Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

At this moment, the entire arena was like a giant steamer, with the temperature soaring wildly. Even the spectators outside the energy barrier felt the unbearable heat.

It's hard to imagine how terrifying the temperature must be for Sylveon, which is underground, to be, even more so than if it were immersed in lava.

Instead of doing what most trainers do and breathing fire at the hole left by Sylveon, Kibana wisely chose to cover the entire field.

Even so, Kibana was confident that Turtlemon's flames would force Sylveon out.

call--

After a while, the flames spewed by the Blazing Turtle finally stopped, and the entire ground was now completely red.

It is certain that Sylveon can now feel the burning pain from the ground even when it is just standing on the field.

just.

"So patient?"

Qibana looked at Xia Yan with some surprise.

Xia Yan was enveloped by a thin layer of superpower. He not only did not feel the intense heat from the Blazing Turtle Beast, but even wore a calm and nonchalant smile.

In response to the gaze that Qibana cast at him, Xia Yan returned a smile that Qibana found somewhat incomprehensible.

Don't know why.

Despite the seemingly warm smile, Chibana felt a little uneasy.

Even with the current temperature inside the venue, he inexplicably felt a bit uneasy.

I have a feeling that Xia Yan's Sylveon hasn't come out for so long, he must be plotting something.

but.

What are they planning?

Can't figure it out.

If I can't figure it out, then I'll stop thinking about it!

Xia Yan, the "tactical mastermind," has a variety of tactics. Don't try to figure them out; just stick to your own tactics. Otherwise, you'll unknowingly fall into Xia Yan's rhythm and end up getting crushed.

"Since you're not coming out..."

Cibana gripped his phone tightly.

With a wave of his hand.

"Blazing Turtle Beast, again, hatch!"

It's never wrong to improve yourself.

Click!

With a roar from the Blazing Turtle Beast, the armor on its back thudded once more.

The aura of the Blazing Turtle Beast was greatly enhanced once again.

The intense heat of the flames rising from its body seemed to momentarily distort the surrounding air.

After Blazing Turtlemon used "Shell Burst" again, Kibana couldn't help but look at Xia Yan once more.

But then they discovered...

Xia Yan still didn't make any move.

Sylveon has also yet to be seen.

Ok?

this time.

Not only Chibana, but the entire audience and viewers watching the live stream all had question marks on their faces.

What exactly is Xia Yan Champion trying to do?

Are we just going to let Blazemon get stronger like this?

If it were to "hatch" again, even if it only scorched the earth, Sylveon wouldn't be able to withstand it.

But at that moment...

Wisps of pink mist drifted out from the hole where Sylveon had just disappeared.

In the blink of an eye, the thin pink mist enveloped the entire venue.

A misty area?

Kibana took a deep breath, his eyes suddenly turning serious, and said in a deep voice, "Blazing Turtle Beast, again!"

Hatching!

Amidst the Blazing Turtle Beast's renewed roar, the blessing brought by its third and final "shell-breaking" slowly manifested itself.

just.

Qibana glanced at Xia Yan again, almost unintentionally.

Upon closer inspection, Xia Yan's smile widened even further.

He was actually happier seeing Turtlemon's power-up?

Suddenly.

A sudden chill ran through Cibana's heart, and a very bad thought flashed through his mind.

No, no way...

bang——

Just after Turtonator successfully used its third "Breakout" ability, movement finally occurred from beneath the ground, and Sylveon burst out of the earth.

Instead of using this opportunity to attack the Blazing Turtle Beast, it created enough distance between itself and the Beast.

"Buyi—"

Sylveon let out a long breath and shook its body to shake off all the clay stuck to it.

The scorching ground caused by the Blazing Turtle Beast had indeed put considerable pressure on it.

Fortunately, though.

It drilled deep enough.

Sylveon quickly looked at the fur on its body.

When he saw that the hair on his back was slightly curled, his mouth immediately watered.

Bad guy!

However, what this "bad guy" is about to do next may be even "bad".

Having somewhat guessed what Xia Yan was up to, Kibana immediately commanded upon seeing Sylveon appear, "Turtonator, Flamethrower!"

"Self-suggestion".

At the same time, Xia Yan's calm voice rang out.

really!

Cibana's heart sank again.

This relentless strengthening has truly put him to work for Xia Yan.

"Buyi!!"

Bring it to you!

In a short time.

Through the power of "self-suggestion," Sylveon sensed an extremely terrifying power surging continuously from its body as it hypnotized and suggested itself.

That overwhelming power even made Sylveon a little bit self-absorbed.

Of course.

"Self-suggestion" allowed Sylveon to gain the terrifying boost from Turtonator's three "shell hatches," but the negative effects of "shell hatching" were also "copied."

still have a chance!

Cibana clenched his fist.

Although Sylveon also gained great power, it was still vulnerable to being hit by Turtonator's "Flame Blast".

With its current power boost, and the weakening of Sylveon's physical and special defense, it has a real chance to KO it in one hit!

Once you defeat Sylveon in a second, that heart-pounding feeling will disappear.

just.

Even Qibana has realized it, so how could Xia Yan not be prepared for this?

Xia Yan chuckled softly and said, "Sylveon, take the baton."

"Buyi!"

Sylveon glared fiercely at Turtonator, the "bad guy" that made its fur curl up.

Hmph! I'll have my sisters teach you a lesson!

Just before the extremely powerful "Explosive Flame" was about to hit Sylveon, Sylveon transformed into a white light and quickly returned to Xia Yan's Poké Ball.

boom!!!

The blazing flames exploded right in front of Xia Yan.

The immense impact and explosive force blasted a large hole in the ground in front of Xia Yan.

Some small fragments of tile were evaporated and vaporized into wisps of murky mist under this terrifying temperature.

Oops!

Cibana cursed inwardly.

Other viewers might not have noticed Sylveon's actions, but Zibana did.

With its current maxed-out Speed Boost, Turtlemon should be able to unleash its moves very quickly.

But there is no way.
