Daily life with the ship girl

Bismarck fired a cannon shot and hit a deep-sea battleship, but the German cat was not well trained enough, so this shot only broke the deep-sea battleship.
The deep-sea battleship looked in the direction of the Bismarck with a cold look in its eyes, and retreated out of the Bismarck's range under the cover of the deep-sea battlecruiser.
The battle ended inexplicably, and the deep-sea fleet retreated strangely again. However, as far as the eye could see, countless deep-sea destroyers and deep-sea light cruisers were converging towards the east.
Bismarck breathed a sigh of relief, retreated back to the deepwater harbor, went ashore, and looked at Lexington with red eyes. She looked at the girl in her arms, who looked 80% similar to Lexington, and asked:
"Lexington, is she?"
Lexington took a deep breath and said:
"This is my sister Saratoga. Bismarck, the Deep Sea Fleet is out of order. The target may be the Thunder Garrison."
……
Pinghai and Firefly were responsible for the offshore patrols near the port area. The two small ones had a faster speed and were smaller targets. Bismarck and Lexington helped the broken Saratoga back to the garrison.
In Li Ran's garrison, he saw Bismarck and Lexington supporting a young girl back, and he went to greet them:
"Lexington, what's wrong with her?"
Lexington looked sad and self-blaming, her eyes were red, and she said in a hoarse voice:
"Gada is broken, Admiral, my sister may have come out to find me without permission, it's all my fault."
Li Ran looked at the disheveled Saratoga. He comforted Lexington not to blame himself and asked Bismarck:
"Is there any way to fix it?"
Bismarck shook his head and smiled bitterly:
"Admiral, there is no dock built in the port area. I am afraid that her injuries cannot be repaired for the time being."
Lexington said nothing as she silently helped Saratoga upstairs. Looking at her sister with a frown on her face, she felt even more guilty. Li Ran and Bismarck followed Lexington and waited for her to settle Saratoga down.
……
Lexington sighed, she looked at Li Ran with a self-blaming face, she said:
"Commander, don't blame yourself. It was my own choice to stay, but I didn't expect my sister to sneak out of the First Ship Girl Academy. By the way, before she passed out, Gaga said that the deep-sea fleet had blocked the nearby waters and that many deep-sea fleets were heading east."
"East?" Li Ran looked confused. He did not understand the intention of the Deep Sea Fleet and said to Bismarck:
"Bismarck, bring the chart over here."
Bismarck nodded, and after a moment, he took the Aineng chart and laid it flat on the ground.
Li Ran looked towards the east where his port was located, east of the three islands of ABC. There was only one garrison there. He said in a hoarse voice:
"Deep Sea's target should be the Thunder Guard House."
Bismarck nodded, his face grim.
Lexington looked at her unconscious sister and knew that it was useless to worry now. The important thing was to find someone to escort her sister to the garrison with a dock to repair the canal. When she heard Li Ran's words, she remembered that the Leiming garrison had a dock, and hurriedly said:
"Commander, we must notify the Thunder Garrison, otherwise..."
Bis interrupted her:
"Lexington, our port area has also been blocked by the deep sea. Now we have no time to take care of other things!"
Li Ran waved his hand, signaling Bismarck not to be so serious. He sighed:
"I've notified Firefly and Pinghai to go deliver the letter now, but I can't guarantee whether they'll make it in time."
As he spoke, Li Ran connected Ping Hai and Firefly's channel through the admiral's personal network. He said in a serious tone:
"Pinghai, Firefly, you will seize the opportunity to break through the blockade of the deep sea and advance at full speed to inform the Leiming garrison. However, if you cannot break through, retreat immediately. Do you understand?"
"Understood, Admiral." Pinghai and Firefly responded in unison.
Li Ran cut off the call. She sighed, looked at Lexington who looked anxious, and said comfortingly:
"Don't worry, Pinghai and Firefly have already set off. I hope they can deliver the message in time. Don't worry too much. Maybe my guess is wrong?"
Li Ran and Bismarck looked at each other, left Lexington to look after Saratoga, and walked into the living room side by side.
Bismarck looked at Li Ran's sad face and said firmly:
"Admiral, with Bismarck here, no one can hurt you, unless..."
Li Ran gently covered Bismarck's mouth, shook his head and said:
"No need to swear. If we are really surrounded by the deep sea, then you can just leave. Don't worry about me. You can definitely escape with your ship equipment."
Bismarck looked at Li Ran's indifferent expression. She felt her heartstrings being touched. She held Li Ran's hand tightly and said firmly:
"Admiral, Bismarck will never abandon you!"
Li Ran felt the warmth in Bismarck's palm. He sighed and wondered how he could deserve these ship girls to treat him like this. Maybe his time travel was not right...
As if sensing Li Ran's heart, the tattoo that had disappeared from his wrist once again emitted a blue light, covering the entire living room.
Li Ran felt a sharp pain in his wrist. He felt that this island seemed to be a place calling him. He subconsciously looked out the window and saw an unknown bird flapping its wings and flying away.
He let go of Bismarck's hand, rushed to the balcony, and looked to the east of the garrison. The dense forest and flying birds lingered in the air, forming a shape similar to a ship spear.
Bismarck was startled by the azure light emanating from Li Ran. Feeling Li Ran break free from her hand, she reacted and followed him to the balcony.
Then, Bismarck saw the flying birds hovering in the air, forming a huge cross-shaped spear pattern, and he was shocked:
"Admiral? What on earth is this?"
Li Ran looked confused, and with a cry and a laugh, he raised his left wrist, and the tattoo pattern reappeared, and it had changed from a mansion to a ship spear. Although he didn't understand what was going on, it seemed that something in the depths of the dense forest had been calling him to go and find out. He thought for a while and said:
"Bismarck, I want to go to the jungle to have a look."
Chapter 21: First Encounter with the Fairy
Seeing Li Ran's unusually urgent expression, Bismarck said in a tone that could not be refused:
"I'll go with the Admiral."
Li Ran opened his mouth, but seeing Bismarck's determined face, he nodded.
Li Ran greeted Bismarck and Lexington. Although Lexington also wanted to go over, Li Ran's words asking her to take good care of her sister left her speechless.
Lexington could only ask Bismarck to protect Li Ran and watched the two men walk towards the east of the island. Only when their figures disappeared did he sigh and return to the garrison.
Li Ran and Bismarck hurried on their way, both knowing that they could not stay here for too long.
Although Bismarck was wondering why Li Ran was so eager to explore the Eastern Forest, as a ship girl, she believed that the admiral had his reasons for doing so, and she followed him only because she was worried, because there were bears in the Eastern Forest.
After Li Ran entered the Eastern Forest, as he got closer and closer to the depths of the forest, the call became more and more obvious, and the tattoo on his wrist would occasionally send a tingling sensation, as if urging him to hurry up.
When he arrived at the place where he marked his coordinates, Li Ran was surprised to find that he did not encounter the same situation as last time. The brown bear did not appear. He glanced at Bismarck beside him and thought that even if there was a brown bear, he didn't have to worry because Bismarck was there.
However, Li Ran didn't know how to explain his sudden decision to Bismarck. He said with some guilt:
"Bismarck, do you think it's irresponsible of me to suddenly think of going to the forest?"
"No, I believe that the admiral has his own considerations for every decision he makes. If the admiral is not convenient to say, then wait until the admiral wants to tell me." Bismarck knew where Li Ran's guilt came from, but as a ship girl, Bismarck was also an excellent soldier. She always adhered to the principle that obeying orders was a soldier's duty, and she would never ask questions that she shouldn't ask, even if she was very curious. However, if some things were the admiral's secrets, she had no reason to ask.
Li Ran was moved when he heard Bismarck's words. Although he knew that the ship girls were born from the steel of ancient sunken warships because of beautiful thoughts, they must have the purest personalities in the world. Moreover, he could feel Bismarck's wholehearted trust, which moved him very much. So he said:
"Thank you, Bismarck."
Bismarck's expression remained the same, serious and unsmiling, but at this moment, it softened in a rare way. She said:
"Go ahead, Admiral. Bismarck will accompany you."
Li Ran nodded, pushed aside the dense bushes and weeds, and continued to move closer to the place where the call came from.
An hour later, the two heard the sound of waves hitting the rocks, and they had unknowingly passed through the eastern forest and arrived at the other side of the island.
This was beyond Li Ran's expectations. He came out of the forest and saw a white sandy beach. The sea breeze blowing in his face made him feel refreshed, and the feeling of the beach calling him became more obvious.
"Bismarck, I think we are almost at our destination." Li Ran rubbed his stomach, feeling a little hungry. He had not had breakfast because of the deep-sea raid, and had been marching for more than an hour. He felt very hungry now, but he felt that the thing calling him was in the southwest of the beach, so he immediately cheered up.
Bismarck herself was fine, but that was because she was a ship girl and could not be measured by human standards. Li Ran was different. Although he was a retired Marine, such a high-intensity rush in the jungle would probably have drained his strength long ago.
Bismarck was very worried about whether Li Ran was too tired, so she asked quickly:
"Well, Admiral, do you want to take a break first?"
Li Ran shook his head. Although he was very tired, the strong call made him feel extremely urgent. He said tiredly but still firmly:
"We can't rest. Let's get to our destination first."
Bismarck did not try to persuade her anymore. She followed Li Ran silently. Looking at the admiral's not-so-broad shoulders, she could feel his determination and his refusal to give in easily. This made Bismarck feel distressed and admired, and she became more determined to defend the safety of the port.
Li Ran walked along the edge of the white sand beach, thinking of the direction calling him. Ten minutes later, he saw a dock that had been abandoned for a long time. He and Bismarck looked at each other and looked at the collapsed plaque. Only the word "dock" was clearly visible on it, while the rest was blurred, rusted and peeling off.
"Is this a dock?" Li Ran looked at the building in front of him that was built under the sea, with only a small section of pillars left. If it weren't for the conspicuous dock sign, he would never have thought that this was a dock. He asked in confusion:
"This doesn't make sense. Although I haven't fully explored this island, isn't the deepwater harbor more suitable for building a dock? Why would they choose this place? And what kind of ship can be built on the seabed?"
Bismarck frowned, but as a German cat with rich military experience, she expressed her opinion:
"This place was probably submerged due to an abnormally high sea level. The original garrison of this island should have built a port here, but it may have been abandoned for some reason."
Li Ran nodded. He originally thought that it was this abandoned dock that was calling him, but he didn't expect that it would take some time for that feeling to come. He thought for a moment:
"Anyway, let's mark this place first. We'll come back and check it out when we have a chance. Now let's keep going."
Bismarck nodded, and she used her powerful strength to stack some stones into an arrow symbol.
After Li Ran left the abandoned dock, he followed the call and entered the forest again. After walking for a few minutes, the call finally stopped. He was stunned and confused:
“Have we arrived yet?”
Bismarck looked at Li Ran and suddenly stopped, feeling a little confused, but she didn't think much about it and began to be on guard to prevent any wild beast from endangering the admiral's safety.
Li Ran was a little confused. He looked at the dense forest in front of him. The strong feeling calling him came to an abrupt end here. But, what was there here?
Just when Li Ran was puzzled, the tattoo on his wrist, which had been silent for a long time, suddenly illuminated the surroundings with a blue light. A strange small building was actually illuminated by the blue light. The style of this building was that of a ship spear.
"Admiral, I feel very comfortable." Bismarck reached out to touch the ship's spear and found that she had actually lifted it up.
Li Ran watched Bismarck lift the ship's spear, which was more than one meter tall and forty centimeters thick, with one hand. The corner of his mouth twitched, but he was more concerned about the shape of the ship's spear, which looked like a building. He told Bismarck his thoughts with some amusement:
"Bismarck, do you think this looks like a building? Look at these ship spears. Hmm, they really are buildings?"
Bismarck also looked at the spear in her hand with curiosity, and she quickly and carefully put it down.
Then, a hole similar to a small door appeared in the bottom area of the ship's spear. Li Ran and Bismarck squatted down curiously to look at the strange hole. Then they saw the Gudako, or goblins, coming out one by one from the gate of the ship's spear building.
The fairies seemed very happy when they saw Li Ran and Bismarck. Many of them followed Li Ran and Bismarck's feet and climbed onto their bodies.
Bismarck and Li Ran looked at each other:
"Bismarck? Are these little creatures goblins?"
Bismarck felt her cat ears being fiddled with by the little fellow, her pretty face flushed, but she felt very comfortable with these fairies, she said:
"That should be it. Let's take the ship spear back and ask Lexington."
"Yeah." Li Ran nodded and said:
"Sorry to bother you, but I don't know how to communicate with these little guys. It's really troublesome."
"Hello, respected admiral, I am the leader of the Rodo Fairy Clan." A fairy stood on the top of the ship's spear and said:
"It's a pleasure to serve you."
Li Ran and Bismarck were startled by the voice. They looked at the top of the ship's spear. There was a goblin wearing an engineer's hat. He looked like a miniature version of Gudako with red hair. He held a wrench in one hand and a ruler in the other. When Li Ran and Bismarck turned their eyes, the goblin chief continued:
"There are three hundred and sixty-five fairies in total, but many of them are busy in the Ship Spear House. I am the tribe leader, Ruoduo Ruo. I have been waiting for you for a long time and am ready to be dispatched by you at any time."
Li Ran felt a little confused, but he thought about it and thought that maybe Lexington knew something. He said:
"Then can I move your spear house back?"
"Of course, the goblins have been waiting to leave here for a long time." Ruo Duoruo said, and then she called out to the goblins that were crawling on Li Ran and Bismarck in Elvish. The goblins left the bodies of the two and returned to the spear boat house. When Ruo Duoruo closed the door of the spear boat house, she said:
"When we reach our destination, please choose a place near the sea so that our ship's spear house can be restored to its original size. Your power is too weak and I'm afraid it won't be able to restore our ship's spear house to its original size. But rest assured, Admiral, when the fairies recover, we will serve your port area as soon as possible."
Li Ran still felt a little dumbfounded. He glanced at his wrist and saw that the tattoo had disappeared again. He felt lost, but these goblins were only one or two centimeters tall. He found it magical and said to Bismarck:
"Let's go back. Now that we have found the goblin, we have gained something."
Bismarck nodded and lifted up the spear house with one hand.
The two figures disappeared into the forest again, startling some roosting birds.
