The Bizarre Adventures of Cloud Hammer

This Space Marine's paint job doesn't belong to any of the 40k Empire's founding regiments. He comes from a rebellious regiment during the 30k Legion era.

A lighthearted and enjoyable Warhammer 40k adventure (realistic), welcome to appreciate it. Because the author is Cloud Hammer, there may be some setting-related problems in the text, please bear with me. If you find any problems, you can raise them in the inter-post and comment area.

Chapter 2: Can We Build a Second Empire for a Lifetime?

In the distant past, before the Emperor ascended to the Golden Throne in the 30th millennium, the Emperor created 21 Primarchs and 20 Legions Astartes from their genes in order to launch the Great Crusade to unify and save humanity scattered across the galaxy by the Warp Storms. (Two of the Primarchs were twins, each leading a Legion.)

Later, for unknown reasons, two Primarchs and legions were removed from the list, but the Great Crusade continued according to the Emperor's plan. Lost territories were recovered, and the separated humans rejoined the new human empire. Everything was developing steadily and in a positive direction.

But a sudden change occurred. Nine Primarchs and their legions launched a great rebellion that swept the entire galaxy and completely broke the backbone of the newborn Empire. The Empire eventually won, but the Emperor had to sit on the Golden Throne. The loyal Primarchs also fell asleep and disappeared after the great rebellion, and the Empire began to gradually decay over the next ten thousand years.

The Astartes in front of the three people was one of the nine rebel legions back then, the Fourth Legion - the Iron Warriors.

The atmosphere suddenly became strange. A rebel Space Marine lived opposite three loyal Space Marines. This was very strange no matter how you thought about it.

In this increasingly strange atmosphere, the Iron Warrior spoke first:

"Um... do you know where this is?"

Hearing this voice and tone, Apu, Xianyu and Ou Ge looked at each other. Their guess was not wrong. This Iron Warrior was one of the other three.

"Awei?" Xianyu called out the Iron Warrior's name.

"Wc, fish!"

The Iron Warrior named Awei also recognized Xianyu's voice. He and Xianyu and the other two met online. They had never met in person, so Awei didn't know what they looked like, but his voices were very familiar.

After a brief exchange, Wei also realized that he had traveled to the Warhammer 40k universe. He was a Cloud Hammer who was slightly better than Xianyu. Although he played games and bought Warhammer model toys, he only bought them because they looked cool and had no idea about the world view.

"Now that Awei has shown up, the remaining two must be Luochen and Eryu." Brother Ou said as he walked around Awei.

"Brother Ou, what are you looking at?" Awei asked.

"Why are the three of us Loyal Space Marines, and you are a Chaos... Renegade Space Marine?" Brother Ou wanted to say another name, but when he saw the clean power armor on Wei's body, there was no trace of Chaos corrosion on it. He didn't look like one of those Chaos guys.

Chaos is the enemy of all living things in the real universe. They exist in a space parallel to the real universe - the Warp. The most powerful among the Chaos are the Four Chaos Gods. Most of the rebel Primarchs and Astartes Legions have defected to them. From then on, the rebel Astartes also became Chaos Astartes.

The Iron Warriors are considered a relatively special branch of the Chaos Astartes. They do not believe in any of the Four Gods, but rather Chaos itself. This situation is also known as Chaos Undivided. The Chaos mutations on their bodies are also less than those of other Chaos Astartes.

But Wei looked too clean, the power armor on his body was as good as brand new, without any deformation, he was completely a brand new Can Boy from the factory, and the more he looked at it, the more it looked like the MK10 of the Primaris Space Marines, but where did the Iron Warriors come from in the Primaris?

"This has come true. The three of us are really going to form the Second Empire for life."

Who would have thought that they would actually travel back to Warhammer 40k? If he had known they would be pulled here, he would have said he traveled back to 30k to become the Primarch of the Second Empire.

"Laopu, what kind of war group do you think Luochen and Eryu will be?"

"There are bad cans. It's hard to guess."

Brother Ou and Apu started talking about what team the remaining two people would belong to. They had known Luochen for a long time, and although they often played games together, Eryu was not as familiar with them as Luochen.

A voice came from one of the two remaining rooms, and it was Luochen's voice.

Soon a Space Marine in red armor walked out of the room. Judging from the color, he was very similar to the Blood Ravens, but the golden scarab-like decoration on the armor and the white sun emblem on the shoulder armor revealed his true identity.

Awei went up and greeted Luochen. Before traveling through time, the two lived in the same city and had the best relationship.

"Byd how come I'm a thousand sons?"

Luochen also noticed the paint on his body. When he woke up, he didn't look carefully and thought that the red color on his body was that of a blood crow.

In the Dawn of War game, there are many places that hint at the unusual connection between the Blood Ravens and the Thousand Sons. The Blood Ravens have a far greater number of psyker think tanks than ordinary chapters, and the Thousand Sons Legion also has the largest number of psykers in the Great Crusade. The Blood Ravens' battle cry - knowledge is power - corresponds exactly to the importance the Thousand Sons Legion places on knowledge.

But all of the above are just speculations from the players. The official has not clearly stated who the parent group of the Blood Ravens is, and the Blood Ravens do not have the genetic defects of the Thousand Sons. In short, it is quite mysterious.

Er Yu is different from the other five. No matter how much the others know about 40k, Er Yu has only played a few Warhammer 40k games and has basically no understanding of the background settings in them. It can be said that he is a complete outsider and may not even be considered a Cloud Hammer.

The Emperor's Children, one of the nine Legions of the Heresy, are the most corrupted of all the Chaos Space Marines.

The greatest characteristic of the emperor's son is his interest in art and swordsmanship. During the Legion period, all the court swordsmen were masters of wielding swords.

The six people were about to leave Eryu's room when a skull that had been mechanically modified and had red light flashing in its eye sockets floated towards them.

This flying 'cute' little gadget is a drone made by the Mechanicum. It appears in almost all Warhammer 40k games, especially in Space Marine 2. In order to brush a certain resource, Ap and his friends are almost always looking for this thing.

The Mechanicus is the other head of the Empire's double-headed eagle. These skinny guys control and monopolize most of the Empire's advanced technologies. The rottenness of the 40k Empire is also closely related to them.

The servoskull made a sound, turned, and began to lead the way for everyone.

Everyone looked at each other. Although they were a little worried, they still chose to follow the Servo Skull. The Servo Skull said that this place was within the sphere of influence of the Empire, and they were probably safe... right?

Following the servo skull, everyone was transferred to many areas. When passing through a corridor, they saw the outside universe through the portholes and realized that they were on a battleship.

"How big is this ship? Why is there not even a single person on it?" Er Yu couldn't help but complain and feel puzzled after walking for a long time without reaching the destination.

Apu, Ou Ge and Luochen also felt strange. They knew more about 40k. An Imperial space ship like this must have tens of thousands of crew members. How could this ship move when it looked empty?

"It's not a space hulk, is it?"

Brother Ou was a little worried, but Luochen didn't think so.

Space hulks are the human empire's collective name for the wreckage of interstellar spaceships and various man-made debris in space. Space hulks are often very large and appear randomly in the subspace and the real universe. There are often lost treasures and relics in the hulks, which can be regarded as a space dungeon maze. Every time it appears, it will attract many forces to explore and hunt for treasures.

Opportunities also coexist with risks. The space hulk is full of dangers. No one knows what monsters are hidden inside. Every appearance of the space hulk may trigger a crisis.

The ship they were on didn't look like a wrecked space ship at all. It was too clean. They hadn't encountered a single corpse along the way, nor were there any traces of strange things.

After walking for an unknown amount of time, when everyone was beginning to feel bored with the various gold, gemstones, marble sculptures and other decorations on the ship, the Servo Skull finally led everyone into a huge elevator.

Taking the elevator, everyone entered the huge command deck of the ship. It was also empty. On the control console in the center, a sphere emitting a halo was beating like a heart.

Arriving at the control console, the servoskull spoke again:

Everyone looked at each other. They didn't even understand what was going on here, and suddenly asking them to touch something unknown was a bit too much of a test of their courage.

Finally, amidst everyone's mutual concessions, Apu stood up. After all, there was nothing more unfortunate than traveling to Warhammer 40k. The worst that could happen was that he would be captured by the Four Chaos Gods and taken to the Warp to suffer even more.

Taking a deep breath, Apu placed his hand on the ball of light.

Chapter 3 Even the Ship is a Cloud Hammer (Sad)

"Laupu? Laupu! Wake up! The village is distributing gold bars!"

Apu was awakened from his trance by his companions, and his hand dropped from the ball of light at some point.

Ou Ge and Luo Chen looked at Apu with some worry, fearing that Apu would start praising the four groups of people in the subspace as soon as he woke up.

"How long has it been?" Apu asked about the time that had passed since he touched the ball of light.

"11 minutes 45 seconds."

Everyone can calculate the time that has passed simply by relying on their physical senses, which is also a manifestation of the Astartes' superhuman qualities.

"What happened?"

After Apu recovered, everyone was eager to know what happened after Apu touched the light ball.

Apu sorted out the information in his mind and told his companions everything that had happened to him.

The moment he touched the ball of light, Apu's consciousness was pulled into a bizarre space, where an incalculable amount of data flowed. This scene made Apu feel a little uneasy, and he thought he had been attacked by a blue-haired bird.

A huge sphere with the same appearance as the light ball that Apu touched appeared in front of Apu and communicated with Apu in the language of the Eastern power in the 3k period.

"Hey, can you hear me?"

"?"

Apu showed a strange expression, and the voice in his head sounded like the AI voice of the translation software at first glance.

The light ball also felt that there was something wrong with his voice, and hurriedly said:

"Huh? Wait a minute, I set the voice software to the wrong setting."

Apu didn't know where to start complaining, but he was still on guard. Who knew if this was a conspiracy of the Chaos God?

Less than a minute later, the sound of the light ball sounded again:

"Is it better this time?"

The voice no longer has such a strong flavor of love, and sounds like a normal neutral voice.

Like Apu and others, the Light Ball does not belong to the Warhammer 40k universe. It is a traveler from the multiverse. Its race has transformed itself into a high-dimensional life form in the continuous development and evolution, and its technological level can travel through different universes.

Light Ball, whose name was skipped by Apu because it was too long, is a young man in the race. His hobby is to observe the development of civilization in different universes and complete his graduation project by the way.

The previous universe where the light ball was located was the universe of Apu and his team. It observed many civilizations, and the Earth was its last stop in this universe.
