Chapter 1035 The Unexpected Changes on the Return Journey
TTG, short for Teen Titans Go, is a well-known animated series from DC Comics.
It's clear from the text that this is an animated series about the Teen Titans, a superhero organization in the DC Universe.
The main characters of the animation are five teenage superheroes led by Robin: Cyborg, Beast Boy, Starfire, and Raven. Three boys and two girls is a standard team composition.
For well-known reasons, Cyborg doesn't need a romantic partner, so Teen Titans can form two couples: Robin and Starfire, and Beast Boy and Raven, both of which are well-known couples in DC Comics.
However, Yang Le prefers the pairing of Robin and Starfire, and as for Raven, he prefers her pairing with Damian. This is all thanks to the 16 animated film "Teen Titans vs. Justice League" and a series of subsequent spin-off animations.
He particularly liked the scenes and atmosphere between Damian and Raven, which made him unlike traditional comic book fans in the US who preferred the traditional pairing of Beast Boy and Raven.
Getting back to the point, in short, Teen Titans Strike is a very fun animated series, so fun that it has even been rated by fans as the most terrifying supervillain group in the American comic book universe.
Basically, it's like five chaotic good (?) clowns coming together. Anyway, they all did turn into clowns in the show, so Yang Le's explanation isn't wrong.
However, that's because the animation was designed for a family-friendly (?) and cheerful genre. In a normal universe, these five people wouldn't create that kind of chemistry together.
I guess...
However, although we don't know the situation of Starfire and Raven in this universe, it is unlikely that Cyborg will get together with Robin and the others, because the latter is still a minor, while Cyborg was already a college student about to graduate before the incident.
The two are almost ten years apart in age, which is already a generation gap.
Moreover, there aren't many people who can really connect with Cyborg. Yang Le only knew that he had a good relationship with Shazam, and because of this, Yang Le, who had a good relationship with Shazam, also knew that there was actually a game console hidden inside Cyborg's body.
This news gave Yang Le a new impression of Steelbone; the latter was not as serious as he appeared on the surface, but rather a rather brooding person.
Incidentally, Robin has a similar personality; she appears to be a little adult on the surface, but is actually quite reserved and secretly passionate.
Thinking about it this way, Yang Le became a little uncertain. Would these people really create some kind of chemical reaction when they got together?
Seeing Garfield gradually becoming more lively, Yang Le could only tell him to quiet down for the time being and instructed Mary to take good care of Garfield, as he had to go and attend to his business.
After leaving my room, Yang Le contacted Robin in the lobby of the rented house. It had been about an hour since they arrived at the rented house, and he didn't know how far their mission had progressed.
Fearing he might interfere with Robin and the others' mission, Yang Le didn't use a communication device. Instead, he sent a message and then sat on the sofa to wait.
About ten minutes later, Yang Le finally received a reply from Robin, but the latter chose to make a phone call directly.
"Hey, this is Robin."
"This is Yang Le. It seems you've completed your mission, right?"
Yang Le made this guess because, according to the timeline, Robin and the others should have already entered the capital of Kurakor. If they were still on a mission, he certainly wouldn't have chosen such an easily exposed method of communication.
"It's already in the final stages," Robin said, glancing back at the battlefield.
On the field, Kid Flash was supporting President Khazafti of Kulaco, while Superboy was restraining the unconscious Brain Demon and putting shackles on him. Martian Girl stood by, watching Brain Demon closely, afraid that it might cause any more trouble.
After surveying the battlefield, Robin recounted the events to Yang Le.
It turns out that the reason why Khazafti suddenly changed was because the mind demon controlled him and made him sign that unequal jump.
Moreover, during this period, the brain demon also manipulated Khazaft to do many things that, while not exactly humiliating or disgraceful, were certainly not things a president should do.
This caused Khazaftti's reputation in the country to plummet, with his approval rating estimated to be less than one percent. Apart from the radical resistance fighters, government officials are already submitting proposals to remove Khazaftti from office.
But it's no use now, since the country of Kuraq will disappear in a few days, and Khazafti will naturally no longer be president.
That's why the Young Justice League's appearance was so timely; they rescued Hazafti before the contract took full effect, leaving room for things to calm down.
"If the Justice League reports this to the United Nations, then Kurako can still be saved."
Robin breathed a sigh of relief. If the Brain Demon, or rather Biarriya, had succeeded, the residents of Kurak would have suffered something terrible.
"That's good. Leave the rest to the Justice League. Robin, remember to keep President Hazard a close eye on things. Oh, and remember to come pick me up later. I have a surprise for you."
"A surprise?" Robin asked, puzzled. "What surprise?"
Yang Le didn't say it outright, instead keeping it a secret.
You'll find out when you get here.
...
Whether Garfield's arrival was a surprise to Robin is unknown, but it was certainly a surprise to the Martian girl.
Because of Garfield's involvement, it is definitely not suitable for the mother and son to stay in the wildlife sanctuary at this stage, so it is only right that they should return to the United States with them in the bio-aircraft.
As a result, the Martian girl was overjoyed. She was so focused on multitasking that she was either piloting the spacecraft or talking to Mary, even neglecting her boyfriend Connor.
Mary finally let go of her resentment and was willing to communicate with this little fan who still remembered her, while Garfield kept pestering Robin and the others to tell him about the life of a superhero in advance.
Even Kid Flash couldn't handle this energy, let alone Robin and Superboy. All three of them discovered that taking care of children was more tiring than fighting criminals.
They chatted and laughed all the way, but just as they were about to fly into the United States, something unexpected happened.
"call!"
By the time Yang Le came to his senses, he had already left the bio-aircraft and was high in the sky, falling downwards at an extremely fast speed.
Accompanying him was Mary, who had lost consciousness; however, Robin and the others were nowhere to be seen.
