Chapter 428 Its name is Budapest

Budapest, a city steeped in history, was originally two completely different cities on opposite banks of the Danube River. As the city continued to develop, they eventually merged to form Budapest.

Many things have happened here. For example, when the Soviet army liberated this area, they seized a large amount of Hydra equipment and took control of a large number of Hydra members.
