Chapter 1036 The Vanished Children

Chapter 1036 The Vanished Children
Yang Le was completely unaware of what had happened. By the time he realized it, he had already left the comfortable bio-flying vehicle and arrived in the cold night sky.

As they fell, Yang Le, Mary, and even the unconscious Brain Demon maintained their previous postures, as if they had been teleported outside the aircraft in an instant.

However, Yang Le didn't have time to figure this out at the moment, because he was falling from the clouds, a height high enough to kill a human.

"what!!!!"

Mary finally realized what was happening and screamed as she fell. In stark contrast, Brain Demon, whose brain had been almost completely turned upside down by the Martian girl, was now practically a vegetable.

Therefore, the brain demon does not react to what is happening, only saliva keeps flowing from its mouth, leaving a long trail in the air.

After taking a picture of the Omnitrix, Yang Le disappeared after a flash of white light, replaced by a gigantic, crab-like creature—the Gravity Crab King.

They curled their bodies into a ball, and under the control of the Gravity Crab King's gravity, all three of them floated in the air and stopped falling.

Seeing that the fall had stopped, Mary belatedly stopped screaming. Her large breasts were heaving with rapid breathing, showing just how terrified she was.

"What...is...what's going on...?"

Mary asked haltingly, and given the current situation, the person she was asking should be Yang Le, who had become the Gravity Crab King.

“I don’t know either,” Yang Le replied. “But it’s obvious that we weren’t thrown out by a bio-plane; someone must have attacked us.”

"An attack?" Mary murmured, then looked around frantically. "Where's Garfield? Where did Garfield and the others go?"

"I'm not sure, but they should be fine for now."

Yang Le's judgment was based on the Omnitrix; if they were subjected to a life-threatening attack, the Omnitrix would certainly react.

However, Yang Le took the initiative to photograph the Omnitrix, which means they were very likely just caught up in some accident.

Yang Le looked around and realized that their current location was no different from before. This meant that the attack they suffered was not because the three of them had been moved away, but rather because Robin and the others had been moved away.

Thinking of this, Yang Le turned on the communication function to try to contact Robin and the others, but he discovered a shocking fact: the Omnitrix watch face showed no signal.

This is practically impossible. As long as Robin and the others are still on Earth, it's impossible for him not to be able to contact them.

Yang Le tried contacting other people, such as Super Boy, Martian Girl, and Lightning Boy, but without exception, they all had no signal.

How is that possible? Could it be that someone teleported them to another planet in an instant? The DC universe does have this kind of technology, but no matter what kind of technology it is, it's impossible for Yang Le to be completely unaware of it.

It's important to know that Yang Le was already wearing the N-metal bracelet at this point, making him a mini-Superman. While his reaction speed couldn't reach the Flash's incredible one-second reaction or Superman's light-speed level, it was enough to react to the speed of sound.

Even so, he didn't notice anything at all what kind of power it was.

Unable to figure it out, Yang Le decided not to dwell on it, so he dialed the Justice League's communication line and contacted Batman directly.

"This is Batman, what can I do for you?" "Batman, this is Yang Le, just now..."

Yang Le briefly recounted what had happened to Batman, who immediately realized the seriousness of the matter.

"You mean, all the members of the Young Justice League have disappeared?"

"It's not just Robin and his friends, but also a little kid who's about to join them."

Yang Le recounted Garfield's story again. This information was enough for Batman to process for a while, so he fell into a brief silence. Yang Le wisely refrained from disturbing him.

“Let me confirm Yang Le again,” Batman said abruptly. “You mean there are two people with you: Garfield’s mother, Mary, and the unconscious Brain Demon, right?”

“That’s right.” Although he didn’t know why Batman asked that question, Yang Le still answered.

"This is just my guess. I need to confirm it now. Please wait a moment."

Instead of hanging up, Batman dialed another number, and soon after, a no-signal indicator appeared on the other end.

Batman remained silent and dialed again from a different number, but as expected, there was still no signal. He dialed yet another number, and this time the call finally went through.
"This is Superman, Batman. What's going on?"

Finally, a scene other than no signal appeared on the communication screen, and Superman's standard square face appeared on the screen between the two.

“It seems my guess was right.” Batman didn’t answer Superman’s question directly. Instead, he pulled more people into the communication channel until several core members of the Justice League were gathered in one channel before he stopped.

"Everyone, I'll get straight to the point," Batman explained to the puzzled crowd on the communication channel.

"I suspect that someone may have kidnapped the kids from the Young Justice League using some method. I just tried to contact Hai Shaoxia and the others, but Robin and the others that Yang Le is in charge of are all out of contact right now."

Just as Batman finished stating his speculation, someone broke into the communication channel; it was Shazam, who was with Aquaman and the others.

"It's terrible, Batman! Aquaman and the others have disappeared. Not only that, but the blue beetle we were tracking, and the children on the street have all vanished too."

After hastily uttering those words, Shazam was surprised to find so many superheroes gathered in the communication channel.

"It seems things are much worse than I thought." Batman broke the silence on the communication channel, and after hesitating for a few seconds, he spoke again.

“Shazam, I need your help to prove something, and that requires you to turn back into your true form first.”

"The real form." Shazam immediately realized that Batman wanted him to turn back into a child. He had initially wanted to refuse because he didn't want to reveal his identity, but Solomon's wisdom immediately told him why Batman wanted him to do it.

"I see, no wonder he's Batman!" Shazam exclaimed, then shouted the incantation without hesitation.

Shazam!
