The Hell Plane.

Gao Jialan was kneeling on the ground, breathing heavily.

Fear crept onto his face, like an invisible hand gripping his throat, making it hard for him to breathe.

A black "forest" appeared beside Prince Black Abyss.

Gao Jialan's attack did indeed shatter the giant. However, the two broken pieces, like split cells, generated two complete individuals, emitting eerie laughter, as if mocking his brute force. Fear was oppressing his reason, driving him mad. He hysterically swung his fists, destroying all the black shadows before him, smashing them into countless fragments amidst his laughter.

And so, on the barren land of hell, a grove of withered giants grew, surrounding the Black Abyss Prince and emitting terrifying laughter.

As the power of hell dissipated from his body, Gao Jialan realized what these ominous signs were doing.

He is excavating hell, devouring fear, plundering the power of fear from the entire hellish plane. Yet the demons, as children of hell, can do nothing but become hunched prisoners beneath the shadow of fear.

He seized and occupied the very essence of the demon race, and fear, driven by Him, made them submit to their sovereign like soldiers to their lord.

Or rather, He is fear itself.

All the demon contestants, whether alive or dead, have their reborn souls held in His hands.

He seized power, took control of the entire hell plane, and became the coal boss of hell's "gas" pipeline.

Despair is born from fear.

Gao Jialan struggled to lift his head, gazing at the irregular top, where the head of the monster, or rather, the evil god, was located.

"What...what do you want?"

The giggling laughter stopped, and in the desolate hellish plane, not even the unruly wind made a sound.

The entire hell has become an ancient and eerie silent play.

Then, the fear giants surrounding Gaugalan stretched out their arms, like a grand salute at the start of a performance.

He spoke in Lyle's voice.

"Hell Blossoms".

"No!!!!!"

With a terrified scream from Gaugaran, the Ominous Giant threw a flammable fire into His "gas" pipes. Starting from the central volcano, the entire hellish plane cracked, shattered, and exploded. From beneath the rock layers, countless enormous black tentacles covered in silt stretched out, unleashing endless greed and curses towards the dark, sunless sky.

Layer by layer it shattered, and layer by layer its tentacles pierced the earth's surface, beginning its own violent performance.

The entire hell was engulfed in a final, frenzied celebration.

There was no more screaming, because every demon had been twisted into a swarm of tentacles by black flesh and blood.

The hellish plane shattered completely, and enormous tentacles emerged from the cracks, layer upon layer, twisting around the ominous giant like vibrant, giant flower petals.

The flowers of hell have bloomed.

Chapter 402 Fearful Illusions

A dark revelry crushed the hellish land, and frenzied laughter replaced the screams of terror.

Such a morbid and twisted scene pierced through the screen of the Black Abyss Arena, leaving a deep imprint on the minds of the viewers. An indescribable sense of unease and panic sprouted within them—a terrible spiritual plague.

Every observer with a soul felt a chill from head to toe, a coldness more desolate than death, almost freezing their blood. Madness arose within them, and new knowledge unfolded.

It is itself unreadable.

The fear that surged into my mind lasted only a moment.

As black tentacles climbed onto the screen, the crystal and the demonic bats transmitting the corrupted images also became part of this madness.

The image vanished from the leather, and all connections to Hell Dimension Six were completely severed.

Cold sweat begins to form in the pores, leaving watermarks on the stiff skin.

The riots began. Everyone with terrified eyes was whispering amongst themselves.

That was a hellish plane, an ancient land preserved from the previous era, crumbling before their eyes like a cookie in dessert. Heavy breathing mingled with heartbeats as pairs of eyes subtly watched Andrei's stands.

The Andrei Lich was also caught off guard.

"Um... Plague Doctor, did you blow up the demons' home base?"

"There's more than one Hell dimension; it's like demolishing a room."

"...Um, is it illegal to demolish someone else's room?"

"The death penalty will be imposed."

"Um, could Andrei afford to pay enough bail?"

"Yes, as long as Andrei launches a tribal war to wipe out the demons, then the Plague Doctor will be released without charge."

Andrei the Lich's feelings were very complicated, and he even felt a little guilty.

If Lyle loses, Andrei can get angry and teach the demons a lesson, while also showing off the ferocity of the ultimate evil.

But now, Lyle has turned the younger generation of demons into experimental subjects and even blew up other people's homes. Is it appropriate for him to want to cause trouble now? Even the dead wouldn't have the face to do this, even though liches are shameless to begin with.

"The power of the gods has been revived." The scholar clenched his fist, his mind still filled with the ominous giant of omens. He had foreseen it all along; from the moment Nia was first born, it was the scholar who suppressed her growth.

The surging black mud, the rampant evil—the Blue Dragon Priest had tacitly approved of it all, and now, the evil fruit he had cultivated had ripened. Evil restrained by humanity and nature.

"Did I do the right thing, Morokui?"

The scholar left the stands and walked down the dark passageway leading to the center of the arena.

There, someone is waiting.

Irason's face was cold, lacking the naivety he usually showed when facing his brother.

"Moroki, you are walking a dangerous path. You too have experienced that era poisoned by the gods, and you are recreating the enemy of the world. In the realm of Triton, there are still our companions who died with their eyes wide open."

"Let go, brother. Don't let everyone's sacrifices be in vain."

Black flames surged from the gaps in the ancient blue mask, the power of fear parasitizing the dragon priest's heart, the effects of the carnival scene also lingering on the dragon priest.

"If I let go, I will be letting them down. This is definitely not the future they want."

"I am not rewriting history."

"Triton is the god of the old days."

“And He is the new God I created.”

Irason sighed and followed behind the scholar.

"He will be more dangerous than Bitritional. We may fall into an abyss and never have peace again."

"We need miracles, and this is enough."

What are we going to do now?

“Save Lyle from the wrath of the demons.”

"I don't think we can do anything. The Black Abyss Demons, who have lost their prince, are not so easy to persuade."

"Who said they're lost?"

In the Black Abyss Arena, a female demon in a formal dress stepped forward. She anxiously walked to the center, leading a team of demons carrying various instruments and a string of hellish nails. Completely oblivious to the stares of those around her, the female demon immediately ordered everyone to set up a demonic magic circle, attempting to locate information about the lost plane from the remaining anchor point traces.

"Pomfrey Black Abyss." The true master of the Black Abyss Arena, a powerful woman who rules the Black Abyss demons through force and means superior to force. It wasn't just those demonic technicians who probed the planes who sealed the gates of hell.

Raymond stood in the stands, staring at the fully armed lords of hell.

The Gates of Hell were once the anchor point of the Hell dimension, and it is also the place most likely to be reopened.

Raymond knew what they wanted.

“Lyle.” Raymond didn’t move as the black sludge spread from Lyle’s body. The holy light told him that it was Lyle’s power, a hidden power.

"The power of the abyss." Darker than darkness, more unclean than impurity. Raymond had encountered this power before during his long campaigns. But back then, it felt incredibly weak, like a dying tree uprooted, its power to intimidate the Holy Light far less potent than scorching dragonfire. That twisted life force was a pulpy mess, a being beyond the ultimate.

"If I remember correctly, the power of the abyss was dealt with by the Purifier Legion of Galaron."

If he were alive, Raymond would have destroyed this evil force immediately. But after his death, the Crusader leader's trial was much more lenient, and Raymond firmly believed in the purity of the Pure, just as he believed in his own strength.

The power of the holy light blazed fiercely once more, like a rising sun.

"I promised to protect him. Anyone who stands in my way shall die, demon."

"Hoo!" "Hoo!" "Hoo!"

Facing the blazing light was the roar of the Lord of Hell and his demonic, hideous face.

In the midst of this standoff, a clear, cold voice echoed in everyone's ears.

“Mother, Hell Dimension Six has vanished…” Ferma Black Abyss’s handsome face was filled with sorrow. “There wasn’t a single trace of Hellish power…not even a single rock remained…”

The demons have lost the ability to reopen the gates of hell.

But in the next instant, the black portal with red rings reappeared, as if proclaiming how worthless the demon's magic was. The Gates of Hell trembled and spat out a thin figure.

"Kill him!!!"

"You're asking for it!!!"

The hellfire and the holy light spear collided instantly, and the shockwave from the explosion ripped off the hood of the boy lying on the ground.

That was Lyle, his eyes closed as if he were asleep.

"Femma! Seize the boy!" Pomfrey had regained her composure after the madness of losing her son. She had lost her next generation, but she could not afford to lose the entire Black Abyss Clan.

This is the ruler's rationality; her emotions have already cost her dearly. Now, the demons need to take Lyle hostage to appease Lord Raymondos's anger.

Raymond shattered the defenses erected by the Hell Lord in an instant, and pursued the fleeing demon girl with the force of thunder.

They're very close. The moment Ferma's claws touch Lyle, Raymond's lightsaber will be able to sever her head.

However, Ferma was blocked.

Beyond the portal, a hand adorned with magic runes and obsidian fragments seized her outstretched hand as Lyle reached out.
