After saying goodbye to Caroline, Yin Li went to reserve a private room.

Then he went to the prefects' compartment, where the Head Boy was going to give them a meeting.

When Yin Li arrived at the carriage, Harry had already arrived. The president of the male student union was also an acquaintance, Red Ornico, an acquaintance from the study club.

"Oh, I didn't expect that I would have the chance to lead you." Reid looked very proud when he saw Yin Li coming in.

"I'm going to tell Dean Flitwick right now that I don't want to be the prefect anymore." Yin Li smiled and joked.

"No, no, no," said Red.

"Hurry up and start. Let everyone go back after you're done." Camilla Hevi reminded him.

Hedwig is the sixth-year Slytherin prefect.

Yin Li also saw Draco Malfoy, the new fifth-year male head boy of Slytherin.

Diana Corday, fifth-year Slytherin Prefect.

The two student union presidents quickly went through the key points and then let everyone move freely.

"Have you reserved a seat?" Harry asked Yin Li.

"Yes, Augustus is watching the luggage there." Yin Li replied.

"Then I'll come find you later."

Ron carried Harry and Hermione's luggage, and they went to each box to find Ron.

Yin Li returned to the box. Augustus was standing guard at the door like a sentry, and dissuaded anyone who wanted to enter the box.

Only John was reading a book in the box.

He heard the box door open and looked up, "Where have you been?"

"Going to the prefect's box." Yin Li replied, putting his suitcase on the luggage rack, and then took out beef jerky to feed Augustus.

"Hey, I was wondering why my class leader badge was missing. It turns out I'm inferior to you." John sighed in a fake manner.

"Ask, accept, accept."

"Where did you go this summer? I couldn't even send you a letter."

"You sent me a letter? I went to China. Maybe it's too far and your owl is not working well." Yin Li also took out a book and prepared to read.

"Going to China again?" John grumbled, seeing him like this. "The prefect has to go on inspection, and you still want to read?"

"I now appoint you as acting prefect. Go and help me patrol!"

"get out."

"Let's take a look first. There's no rush for inspection."

Harry opened the door and came in. Augustus turned to look at him when he heard the noise.

"Hi, Augustus," Harry greeted him.

Augustus nodded.

"Aren't you going to sit with Hermione, Ron and the others?" Yin Li asked.

Harry shook his head. "It's a bit crowded over there."

A few of them chatted for a while, and when the train arrived, the class leader went to maintain order.

John would hold Hedwig for Harry, and Augustus would fly to Hogwarts on his own.

Harry and Yin Li got out of the car. It was a rare good day without rain today.

It was Hagrid's familiar loud voice again, "First years, follow me!"

Then the two of them got into the carriage, and John was already sitting in the carriage.

The carriage drove towards Hogwarts under the cover of night.

Harry stared at the horses in front of the carriage. They were skinny and bony, with dragon-like faces and broad, bat-like wings.

Harry knew they were Thestrals. "Have they always been the ones pulling the cart?"

John was confused. How could the carriage have nothing to pull it?

But Yin Li replied, "They have always been pulling the cart. This is the Nightmares."

John heard the conversation between the two and just looked at them deeply without making any comments.

The carriage swayed to a halt.

Hermione and Ron were in a carriage ahead of them, and Harry went to join them.

Yin Li and John also walked into the hall and sat at the Ravenclaw table.

There was a fat bald old man sitting in the professor's chair.

Yin Li guessed that he should be Horace Slughorn. Why did Dumbledore invite him back?

Horace Slughorn looked at Yin Li with real eagerness, probably because of his fame.

Compared to him, Yin Li likes Professor Snape more.

He probably won't have much chance to go to the Potions Professor's office in the next few school years.

After dinner, Dumbledore stood up and everyone fell silent.

"We have two changes to our teaching staff. First, we welcome our new professor, Horace Slughorn, who will be the new Potions professor."

Horace Slughorn stood up and greeted everyone.

There was polite applause in the auditorium.

"Our Professor Snape is the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor."

There was warm applause from Slytherin; their head of house got what it wanted.

Snape did not stand up, but raised his hand lazily to indicate that he heard the cheers from the Slytherin table.

This school year, almost every professor has emphasized the importance of O.W.Ls exams.

Everyone was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of homework, and Ron was trying earnestly to persuade Hermione to let him copy the homework.

Once again, Harry didn't return to the Gryffindor common room until curfew.

Ron asked him curiously, "Have you finished your homework? The paper on the properties of moonstone?"

Harry replied casually, "Finished."

Ron said excitedly, "Lend it to me."

Hermione stopped him angrily, "No, you should write it yourself."

Harry shrugged helplessly at Ron, "It's late, I'm going to bed."

Harry was a little annoyed by so much homework. His usual date time with Yin Li now turned into doing homework in the Room of Requirement.

On Friday, there was finally something that made Harry happy. Wood from the Gryffindor Quidditch team graduated, and they were going to select a new goalkeeper. The Quidditch team would start training at the weekend.

Yin Li has adapted to her current life very well. She does her homework, occasionally goes out for a walk when she has time, and does some research.

Slughorn was indeed very "fond" of Yin Li, and wanted to ask him to his office to chat from time to time. After a few times, Yin Li began to use the Ignore Spell to avoid him.

The change of professors this semester made Harry's Potions class much easier, at least without Professor Snape's sarcasm.

The corresponding Defense Against the Dark Arts class made Harry feel uncomfortable again.

Fortunately, Harry was better at Defense Against the Dark Arts than Potions, so at least Professor Snape found it difficult to find opportunities to mock him.

Campus life is so peaceful that it's a bit boring.

Chapter 116 Harry Potter (End)

"Mom, where did I come from?" James Potter was sitting restlessly on the dining table, kicking his legs.

He had the same messy hair as Harry used to have. After Yin Li combed it smooth, James liked to keep it messy.

But those eyes were violet, just like Yin Li's.

Harry often felt a little disgusted when he saw the brat's purple eyes. Of course, such eyes looked better on Yin Li.

Lin Ling gave him a look of disdain and said, "Of course I picked it up from the trash can. Look how stupid you are."

James looked at her angrily when he heard this.

"Eat quietly and don't kick your legs. Learn from your brother." Harry came late in a suit.

Ryan Cavendish, who was two years younger than James, was eating obediently, sitting upright and elegantly.

He was like a smaller version of Yin Li, but had the same green eyes as Harry. He was like a smaller version of Yin Li and himself, which made Harry like him very much.

Yin Li was looking at the schedule and answered James perfunctorily, "I've told you countless times, you fell from a tree. Don't talk while eating."

Hayden and Lin Wanrou went on their honeymoon, and James started to lose his manners when no one was watching him.

"But they didn't fall from trees," James continued to shout.

Ryan swallowed his words and looked at James coldly. He thought the question was a bit boring.

Who would have thought that James, the popular little prince at school, had such a low status at home, being despised by his aunt and looked down upon by his younger brother.

"That means you are special, you should be happy." Harry said casually.

He hugged Yin Li from behind and kissed him.

"Remember to take them to Diagon Alley. I have to take care of the new students."

Yin Li also kissed him, turned sideways and helped Harry smooth his tie.

"The Auror office has been a bit busy lately. There's a serial killer over there with Muggles, and I have to take people there to assist with the investigation. I might have to work overtime."

"Then let Lin Ling take them there. Is that okay, Lingling?" Yin Li turned his head to look at the people at the dining table.

Lin Ling replied, "You can take Ryan, but not James. I can't keep an eye on him. You have to call Sirius."

James retorted unhappily, "What do you mean? I'm very good."

Harry also had a headache looking at his eldest son, "Forget it, I'll find time to take them to Diagon Alley."

Yin Li kissed him as a reward and said with a smile, "Thank you for your hard work."
