In Izu city, the streets are bustling with traffic and neon lights.
Under the huge display board outside the aviation exhibition hall, Shinnosuke, wearing a baseball cap and disguised as a university club visiting the exhibition, patiently waited for the exhibition hall to open.
Their tour begins at 18:00 PM and allows them to visit for twenty minutes.
Of course, this qualification was only obtained with the help of the members of parliament and the conglomerate controlled by the organization. Of the twenty people in the team, only seven were their own people. The rest were real members of the university model club. They did not know their true identities and just regarded them as temporary supervisors and team leaders.
The members of the model club were excitedly chatting around a 3-meter-tall fighter jet model made of cardboard boxes and metal plates.
The conversation mostly revolved around the airplanes or aircraft that would be exhibited that day.
Every now and then, fellow enthusiasts would pass by and take photos with the large airplane model.
As the team leader and supervisor, Shinnosuke walked to a corner, took out his phone, and looked at a text message that had just popped up promoting a car. From the jumbled text, he pieced together a coded message.
He looked at the police officers maintaining order near the traffic lights and smiled: "Kato-kun is dead, and the Metropolitan Police Department officers have all been lured to the fireworks festival. It seems I've won this time."
Tetsuken Juro, who was disguised as a club advisor, reminded him, "I must say, your plan this time was perfect."
"I can't help it. If I fail again this time, I'll be replaced. I don't want to be the scapegoat." Shinnosuke couldn't help but reveal a smug smile on his face.
In fact, Shinnosuke's plan was not nearly as complicated as it seemed.
He simply couldn't have been capable of delivering a large quantity of substances that could drive people insane to the fireworks display site, under the tight security of the Metropolitan Police Department.
But if he has complete control, he only needs to throw out two baits, and even if the Metropolitan Police Department dogs know it might be a trap, they will have no choice but to pounce on it to verify its authenticity.
In Shinnosuke's bait plan, there were actually only two main executors.
One is Kato Yoshi, the bearded man who delivers "non-toxic ice cream," and the other is Ms. Nishimoto, who goes "crazy" and attacks passersby at the fireworks festival.
The bearded Kato Yoshi deliberately revealed a flaw to Hattori Heiji, luring him to the scene and making him mistakenly believe that their plan was to spread the gospel using food such as ice cream, and then burn the warehouse down with everything in it.
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Nishimoto at the fireworks festival acted as if she had taken hallucinogens and attacked passersby to reinforce the credibility of this hypothesis.
Because of the urgency, even though the higher-ups in the Metropolitan Police Department felt there was a problem with the reasoning, they had no choice but to send people to investigate along the clues.
Even if no toxic substances are found after inspecting one or two stalls, they dare not withdraw all their personnel, because if even one stall has a problem, the person who gave the order will bear all the consequences.
This would consume the Metropolitan Police Department's manpower to the greatest extent.
And what Shinnosuke needs most is time.
He glanced at his watch again; two more minutes until he could enter the exhibition hall. Controlling the security personnel inside should take about twenty minutes.
This time he brought two expert hackers with him, and it should take about half an hour to hack into and control the flight system.
In other words, in 50 minutes, the entire city of Izu will be bathed in divine light.
Even if the Metropolitan Police Department brings tanks over, it won't make a difference.
As for the task of holding out for 50 minutes...
Shinnosuke glanced at the congested traffic nearby and figured that even if he didn't try to stop them, the Metropolitan Police Department's main force wouldn't be able to get there in time.
"Chen Nuo didn't come." Tetsuken Juro's tone was full of disappointment. He really wanted to take this opportunity to see if Chen Nuo, in his extreme rage, could break through the realm that he had pursued his whole life but never reached.
For this reason, Tetsuken Juro did not hesitate to use his own wife and daughters as bait and expendable resources.
But why didn't he come?
Tetsuken Juro had a bad feeling. Could it be that the kid's mind wasn't on this at all?
Shinnosuke comforted him, "Don't worry, even if he didn't come here, once we control the crowd at the fireworks festival with the new drug, we'll naturally find a way to use his girlfriend to make him give in. Then you can do whatever you want with him."
He said that, but he was secretly rejoicing.
It would be the best outcome for him if Chen Nuo didn't come. That kid is a bit unpredictable, and if Chen Nuo really finds this place, it might change the course of his foolproof plan.
However, seeing the young men and women on the street wearing brightly colored kimonos and preparing to take a car to attend the fireworks festival, Shinnosuke felt that he was overthinking things.
Even if that kid is incredibly talented, he's still at an age where he's very interested in the opposite sex.
With so many women around him, he's probably already completely infatuated with them, right? How could he possibly have the energy to investigate a case?
Shinnosuke smiled broadly.
The assistant, Sang, couldn't help but remind him, "Sir, please watch your words. We are an organization that brings good news to humanity, not villains who try to control humanity with hallucinogens."
Shinnosuke realized that he had accidentally blurted out the truth because he was too excited, so he quickly pretended that nothing had happened.
Tetsuken Juro squinted, seemingly lost in thought.
During his conversation with Shinnosuke, his son Tetsuken's gaze remained fixed on the airplane model surrounded by the crowd.
.
Not long after, a young woman in a beige suit walked out of the exhibition hall.
Holding a report in her hand, she shouted, "People from Beika University, please come over here and prepare to enter."
The university students rushed over in a swarm, eager to get into the hall immediately.
The manager smiled and said, "Models with labels cannot be touched, and loud noises are prohibited. Oh, and by the way, you can't bring that airplane model in either..."
Shinnosuke stepped forward with a big smile: "Miss, we've already spoken with Mr. Inada and will be taking photos of the students' work together with the exhibited works for promotional purposes."
The person in charge looked at the list in her hand with a puzzled expression, then found the note that had been added at the last minute, and sighed: "Okay, but I can only reserve a relatively remote booth for you."
"Thank you for your help." Shinnosuke lowered his head very low.
After explaining the precautions, Shinnosuke led the model club members into the aviation museum's venue.
Not long after they entered, Shinnosuke returned to the entrance with a sign that read "Troubleshooting" and hung it outside the exhibition hall.
Then, under the puzzled gazes of the crowd, the exhibition hall doors were closed.
Shinnosuke turned and went back to the registration hall just inside the exhibition hall. The slender lady in charge had fallen to the ground, her delicate makeup covered in blood, staring blankly ahead in death.
The two security guards around him were also swiftly taken down by Tetsuken Juro. However, because they acted so quickly, people in other parts of the exhibition hall hadn't even realized what had happened.
The college students who came with them were dumbfounded.
"T-Teacher, you..."
Shinnosuke smiled and said, "I remember your name is Yoshida-kun, right? Now you have two choices: either join us or be killed here like her."
Yoshida nodded repeatedly in terror: "I'll join, I'll join, I'll do anything you ask."
Shinnosuke walked over and gently stroked the other person's head, then suddenly twisted the other person's neck off.
Shinnosuke shook his hand, looking disgusted, and said, "Sorry, I suddenly remembered, the person who said I looked like a monkey in the car was you, Yoshida-kun."
The other college students huddled together and screamed in terror.
.
Just as the exhibition hall lobby was being invaded, Chen Nuo and Vermouth were changing clothes in the restroom at the far end of the second floor of the exhibition hall.
To avoid suspicion, the two stayed in the same cubicle.
Chen Nuo couldn't help but ask, "Why do we have to pretend to be cleaners?"
"Because cleaners can easily sneak in?" Vermouth answered while loading bullets into her pistol magazine.
Firearms and bullets shouldn't have been allowed on site, but Vermouth came up with a clumsy solution—she sneaked in beforehand and hid them in various parts of the exhibition hall.
Then, posing as cleaners, the two pushed a cleaning cart and collected scattered gun parts and ammunition like a gluttonous snake.
Chen Nuo: "I think it's entirely possible to pretend to be someone invited to the exhibition. I've done this before."
"Okay, okay, stop complaining. Time is tight and I have a lot of things to prepare. I don't have time for that kind of thing." Vermouth tilted her head, trying to change the subject with cuteness. "Besides, don't you really like uniform fetishes?"
"Who uses this as a uniform temptation?!" Chen Nuo couldn't help but complain.
Although Vermouth wears a mask of pretense, her bright eyes and alluring demeanor can easily captivate anyone.
Especially after she noticed Chen Nuo's dissatisfaction.
With slender fingers, she zipped up the cleaner's dark green jacket to her navel.
Then Chen Nuo discovered that she was only wearing underwear underneath, a mysterious black lace style. The combination of her incredibly large and soft breasts was so stunning that even though it wasn't the first time Chen Nuo had seen it, he couldn't help but freeze for a second.
Vermouth smiled with satisfaction, then slowly zipped up her coat: "It seems that Yukiko is not enough to shake my position."
Chen Nuo pretended not to understand her sarcasm and changed the subject, saying, "Seriously, what if a fight breaks out later?"
"Isn't it you I'm here for?" Vermouth said. "You have to protect me, okay?"
As the two were talking, piercing screams and sounds of fighting came from outside.
Chen Nuo and Vermouth exchanged a glance, and the two immediately switched from their flirtatious state to their mission-oriented state.
Chen Nuo took out his phone and sent the pre-edited text message to Hattori Heizo's phone.
The gist of the story is that he tracked down a group of suspicious thugs and followed them to the space exhibition. There, he found that the group was fighting with another group of thugs and hoped that the Metropolitan Police Department would come to his aid quickly.
Of course, these thugs were actually him and Vermouth in disguise, with the aim of legitimately keeping what they were going to steal for themselves.
After sending the text message, Chen Nuo and Vermouth opened the door.
Walk towards the exhibition hall in the center of the exhibition hall.
.
When they arrived at the exhibition hall, it had already been completely taken over by Shinnosuke's men.
Shinnosuke is pointing a captured pistol at the head of an elderly white man, demanding that he unlock the drone's control system.
Tetsuken Juro stood with his sword in hand, his gaze icy, his body stained with blood.
Behind Tetsuken Juro, a huge airplane model was being disassembled, and Shinnosuke's men were carrying a light pink crystal out of the plane.
As the crystal was removed, Tetsuyu and Mrs. Tetsumi, who were hiding underneath, were exposed to everyone's view.
Chen Nuo thought to himself, "Now we're matched up."
He had previously guessed that the missing Tetsuyu might have been captured by Tetsuken Juro, and he was right.
It was probably transported in along with this airplane model.
Chen Nuo hid behind a flowerpot, observing the scene from behind the cover.
Then we discovered that the person in charge here was so spineless, surrendering so quickly, without giving him much time.
Shinnosuke's subordinates have begun loading the vaporized light pink crystals onto the drones.
If he hadn't had Ai Haibara prepare a backup plan beforehand, things might have been much more difficult.
