So the four people plus a fairy sat on a very intricate device, like a gyroscope, and no matter how wildly the connection between the minecart and the rails swirled, the passengers on it remained incredibly stable and smooth.

Hagrid quickly went into Vault 713, took a small item and put it in his arms, and the four of them went straight to Vault 687, which belonged to Harry.

"A sense of ritual, Harry, insert the key yourself."

Hagrid looked at Harry and said.

Harry nodded, rubbed the key, inserted it into the keyhole and turned it. A rumbling sound rang out, along with Ron's bewildered voice.

"Holy crap? Is it normal for there to be so much gold in the vault?" Ron stared blankly at the mountain of Galleons piled up in the center of the vault, and said in shock, "Your vault and my vault seem different."

“After all, Harry’s parents couldn’t give him much love, so they could only give him a lot of money,” Kane remarked before walking into the vault.

With so much gold, I could easily grab a handful and use it to make scientific machines, but if I actually did grab some, wouldn't I be begging on my knees?

Rather than being teased by Harry for something like this...tsk tsk tsk, it's better to bravely say no to such golden temptations.

Besides, who says he can't earn gold? Although he hasn't come up with any good ideas yet, at least he has a goal!

In short, it's impossible for me to accept any charity or Galleons that Harry forcibly gave me!

However, it wasn't until Harry's vault was closed again that he awkwardly realized that Harry hadn't intended to stuff Galleons into his vault at all.

They'd wasted their time. The four of them returned to the ground, their next stop being Ollivander's Wand Shop.

"What kind of wand do you two want?" Ron asked Kane and Harry.

“I brought my own materials; I plan to have one custom-made.” Kane pulled out the trembling log.

"What the hell is this, Merlin, buddy?" Ron was immediately drawn to the trembling, distorted face of Livingwood and asked hastily.

“I used my shadow magic, which is my innate magic, to cultivate ordinary saplings and create this thing,” Kane explained.

"Holy crap, Kane, you're amazing! With this skill, you could earn more Galleons than that!" Ron exclaimed.

Kane shook his head helplessly. It was unlikely that he could make money with this stuff. He made his wand with living wood and nightmare fuel mainly to suit his Eternal Domain physique. Compared with other magical materials in the real world, the improvement should not be ridiculously large.

Moreover, who knows if the Eternal Realm and Charlie might invade this world because of the things they created? If it comes true one day, half of the entire Earth could be wiped out by Charlie's sister alone.

Soon, Ollivander emerged from behind the shelves and looked at the three young wizards with loving eyes.

Kane wanted a personalized service, so he naturally had to be last in line, giving the first spot to Harry.

After trying more than a dozen wands, Harry finally got a wand made of holly and phoenix feathers.

Next up is Kane.

"Huh? Isn't Ron still here?" Kane asked in surprise.

“My family is short of money lately,” Ron said, sounding embarrassed. “So I’m using my brother’s old wand now.”

Kane pursed his lips: "Alright, since Ollivander is here, it shouldn't cost any money to have him take care of you, right?"

“Of course not.” Ollivander gently took Ron’s old wand, looked at the battered wand and sighed: “Your brother Charlie doesn’t cherish it at all.”

After saying this, it's like an old father watching his daughter, who has been abused by his family, come home, and sadly tending to her wounds before handing her over to the abuser's brother, praying that the brother can be at least a little more human.

Finally, it was Kane's turn.

“Mr. Ollivander, I have a request. I would like you to customize a wand for me using my own materials.”

Ollivander laughed when he heard the request. He was a craftsman, a craftsman with a temper, and no amount of money could break his principles.

Then Kane pulled out the snarling living wood and nightmare fuel mixed with his own shadow.

Ollivander: "...But then again?"

Chapter Thirteen: I didn't say a word, but had Harry book the entire Diagon Alley for me.

"What are these?" Ollivander's gaze was instantly drawn to these two unusual-looking objects.

"Living wood and nightmare fuel, that's what I call him."

Ollivander cautiously touched the living wood with his hand, and immediately exclaimed, "This thing is alive! What if it dies while I'm making it into a wand?"

"It only looks alive because it's been tainted with some magic. Anyway, don't worry, just don't burn it. But if you can, please gag it. It won't talk and it'll just make too much noise." Kane placed the two items on the counter and then acted like a hands-off manager, not even glancing at them, focusing on talking to Ollivander.

“Okay, okay, any other requirements?” Ollivander continued to ask.

"Hmm... It should look nice, and it would be best if it also had some other features."

“No problem.” Ollivander readily agreed, and then came the issue of the cost of this custom-made wand: “The wands in the shop cost seven Galleons no matter what material they are made of, but since you provided all the materials for this custom wand, how about four gold Galleons?”

After Ollivander finished speaking, he waited for Kane to haggle. It was a deal, a deal. In fact, he made wands purely out of addiction. Kane even gave him two new materials he had never seen before. So, it's not like he made the wand for free.

Paying out of pocket is acceptable.

However, the expected counter-offering didn't come. Kane casually said, "Put it on Dumbledore's tab..."

“I have money here.” Harry not only spoke faster than Kane, but also moved faster than Hagrid, who was taking out his money behind him, and generously placed four Galleons on the counter.

Kane promptly changed his mind: "Then put it on Harry's tab."

Ron watched this scene in shock. Could this game of friendship really be played like this?

"Hmm, if all goes well, you'll see your own wand this afternoon." Ollivander didn't look closely at the four Galleons, but instead quickly picked up the Living Wood and Nightmare Fuel as if afraid someone would steal them, and went into the workshop.

Kane and his companions left Ollivander's wand shop, and then came the usual cauldrons, robes, and so on, which Kane naturally let Harry pay for.

But while buying books, he suddenly thought of something and looked at Hagrid: "If there are other young wizards like me who are orphans with no money and no one to help them pay the bill, how are they supposed to buy things?"

“If a young wizard is truly penniless and in dire straits, Hogwarts will allocate a sum of money as a scholarship for them. Of course, you are not penniless…” Hagrid looked at Kane, whose robes were embroidered with gold thread, and gave him a relieved smile.

This is the most luxurious dress in Madam Malkin's shop. It's warm in winter and cool in summer, changes color, can change size on its own, can repair itself, and doesn't get dirty. It even comes with two pockets with seamless stretch charms. Harry couldn't bear to buy this dress. Kane has a sharp eye, though, because he saw it at first glance.

However, Hagrid and Ron didn't say anything about any of this.

After all, Kane's ability to do this was already quite remarkable. In any case, Hagrid and Ron, when they thought about having a friend buy them such an outfit, would find it hard not to suspect that the friend was about to trick them into something or ask them for some very difficult request.

For example, having the two of them split into seven groups to kill Voldemort.

Kane happily accepted it, and so did Harry. It's hard not to admire their attitude that "my money is your money."

With such a good brother, what more could I ask for? Forget Voldemort, I'd follow you even if you wanted to kill Dumbledore!

"I feel like I've lost a lot," Kane said with a hint of resentment as he suddenly stopped picking out books.

"In fact, the stipend at Hogwarts isn't as generous as the one Harry gave you. You'll probably only be able to buy a multi-handed cauldron, a patchwork robe, and search for textbooks in the used book section. The only thing you'll be brand new about is your wand," Hagrid explained.

Ron, who had multiple hands all over his body, and even his wand was secondhand, suddenly felt that he was economically inferior to an orphan.

"Then forget it." Kane casually put the few new books he was holding back on the bookshelf and walked towards the used book section in the corner.

Ron, looking at this scene with some confusion, leaned closer to Harry: "What's wrong with Kane? Is he feeling a little embarrassed about spending your money?"

Harry shook his head; Ron still didn't understand Kane enough.

As Harry suspected, Kane bought old books simply because he was too lazy to take notes himself, so he bought them to copy the wisdom of his predecessors.

Hagrid watched the three men slowly selecting books and then slowly left the bookstore, intending to give Kane and Harry a little surprise.

As for why Ron wasn't included, Kane and Harry are orphans, so it's normal for me, as an elder, to buy them gifts. But Ron has both parents, so it's normal for me, an outsider, to buy him a gift.

That wasn't buying Ron a gift; it was slapping the Weasleys in the face.

Although Hagrid didn't consider himself particularly clever, he still possessed a certain level of social skills.

In the bookstore, Ron looked at the robe that looked like it could buy his own humble abode, but in the end, he didn't go down the path of no return where he had to rely on his friends to pay for his clothes.

Although Harry had said early on that he would pay for everything, Ron personally selected and bargained for all the things he needed, and even used the extra copper knuckles to treat Kane and Harry to ice cream.

"Seriously, how did Hagrid disappear in the blink of an eye?"

Harry said while eating his ice cream.

“He’s probably on business. Anyway, Diagon Alley isn’t that big, he’ll find us easily when he’s looking for us,” Ron replied casually. Suddenly, his expression changed; it wasn’t the expression of someone eating ice cream, but more like the expression of Akaishi.

Kane was surprised to see Ron's expression: "Did you see someone you don't want to see?"

Ron said with some helplessness, "It's really not something I want to see. That evil Malfoy brat is like a fly; he'll come buzzing around whenever he touches you."

Ron's words seemed to have a magical power. Suddenly, a loud and clear voice came from behind Kane: "Oh my, isn't this a disgrace to purebloods, Mr. Ron Weasley, the youngest son of the Weasley family? What, you found two bronze knuckles under your floorboards last night, so you have money to eat cheap ice cream with your friends?"

As Kane spoke, he sensed a young wizard standing behind him and Harry, as if studying whose shoulder was worthy of his support. In the end, the wizard chose Kane's shoulder, perhaps because his robes were more expensive.

Kane felt an arm press down on his shoulder. "You've never met either of these friends of yours? What's wrong? Has the Weasley family, in its decline, stooped so low as to befriend Mudbloods?"

The owner of the voice pressed Kane's shoulder down forcefully as he spoke.

Harry glanced with pity at the blond brat who was recklessly courting death, while Kane looked at Ron, who had already started to pull out his wand to help him take down Malfoy.

"That wicked Malfoy brat is quite annoying, but don't bother with him."

Draco Malfoy was subconsciously displeased by Kane's words. No matter how much he said Ron was a pureblood scum, he was still a pureblood. When did it become the Mudblood's place to speak when he was arguing with purebloods?

Draco instinctively wanted to teach Kane a lesson, so he raised his hand to slap Kane on the back of the head. However, just as he was about to exert his strength, he suddenly couldn't move, and his entire body became paralyzed.

A strange and absurd shadow claw gripped his hand firmly. Looking down at the shadow, it extended from the shadow beneath Kane's feet.

"What were you trying to do just now?" Kane asked quietly, glancing at the evil blond man whose face had turned deathly pale with fright.

Chapter Fourteen: It was you, kid, who stuck my son to the ceiling?

"You, you're not a Mudblood, whose little wizard are you? I advise you not to be impulsive, my surname is Malfoy, Draco Malfoy, we might even be related!"

Malfoy, seeing this bizarre magic he had never seen before, immediately concluded that Kane was a descendant of some mysterious magical family. Seeing Kane's obviously ill intentions, he quickly tried to explain.

“I’m sorry, but most of my relatives are probably dead.” Kane said, waving his hand at Malfoy. “Keep your eyes open when you’re looking for trouble in the future.”

The next moment, Malfoy was swiftly grabbed by the shadow claws and lifted up, like a defeated man, firmly bound to the ceiling by the shadows.

“Let’s go somewhere else. I’m afraid Mr. Malfoy might spit on my ice cream from the ceiling,” Kane said, picking up his ice cream bowl and preparing to leave the stall.

Of course, the truth wasn't such a ridiculous reason. Maxwell suddenly reminded him that an adult who looked remarkably like Draco Malfoy was walking quickly toward them.

Seeing this, Harry and Ron also picked up their ice creams and moved to another spot. After all, having someone constantly crying and shouting on the ceiling watching them was indeed a bit disgusting.

Harry and Ron didn't realize what had just happened until they left the ice cream stand.

Ron looked at Kane and then at Harry. He was starting to understand why Harry was so willing to spend money on Kane. With such a powerful friend by his side, what was wrong with spending a little money? He himself would be willing to spend money too, if he had the means.

Harry, meanwhile, continued to listen to the wailing coming from the ice cream shop not far away: "Um, thank you for showing mercy when we were in that alley. You were willing to escort me out of the alley before running away yourself, instead of just letting me sleep in the alley with the trash cans all night."

Kane, who was eating ice cream, glanced at Harry and said, "What are you talking about? I'm not some kind of ungrateful madman."
