Si Ye, a time traveler, has held numerous important positions, including Emperor of the Star Sea Empire, Leader of the Pan-Human Community, Chief Minister of the Human Federation, and Lord of Psionic Power. He is currently embarking on a journey, ostensibly for the Empire's cross-world expansion plan, but in reality, it's a government-funded tour.
