming on, and then, to his astonishment, he realized something.

He remembered all his memories.

He should have lost all his memories after being brainwashed by Weapon X, so why is he awake now? Something's not right!

What was I doing in my final moments?

He remembered a man wearing a purple helmet who appeared at Avengers Tower with a cube in his hand, and then what?
Logan woke up with his head in his hand and found himself on a floating mothership. Confused, he opened the tablet next to him and saw a world he had no recollection of.

Kang the Conqueror ruled the world and then divided it among various ambitious individuals. S.H.I.E.L.D. became Kang's henchman, and I was just an officer in S.H.I.E.L.D.

Wait, he remembered that Cyclops had disappeared, so what happened to the academy?
Realizing something was terribly wrong, Logan rushed out of the room and, to the astonishment of the others, boarded a plane and flew back to Xavier Academy.

Here stand statues of the X-Men: Cyclops, the White Queen, Iceman—all the X-Men who went to help Spider-Man are believed to have been killed or gone missing.

But if Cyclops dies in this inexplicable new world, and I'm in S.H.I.E.L.D., then who's in charge of the Academy?

Logan rushed toward the principal's office, encountering Qianhuan who greeted him on the way, but he remained silent and even barged into the principal's office with murderous intent.

Then, he froze.

Good morning, Logan. Is S.H.I.E.L.D. on holiday today?

Charles Xavier, sitting in his wheelchair, looked at him with a puzzled expression: "What's wrong? You don't look well."

"No, it's nothing, I just..."

Logan walked around Charles a few steps to confirm his scent, which only confused Charles more: "Is there anything I can help you with?"
