Voldemort pointed the wand at Harry and roared.

"Divine Sharpness Without Shadow Spell!"

Chapter 87 I am Merlin (4k)

"Bang—bang—bang—!!!"

Lime fell from the various structures in the Chamber of Secrets, and Voldemort pointed his wand at the constantly running Harry, unleashing spell after spell upon him.

"Harry Potter!"

"You're as nimble as a rabbit right now, and I'm losing patience with you. Why don't you surrender quickly and hand over the magic stone, and I might spare your life."

Harry gritted his teeth and hid behind a stone pillar without saying a word.

Under no circumstances should Voldemort be allowed to obtain the Philosopher's Stone.

If Voldemort were to rise from the dead... the consequences would be unimaginable!

He couldn't accept this outcome, or rather, the magical world couldn't accept this outcome!

Facing the man who killed his parents, Harry gritted his teeth and began to think about how to leave.

How can I escape from the Dark Lord?

"Harry, where are you?"

Voldemort, as if playing hide-and-seek with a child, couldn't hide the excitement on his face.

"Here it is? Divine Blade Shadowless Spell!"

A beam of light shot out, piercing through the stone pillar behind Harry and grazing past his ear.

Harry was breathing heavily, his head held high.

I almost got infected myself.

The Divine Sword Shadowless Spell is one of the most terrifying black magic spells. Being hit by this spell is more frightening than dying on the spot.

The excruciating pain of Shenfeng Wuying is no joke.

Harry immediately moved his hiding place.

"Found you!" Voldemort roared.

Professor Quirrell chimed in, "Harry Potter, you still have time to stop. Take out the Philosopher's Stone, and we'll give you a quick death."

Or, we can discuss other conditions. We can grant you one wish, as long as you agree to help us retrieve the magic stone.

"Don't even think about it!" Harry spat. "Birds of a feather, Professor Quirrell. You and Voldemort will not get away with this. Even if I die, Professor Dumbledore will deal with you!"

“Dumbledore?” Voldemort laughed. “If I could be resurrected, what is Dumbledore? What is the wizarding world? What is Hogwarts?”

He suddenly flew forward, blocking Harry's path, his wand pointing at Harry's head: "Got you, don't move, my dear little guy, you know how powerful this wand is."

Ten years ago, you were lucky to have a loving mother who shielded you from my magic.

But I hope you'll still be this lucky ten years from now!

Voldemort's smile was now completely uncontrollable. He stared directly into Harry's eyes: "Now, immediately! Get the Philosopher's Stone for me!"

"Don't even think about it!" Harry raised his wand. "Expelliarmus!"

"Divine Sharpness Without Shadow Spell!"

The magic collided, and Harry felt a tremendous force coming from in front of him. He couldn't hold on for even a moment before his body was sent flying backward and crashed heavily against the wall.

His wizard robes were covered in dust, and Harry looked more disheveled than ever before.

His face was covered in dust, making him look like a country bumpkin. Harry coughed incessantly, but still glared at Voldemort.

"Except your weapons!"

"You don't believe in superstition? The Divine Sword Shadowless Curse!"

The light collided, illuminating the entire secret room.

Voldemort's Shadowstep Spell kept getting closer to Harry.

So close!

Once someone is hit by the Sleight of Hand Curse, no matter who it is—not just Harry, but even Dumbledore—no one can withstand the torment of the Sleight of Hand Curse. They will definitely obey your commands!

This is also why Avada Kedavra is not used.

Voldemort's greatest desire now is not for Harry to die, but to torture him until he hands over the Philosopher's Stone.

"Voldemort, you will be punished by the gods!" Harry lunged to the side, crashing heavily to the ground, the Sleight of Hand spell grazing his back.

"Divine retribution?" Voldemort clenched his fist. "Ten years ago, I was known to everyone in the wizarding world. I killed so many people and had so many followers, so why didn't I suffer divine retribution?"

Do you believe your birth was my divine punishment? Then I'm sorry, I'm going to deal with my own divine punishment now!

……

Hogwarts.

Several professors chased after the "Voldemort" in front of them.

They didn't know if it was the real Voldemort; perhaps it was, perhaps it wasn't.

In short, he was dressed in a black robe and looked exactly like Voldemort; you could sense his power just from his back.

"Professor McGonagall!"

Professor McGonagall raised her wand and aimed it at the man in black in front of her.

"Obstacles are numerous!"

The man in black robes suddenly stopped in his tracks.

“Petrify them all!” Professor McGonagall shouted.

The man in the black robe turned around and glared at Professor McGonagall. He didn't speak; his black hat obscured his face, making it impossible for others to see his true appearance.

"Voldemort, surrender! Breaking into Hogwarts was the biggest mistake you ever made."

Several professors stood in front of the man in the black robe.

Professor Flitwick, Professor McGonagall, Professor Sprout, and Hagrid.

Of all these people, Hagrid was the angrier.

This is the man who took everything from him: Voldemort.

Or rather...

Tom Riddle!

He's standing right in front of me!

"Surrender!"

"Petrify them all!!!" Several gentlemen shouted at the same time, the light from their wands was more dazzling than ever before, stimulating the black-robed man's vision.

Beneath his black robes, Professor Snape's face was incredibly grim.

He knew his own strength; if only one professor had come to chase him, he was absolutely certain he could escape. But everyone had come.

This greatly increased the difficulty of his escape, to the point that... he had absolutely no chance!

Avada Kedavra!

Snape gripped his wand tightly with both hands, trying to sense some unexpected power emanating from it.

But that wasn't the case. Snape's Avada Kedavra lasted less than half a minute before the light of the petrification curse swept past him.

"Tsk."

Snape clicked his tongue.

Suddenly, a white light descended from the sky.

Albus Dumbledore.

The highest mountain and the longest river in the magical world.

This most iconic wizard appeared, standing before Professor Snape.

Dumbledore turned his back to Snape: "This Voldemort is a fake. The real Voldemort... he's almost got the Philosopher's Stone and is in the Chamber of Secrets right now."

McGonagall and the others' pupils dilated suddenly.

"Albus, what are you talking about? Voldemort is right in front of us, how could it be fake!"

“It’s just a Death Eater. Leave this to me. You guys go and rescue Harry. Voldemort is with Harry. I don’t know how long they can hold out. Fawkes has already gone to look for Harry. I hope you can hurry up. I don’t want anything to happen to Harry at Hogwarts.”

Professor McGonagall and her group gritted their teeth and, after much hesitation, obeyed Dumbledore's orders and left the place.

After they had all left, Dumbledore looked at Snape again.

The two looked at each other, neither of them speaking first.

The silence was broken by Dumbledore's heavy sigh.

“Sometimes I wonder if my decisions have failed,” Dumbledore began. “I don’t know if it’s just my imagination, but I always feel that some mysterious, invisible force has overturned all my plans.”

The mysterious man shouldn't have acted now, or rather... from the moment his identity was revealed, things spiraled out of my control.

Snape asked coldly, "So who's in control now?"

Dumbledore shook his head.

He put his hands behind his back and walked toward the forbidden forest beside him: "Let's go, this isn't a good place to talk."

After entering the Forbidden Forest, Dumbledore reached out and fiddled with the rough bark of a tree trunk nearby.

There were footprints on the ground beneath his feet.

The footprints were small, like the marks left by a child trampling heavily in one spot.

"Tom really enjoys exercising here, although I don't know what the purpose of those human exercise methods is. Perhaps it's just like he says, to improve physical fitness?" Dumbledore couldn't help but laugh as he said this.

"Strengthening the body" is the best excuse.

“Severus, I originally intended for you to… well, anyway, I have to admit, I was wrong.”
