Chapter 207 Battle Against Hybrids (Part 1)

In the comics, Riot, Extremism, Devour, Lash, and the never-seen Howl are five artificial symbiotes created by an organization called the "BioFoundation" by separating Venom cells from Eddie Brock's Venom. It is because of this that the four of them were able to fuse into a "hybrid".

But the problem is, this doesn't exist in the current 616 setting, so how can you guys merge?
"Can all symbiotes fuse like this?"

No, I've never heard of that before—though I'm pretty useless, I've heard quite a few things.

"Are the four of them from the same family?"

Symbiotes don't have a family concept—but if you're talking about parents, I'm pretty sure they aren't.

Peter silently told Sheriff Stacy to stay away, then plunged into the battlefield himself. At the same time, he sent a message to Chief Four, hundreds of kilometers away, informing them of the current situation and asking them to think of a way to separate the hybrid from Ward. If not, permanent sealing would also be acceptable.

Then, wearing the Iron Spider suit, he began a fierce battle with the hybrids.

In terms of size alone, the hybrid is much larger. Analysis of the Iron Man armor shows that he is about 2.5 meters tall, which is shorter than Venom or Hulk when fully unleashed, but it is reasonable considering that the other party is not the kind of muscular physique.

The other party saw Peter approaching, and a tentacle on its back slammed down. As it slammed down, the tentacle grew in size, instantly becoming a behemoth more than ten meters tall. It slammed down and caused the entire ground to collapse, and the river water flooded into the port.

“This is really interesting. We’ve never tried this before.” The hybrid looked at his hands like a newborn baby looking at a new world. He ignored Spider-Man, who had dodged his tentacles, and instead used his other hand to grow bigger and bigger, picked up a small steamboat, and smashed it at Spider-Man.

Peter nimbly dodged the steamship's attack and then fired an energy ray at the hybrid. Having consumed some of his bioelectricity, he was no longer as powerful. Finally, the hybrid seemed to feel a slight pain. He looked at Peter, stretched out a hand to withstand the intense heat that the earlier riot had overwhelmed him, and then charged towards Peter.

Spider-Senses buzzed, but his reaction speed couldn't keep up. The hybrid grabbed the Iron Man's head, squeezed hard, then released it, opened its blood-red maw, and bit down.

The heavy metallic texture spread through the hybrid's mouth. He chewed a couple of times before realizing he'd only eaten the helmet of the Iron Man suit. Peter had already quickly escaped, then rolled under the hybrid's crotch and flashed behind him. Then, Venom was unleashed, and the over three-meter-tall Venom roared as it slammed its fist into the hybrid's head.

The hybrid remained motionless, only slowly turning around.

"Such a weak fist—you should be like this!"

The hybrid punched Venom, sending his massive body flying through buildings, shocking the officers on guard. Sheriff Stacy immediately ordered a evacuation and quickly retreated from the nearby danger zone.

The venom that had been blasted through nearly an entire block of skyscrapers finally allowed him to regain control of his body. He landed on the exterior wall of a building across the street, looking at the building riddled with holes, and couldn't help but let out an "Oh."

"Or I'll go."

"No, your strength is not enough, Peter."

Okay, Venom, just imagine what Peter Parker would do.

Venom let out a screech and charged down the street, rushing back through the hole it had smashed into. Along its path, symbiotic biomass spread from its body, stabilizing the damaged building's structure. Then, yelling, it crashed down from mid-air towards the Hybrid. By this time, the Hybrid had already left the burning harbor. Two tentacles sprouted from the back of its hand, piercing the hearts of the two policemen who had shot it. It then tore the corpses apart, violently devouring their heads before Venom charged forward with a screech. The Hybrid simply waved its hand, and its massive tentacles slammed down on Venom.

But Venom's target was never the hybrid itself, but the tentacle that it slapped at. He seized the opportunity, punched the tentacle, then pounced on it, grabbed it, and landed on the ground. He then lifted the entire tentacle up, pulling the hybrid along and slamming it into the ruins of the warehouse that had already been damaged multiple times.

Venom landed on the street and came up to Sheriff Stacy, giving her straightforward orders: "Sheriff, you need to evacuate to three blocks away. Um, does anyone have any chocolate?"

Sheriff Stacy looked at the tall, Hulk-like, naked black monster and couldn't help but ask, "Are you Spider-Man?"

“No, I’m his partner, his suit of armor. When he needs to deal with big, stupid monsters, I’ll take care of them. I’m strong.” Venom said, pointing to the burning warehouse. “Those guys are bad, I’m good, that’s about it.”

"I've never heard of a living suit of armor before."

"Advanced alien suit. Does nobody bring any chocolate?"

A chubby policeman took a box of chocolates out of his patrol car: "Um, is this enough?"

"Thank you."

Venom politely refrained from mentioning whether he had enough, simply swallowing the entire box of chocolates, box and all. He then rubbed his mouth, finding the taste pleasant and the energy replenished.

A commotion erupted from the warehouse in the distance, as four enormous tentacles shot into the sky. Sheriff Stacy took a deep breath; he thought he had already encountered enough outrageous things, but now he realized that this was just the beginning.

"You'll have to go up and deal with that big, stupid monster, won't you?"

"Yes."

Hearing the commotion in the distance, Venom nodded, then made a preparatory movement, clenched his fist, and charged towards the warehouse in the distance. The hybrid, which had stood up again, seemed to have become even larger due to the attack, appearing to be a full three meters tall. It also dragged its huge tentacles behind it and charged towards Venom. The two behemoths, in the midst of the flames that the symbiote should have been fleeing from, threw heavy punches at each other's faces.

No one knew who would win or lose, but the entire police force felt the tremors beneath their feet. Sergeant Stacy took a deep breath, picked up her walkie-talkie, and began to direct the operation: "Everyone, move back one block and evacuate all blocks east of York Road, from 71st Street to 78th Street."

A voice on the other end of the walkie-talkie asked, "And then, Sheriff?"

"Then, let's pray that Spider-Man wins."
