Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

"Forget it." Xia Yan shook his head. Since they had run into each other, there was no escaping once they entered the Snow Peak Temple.

talking.

He put away Volcarona and Ninetales, and took out another Poké Ball.

"Xia, Xia Yan-sensei, you're Xia Yan-sensei, right? The Xia Yan-sensei my father mentioned to me, the Xia Yan-sensei who resolved the Hoenn disaster?"

at last.

The young lady found an opportunity to strike up a conversation with Xia Yan.

She finally remembered who Xia Yan was.

"Hmm? Did Dr. Bellitz mention me to you?" Xia Yan was slightly surprised.

Mr. Zvoich's movements are a bit too fast.

"Mmm." The young lady nodded repeatedly, looking at Xia Yan with a hint of hope. She was about to say something when Xia Yan interrupted her with a smile.

"In that case, let's all come together."

"Huh?"

Before the young lady could react, Xia Yan threw out a Poké Ball.

Roar--!

A powerful, imposing, and awe-inspiring black fire-breathing dragon appeared before Xia Yan.

The dark, inky scales stood out starkly against the snow-covered Xuefeng City.

Unlike Nine-Tailed Fox's gentle and calm aura, Charizard makes no attempt to conceal its imposing presence.

Upon seeing the ferocious Charizard, Xiaosong and A-Li immediately paused in their breathing.

The young lady's eyes narrowed, revealing a look of fear.

Xia Yan leaped onto the Charizard's back and reached out his hand to the young lady.

"Don't worry, it's very well-behaved."

call--

Charizard turned its head away irritably and spewed two streams of scorching white mist from its nostrils.

good?

Prantina looked at the Charizard and blinked her eyes in a cute, blank expression.

"We can talk about it on the way."

Upon hearing this, the young lady finally nodded, trembling as she grasped Xia Yan's hand and climbed onto the back of the black fire-breathing dragon.

As her palm touched the Charizard's hard, jagged scales and felt their warmth, Plantina involuntarily shrank closer to Xia Yan.

"Xiao Song, Ah Li, we'll go ahead first."

talking.

A strong wind howled, and the Charizard flapped its huge wings, shaking off a lot of the snow on the houses. It immediately increased its speed to the maximum and flew towards the battle pyramid of the Age of Gods.

Watching the black fire-breathing dragon rapidly disappear into the distance, Xiao Song and Ah Li exchanged a glance.

Xiao Song murmured, "I'm afraid... Teacher Xia Yan really did hold back in the dojo match just now?"

Although the previous Volcano was very strong.

However, compared to the shiny Charizard that just appeared, its aura was still much weaker.

"You... just had a gym battle with a trainer like that?" Ali swallowed hard, looking at Xiaosong in disbelief.

Xiao Song smiled sheepishly, "You might not believe it, but I gained a lot of inspiration from Teacher Xia Yan."

“Teacher Xia Yan…” Ali murmured, looking down, but quickly raised his head again, full of enthusiasm, “With such a top-notch trainer helping us, Team Galactic’s operation this time will definitely fail, right?!”

"Has what Mr. Donggua mentioned already arrived?" Xiaosong asked, somewhat surprised.

Ah Li nodded.

"Didn't the young lady just come here? She wanted to say hello to you and prepare to go to Wise Lake."

"So now..."

Xiao Song looked up in the direction where Xia Yan and Prandina had left.

"However, if we can get help from Professor Xia Yan and Mr. Jinshiro, we probably won't have to worry about Team Galactic causing trouble at Lake Wisdom, right?" Xiao Song muttered to herself.

That makes sense!

Ah Li agreed with what she said.

"Then let's hurry over there!"

With that, the two summoned their spirits and headed towards the Battle Pyramid.

...

...

"I see. Team Galactic has prepared a terrifying Galactic Bomb to detonate one of the three lakes: Lake of Wisdom, Lake of Ambition, and Lake of Unity. And Dr. Bellizzi wants you, Diamond, and Pal to go to Lake of Wisdom, Lake of Unity, and Lake of Ambition respectively?"

On the back of the Charizard, Xia Yan listened to Miss Plantina's story and nodded.

"Hmm!" The young lady pursed her lips and looked at Xia Yan. "My father told me some things about you, Teacher Xia Yan, so... so I hope you can stop Team Galactic! They... are all a bunch of lunatics!"

“Okay.” Xia Yan did not refuse. He still needed the help of the Bellritz family. “However, we need to find an assistant.”

"A helper? That Mr. Kamishiro who fought the pyramids?"

The fire-breathing dragon swooped down, looking at the pyramid on the ground and a luxurious airship she had never seen before not far from the battle pyramid.

Xia Yan smiled but didn't reply.

He simply pressed down on the hat and reminded her:

"Hurry up."

Prantina quickly grabbed Xia Yan's clothes.

Charizard is incredibly fast, and it doesn't care about the person sitting on its back when it falls.

Compared to Latios's gentleness, it appears to be much more volatile.

Fortunately, Xia Yan was already used to this way of flying.

If Super Rayquaza's "finishing touch" is like a roller coaster, then Charizard is at best a bumper car.

But for Lady Plantina, it wasn't a good experience either.

fortunately.

The Charizard landed quickly.

They arrived much earlier than Shinji and the others, who were the first to leave.

Looking at the enormous pyramid, Prantina couldn't help but open her mouth.

Kaka-

As the two approached, the gaps in the pyramid opened, and the gate opened automatically.

from.

Two people walked out.

The middle-aged man dressed in a green military uniform with a serious expression is Kamishiro, the leader of the battle against the pyramids, while the other is his assistant and student.

"Teacher Xia Yan?" Kamishiro asked tentatively, looking at Xia Yan who had appeared at the door.

“Mr. Kamishiro, just call me Xia Yan,” Xia Yan said politely.

Kamishiro nodded slightly, his expression softening considerably.

Although in terms of seniority, Xia Yan is much younger than Shen Dai.

However, based on the strength that Natsuhiko demonstrated in the Kanto and Hoenn incidents, he absolutely deserves the respect of the Age of Gods.

Moreover, Xia Yan's contributions saved countless lives, and he is equally worthy of the respect of the gods.

“Okay. Professor Oak and Mr. Zuvki Hibiscus told me about you and Steven. I also think that the Snow Peak Temple in Sinnoh might be able to help Steven. It just so happens that I also needed to come to Sinnoh, so I came at the right time.”

It seems.

Devon Company has a lot of influence and a wide network of connections.

The battle frontier to which Shindai belongs is theoretically under the jurisdiction of the Kanto Alliance. I never expected that the old man could still invite someone like this.

Prantina silently followed Xia Yan, watching Xia Yan and Jinshiro exchange words with normal expressions.

Although she initially mistook the Battle Pyramid of the Age of Gods for a spaceship of Team Galactic, it didn't mean she didn't understand the meaning and identity of the Battle Frontier and its leader.

This is comparable to the Four Heavenly Kings to some extent.

In fact, Professor Xia Yan communicated with the other party as an equal?

and......

The Pyramid Leader Shindai even showed respect to Professor Xia Yan?

This made Plantina even more curious.

Who exactly is this person, Teacher Xia Yan, whom her father brought up on his own initiative?

With such strength, why would you challenge a dojo?

After Xia Yan and Prantina had been there for some time.

Shinji, Satoshi, and the others arrived late.

"They're all familiar faces."

Shindai greeted Ash and the others who were looking excited.

"Mr. Jindai!"

Ash and his friends first greeted Shiro.

"Hey? Professor Xia Yan, how did you get here so fast?"
