Chapter 251 Go wake everyone up!
Chapter 251 Go wake everyone up!
"Mom, I'm back!"
Peter Quill returned home with a cart full of 1980s children's toys, where his mother was, as usual, at home. The big boy, who called himself a "toy collector," simply happily showed off his toys, listened to his favorite songs, and enjoyed having lunch with his mother.
nothing left.
This is the life Peter Quill wants.
Having witnessed all of this, Gwen, with mixed feelings, asked Cindy the same question again: "Do we really have to wake him up?"
She really doesn't know what a person has to go through to consider this all as the most perfect world.
Cindy Moon stood up, nodded, and then knocked on Peter Quill's door. Quill, who was having dinner with his mother, opened the door with a smile. Seeing the two high school girls standing at his door, he asked with some confusion, "Kids, is something wrong?"
"We need Star-Lord's help."
“I’m not sure where you heard the name Star-Lord from, but I’m just an ordinary person.” Quill shrugged indifferently. “I’m not a big shot. Star-Lord is my name in the band.”
Who's in the band?
Quill laughed happily: "We have rockets..."
"That's a raccoon."
"Stop kidding, how could the Rockets be a raccoon... My God, the Rockets really are a raccoon, what kind of 'If' scenario is this?"
"This is the little golden man... inside the Soul Stone of the sorcerer Adam."
Peter Quill rubbed his face, suddenly snapping out of his daze. He looked behind him and gave an apologetic smile. "Sorry, uh, wait a minute, okay? I need to say goodbye to my mom. Thank you."
They watched as Peter Quill exchanged a few words with his mother, then embraced. In that embrace, the world vanished completely, and they returned to their planet. Peter Quill looked at the equipment he had brought back and the strange plants that marked the landmark, and rubbed his hair: "Isn't this the Supreme Planet?"
“The most beautiful place in my memory, my friends.” The warlock Adam walked over weakly and looked at Cindy and the others: “Thank you. As long as you can awaken more people, the Soul Stone can unleash more power, and my condition will be better.”
"Alright, shall we split up?"
“Or it might be better to go together. There are some people we don’t know.” Cindy explained to Star-Lord, “If that’s the case, even if we run into him, we won’t know how to wake him up.”
They quickly entered the next person's pocket universe, and the person who appeared in front of them the next moment was Johnny the Human Torch. In this universe, everything was so normal, harmonious, and loving. The Fantastic Four were the greatest heroes, surpassing the Avengers, and the Human Torch was a world superstar.
Johnny Storm was throwing a pool party, the kind with lots of girls. When I saw him, he was walking over with two pretty girls on his arms.
"Excuse me, young ladies, we don't accept minors here. Have you come to the wrong place?"
Then, he was woken up by a beating.
Gwen rubbed her fist with great satisfaction: "Next." They arrived in the world of Ben Grimm, the Thing. Although the Human Torch was annoying, he recognized Ben before he became the Thing. He walked straight up to the pilot who was flirting with his girlfriend and shouted, "Dude, get up and save the world!"
So Gwen and Cindy witnessed the entire process of a handsome pilot turning into a giant rock-like man, and then punched him again.
"If I hadn't known what kind of trash you were, Johnny, I would have knocked you out of the water."
"That's because I dodged quickly," Johnny said helplessly from the sky. "Besides, isn't Alex still your girlfriend? She doesn't mind that you've become like this, and you're always wallowing in self-pity."
The stone man remained silent.
Next up is Drax, whom this Earth-based alien doesn't recognize. Awakening him was probably the most troublesome part. He had traveled back to a time when his wife and daughter were alive and living happily with them. Finally, Star-Lord gave Drax a saxophone and led Drax and his family in a frenzied singing session, which miraculously brought him back.
What's the underlying principle?
"Thank you, Peter Quill. You've made me rediscover the beauty of family and shown me why I'm so determined to seek revenge."
Star-Lord sighed helplessly; this was not his original intention.
They arrived in the world of the Invisible Woman, whose presence was as strong as her name. Johnny looked at his sister, who was acting like a virtuous wife and loving mother, in disbelief: "Ugh—you have no idea how fierce she really is."
The next second, accompanied by Susan's furious roar as she grabbed her brother's ear, her ideal world shattered.
Next is Gamora's universe, where she lives peacefully with her father and sister. Coincidentally, Gamora's adoptive father is Thanos, Drax's enemy. So Drax first experiences the thrill of killing his enemy here, and incidentally ends the non-existent beautiful world, after which Gamora wakes up.
Having arrived here, I have to complain. We came here to find Mr. Fantastic, but he still hasn't shown up.
"Okay, how many of us are left?"
"Rocket, Groot, Mandis, that Kree, that female officer, and the rubber man."
After Star-Lord gave a brief recap, Adam Warlock raised his hand, and everyone looked over.
"I've almost recovered, and I can basically sense where the rest of the people are. Now everyone can split up and form teams."
“Alright, we’ll go find Rocket and Groot, you guys go find Rubber Man. As for the other two, nobody cares about them.” Star-Lord shrugged helplessly, watching Adam point out the way. Then the two Spider-Women and the Fantastic Four went inside, and the entire Guardians of the Galaxy entered Rocket’s world.
All they saw were a few cages, a oppressive atmosphere, and fully armed guards.
"I had no idea the Rockets were so depressing... Perhaps we should pay attention to the mental health of our animal friends."
Star-Lord muttered to himself as he led his men to take down the guards and continue forward. They finally found the rocket, but it wasn't quite what they had imagined.
Star-Lord initially thought Rocket would be the terrifying, evil scientist, but the reality was that Rocket and several other animals that had clearly been modified were huddled together in a cage.
Because we need to get through each person quickly, the pace will be quite rushed.
