Chapter 442 The Sandmen Attack Again (Seeking Monthly Tickets at the End of the Month)
At this point, if Sandman wants to completely and safely eliminate Spider-Man, there is only one way.

"In the air, while the plane is flying, use his abilities to directly destroy the plane's engine with sand, or shred the plane. This is the simplest and most successful method. If I were Sandman, I would definitely choose this method."

The Holy Swords and Sylvia agreed with Peter's analysis. Captain Britain, however, scratched his head, feeling troubled: "If he just damaged the engine with sand, that would be fine; I could use a force field to bring the plane to a safe landing. But what if he chooses to shred the plane…"

Even the incredibly powerful Captain Britain found it difficult to deal with; unless he could ensure that he could precisely eliminate every single grain of sand, there really wasn't a particularly good way to counter this move.

"So our best course of action is to eliminate the enemy beforehand. Even if we are prepared, the confines of the plane make it impossible to fight with all our might. That would definitely be disadvantageous for us."

Psylocke can sense the presence of others through telepathy, while the Fairy Princess can transform into the corresponding element to destroy them. However, no matter how much of an advantage they have, once they board the plane, dealing with the enemy becomes very difficult due to the terrain.

So, having already determined in advance where the enemy was most likely to make their move, Peter naturally planned to capture Sandman before the plane took off to avoid any potentially serious consequences.

It's almost certain that the Sandmen will board the plane at the exact time of takeoff, which will be the best opportunity for them to deal with the Sandmen, and perhaps the only opportunity to capture them.

However, considering the Water Elemental's apparent immunity to Wild Chapter's targeted equipment, Peter has reason to suspect that the Sandman was also buffed by Animzola, rendering the previous special equipment ineffective.

"That's very likely. Our enemy won't just sit idly by, but it's definitely too late to mass-produce equipment now."

Sylvia agreed with Peter's point of view, and then asked, "So, do you have any other ideas?"

"You might not believe it, but I really do have some ideas. When I was in New York, I was thinking about how to deal with the elementals. In addition to confirming that they are spiritual beings, I also prepared a way to deal with their physical forms."

Peter looked at everyone, then shrugged: "So now the question is, how do we deal with the Sandmen?"

“It’s best if the Holy Sword doesn’t come. Just let Psylocke report the Sandmen’s location to me. If the Holy Sword comes, the Sandmen might not dare to approach, and the threat will be greater then. We can’t gamble that the Sandmen can’t wait for us in mid-air or that their flight speed is slower than an airplane.” Peter pondered the feasibility of the entire plan.

"So it's best if I deal with the Sandmen by myself."

After a moment of silence, the group exchanged glances.

A few days later, as the long month-long journey came to an end, the students from New York began their journeys home. Almost everyone was chatting and laughing about the trip.

Peter walked almost at the very back of the group, listening to the reconnaissance results from the Holy Sword through his headphones. Psylocke's telepathy had already located the Sandman, and he was hiding inside the plane, preparing to take off with it.

"Alright, it's time for Spider-Man to make his move!"

Sandman, William Baker, was hiding inside the plane, awaiting the final outcome. He was filled with regret, deep regret, for he had never imagined he had embarked on a path of certain death: either be killed by Hydra's curse or kill Spider-Man. But given the circumstances, killing Spider-Man seemed unlikely; Spider-Man possessed magic, and even if his body died, his soul would likely live on. Would he, then, survive?
William Baker sighed. Hydra's collapse was something he hadn't anticipated. As a soldier in the French Foreign Legion, he had encountered Hydra during a mission. At the time, Hydra seemed like an incredibly powerful organization, having even infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. to a great extent. And what was the result? Vanished in an instant.

What's even more outrageous is that the Taskmaster can surrender, but I can't? Does the Taskmaster know less than I do?

The Sandman grew increasingly angry and frustrated, his fury reaching a boiling point. He couldn't completely disobey Hydra's orders to surrender or flee, but he could choose not to obey them entirely. Hydra had ordered him to destroy the plane mid-air, and he refused!

What can you do by fighting in mid-air? Does it increase Spider-Man's rage bar?

The students waiting in the terminal witnessed this terrifying scene. Lightning was the first to notice; he was buying a drink from a vending machine when he suddenly saw a massive sandstorm rising in the distance. The sight felt strangely familiar. He opened his drink, took a sip, and remarked how refreshing it was to drink an ice-cold beverage in March.

"Guys, that Sandman is back! I guarantee Spider-Man will take care of that bastard this time!"

"I wish you guys could have a sense of crisis, buddies."

Standing on the roof of the terminal, watching his classmates peering through the glass at the enormous sand giant in front of them, Peter couldn't help but complain. To Peter's surprise, the giant sandman appeared in front of the terminal. Although he was taken aback, it made his movements easier. So Peter narrowed his eyes, leaped into the air, and opened the glider of his stealth suit, rushing towards the sandman.

Upon seeing Spider-Man charging towards Sandman, Flash Thompson excitedly shouted, "Look, it's Spider-Man!"

Confined to her chair and unable to move easily, Jessica watched this scene and became even more certain that Spider-Man was indeed a member of the tour group. But who was he?

Should we start investigating Felicia's social circle? Or should we just stop? But I'm really curious...

Spider-Man glided towards the giant Sandman, who raised his fist and slammed it down at Spider-Man. In an instant, a powerful white electric current flashed, signaling the start of the battle.

The massive sandstorm giant was struck by a powerful lightning bolt, scattering large amounts of quicksand across the ground. As Peter struck the sandman, he reversed the magnetic field, bringing himself into the province controlled by the sandman with tiny iron filings. Combined with the magnetic field generated by the electric current, the sand grains inside the sandman began to tear each other apart due to another force, quickly plunging it to the brink of collapse.

Then, the battle between the two officially began.

As for the outcome of this battle, it seems that it was already determined when the Sandmen decided to go to war.

Sorry, I fell asleep while writing last night. Here's the update I missed yesterday.

The final battle against the Sandmen will be omitted.
