"Stop talking nonsense, let's get them."
Three adults, armed with knives, were forcing two five- or six-year-old children to give them the tattered cloth bags they were carrying.
The bag was bulging inside, and you could see some random things inside through the loosely tied opening.
Two little devils,
A man wearing a top hat with goggles, a blue aristocratic-style trench coat, and black boots.
A person wearing a red, high-quality short-sleeved shirt, shorts, and black cloth shoes.
The blond kid in the top hat was holding a steel water pipe.
Moses's gaze lingered on him for only a few seconds before settling on another dark-haired kid.
Ace.
"Tch, nothing in this area belongs to anyone. Here, you have to use your fists to speak."
Ace glared at the three adults with a fierce expression, the axe in his hand gleaming coldly.
"Anyone who's not afraid of death, come on up. Let's see who can test how sharp my axe is first."
The three adults glared menacingly. If they were forced to back down by this little thing who wasn't even as tall as them, how would they ever make a living here again?
The three exchanged a glance, each seeing the ruthlessness and decisiveness in the other's eyes. The next moment, they grabbed their knives and charged forward.
The battle is imminent!
A tense look flashed in Ace's eyes, and he suddenly shouted, "Sabo, execute Plan B!"
The next second, the two men pulled out handfuls of plaster from their pockets and threw them at the faces of the three men who rushed forward.
No one expected the idea to be so insidious. Two of the three fell for it, while the remaining person was a beat too slow when rushing forward, so he noticed in time and spread his arms to protect his face.
The two people who were infected immediately panicked.
"Ah!! My eyes, you bastard, you have no sportsmanship."
"Quickly, retreat!"
"Don't retreat, charge forward! It's wall plaster, not lime. We can't let them get away."
The one who wasn't hit shouted angrily, grabbed a companion who was trying to retreat, and pushed him forcefully towards Ace.
Suddenly, she saw a man with a terrified expression staggering toward her.
Ace froze, unsure whether to swing his axe or not. After a moment of contemplation, he was knocked to the ground by the person who had pushed him forward.
The man who pushed Ace's face flashed with a fierce light. He suddenly rushed forward, bent down, and slashed at Ace's face with a knife.
Ace's eyes narrowed, and he knelt on one knee, staring intently at the newcomer, ready to retaliate.
The little boy named Sabo, standing nearby, was completely bewildered by this sudden turn of events and immediately shouted:
"Ace, watch out!!"
Just then, a cold glint suddenly shot down from above, followed by a muffled "poof!"
Immediately afterwards, there was a "clang" sound, and the knife in the hand of the person who rushed in front of Ace fell and hit the ground with a crisp sound.
"Aaaaaah!!!" The man clutched his right arm with his left hand, letting out a piercing scream, "My hand, my hand!"
At that moment, Ace knew that the opportunity was not to be missed. His eyes hardened, and he quickly pushed off the ground to get up. The axe in his right hand flashed with a cold light and slammed heavily into the man's chest.
*Splash!* A splash of blood splattered onto Ace's face.
The man was violently knocked away.
Upon seeing this, Sabo regained his composure, brandished the iron pipe, and swung it at the dazed man rubbing his eyes.
Bang!
Iron pipe exploded in head.
Thud! The iron pipe slapped his face.
Bang! An iron pipe was knocked over.
Ace wiped the blood from his face, looked at the unlucky guy who had just been sold out, took a step forward, and kicked him in the face.
With a muffled thud, he was kicked unconscious.
After finally dealing with the three, Ace immediately looked up at the ruins behind him.
The sunlight was so bright that I had to use my left hand to shield my eyes from the sun.
But when they looked closely, they found nothing; it was completely empty.
Ace frowned slightly and asked in confusion, "Who saved me?"
Then he looked at Sabo and asked, "Are you alright, Sabo?"
Sabo stepped forward, grabbed the object piercing the man's arm, pulled it out forcefully, and his eyes widened in shock:
"Scalpel?"
Ace then stepped closer, looked him over, and a hint of suspicion flashed in his eyes:
"This knife seems to be of very good quality, even better than my axe? Who is so rich that they just throw it away?"
Then, he asked his blond friend, "Sabo, do you know anyone here?"
"I don't know?" Sabo looked at Ace with a blank expression and said speechlessly, "That knife was obviously meant to save you, what does it have to do with me?"
"And Ace, what happened to you just now? Why didn't you dodge, evade, or attack? That was dangerous, okay?"
Ace looked a little embarrassed, looked away, and said awkwardly, "I've never used an axe to chop anyone before, and I wasn't sure whether I should just go ahead and chop. Sorry!"
Sabo stared blankly at Ace, then his face darkened, and he suddenly glared and roared:
"Then why are you playing with a hammer and axe? If you suddenly do that in the middle of a fight, it's really scary, okay? I was almost scared to death just now."
As he spoke, Sabo took a deep breath to catch his breath, and then asked, "What about these three? It's already like this, should we just abandon them?"
"You killed him?" Ace nudged him with his shoulder, his eyes slightly unfocused. "I've never killed anyone."
Sabo retorted angrily, "I haven't killed anyone! Didn't you say you had? You're lying to me!"
Ace turned his face away again, clicked his tongue, and said, "Does killing or hunting prey count?"
Sabo: "So, are you going to kill him or not?"
Ace: "I'm not ready yet."
Sabo: "Do we need to prepare for something like this?"
Ace: "Why don't you kill one first and show me?"
Sabo: "I don't want to, you kill me."
Ace: "Then I don't want it either."
The two looked at each other, and after a few seconds, they said in unison:
"Then let's not kill them."

"Tch, poor bastards, the three of them only have a little over a thousand Berries combined." Ace said speechlessly.
"And they're all torn at the corners, I don't even know if they'll sell."
“It can be spent. I know a bank that accepts this kind of money, but they will take a cut of the credit limit,” Sabo said.
"It's so dark."
"Yeah, they're all black, and they all look like vampires."
Sabo shrugged and cursed angrily, "Those people are all stinking shit."
The two men took the money they had seized and left, heading towards the forest.
"Speaking of Sabo, how do you know so much? Did you used to live in the city?"
“Ace, didn’t we say that we don’t ask about each other’s origins?”
"Oh, yes, I'm sorry."
"It's okay, I forgive you."
"Hehehe." "Hehehe!"
Mercer watched them walk away, emerging from behind the garbage mountain, and Crow Da Bao also flew down.
"Go and follow them, follow them in the sky. I'll come find you in a bit."
"Gah~ Mei, safety, be careful."
Ya Dabao flew into the sky with a bag of wild honey.
Mercer appeared over the three unconscious people and looked at them expressionlessly.
After a while.
Mercer left here, and they didn't die. Since those two boys didn't make a move, Mercer wouldn't overstep his bounds.
However, they no longer have the means to commit such acts of violence.
Perhaps it's a double standard, but that's just the kind of person Moses is. This is to prevent them from harboring resentment and taking action secretly later.
Moses never overestimated human nature.
There are saints in this world, but most people are just ordinary people.
Mercer walked towards the coast and appeared near the shore of "Uncertain Termination Station," looking at the boundless blue sea in front of him.
The water was calm.
The area is now deserted, with only a makeshift dock, but no ships are docked there.
"Aren't there any pirates?"
