One Piece: Enhanced Supreme Grade Sword

Akainu, whose attention was originally focused on Kizaru, glanced at Aokiji on the sofa and discovered that the other was actually strengthening his eyepatch.

A power-up stone worth tens of millions of Berries was used by Aokiji to enhance his eyepatch?

Akainu's eyes showed a hint of displeasure, but he then stopped paying attention. Those were his enhancement stones, and it was his right to allocate and use them as he pleased.

He sneered inwardly, "The enhancement stone is so precious, yet he uses it to enhance his eye mask. Sleeping is his only hobby."

"I wouldn't use enhancement stones to enhance something useless; it's such a waste!"

He then stopped paying attention to Aokiji and focused his attention on Kizaru. He was more concerned about the creation of the +13 weapon than the enhanced eyepatch.

Sengoku, of course, witnessed this scene as well; the sudden light illuminating the room did not escape the notice of the others present. "That Kuzan guy..."

That was the end of the conversation; no further words were spoken.

At this moment, the Ama-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi in Kizaru's hand had been upgraded to +10.

Everyone's nerves began to tighten, and they blinked much less frequently.

Just now.

Aokiji's voice suddenly rang out, "Ara ara... What an unexpected enhancement stone! I didn't expect it to have this kind of effect."

"Hill is truly a genius!!"

His tone, tinged with considerable surprise, drew everyone's attention.

They all looked towards Aokiji.

At this moment, Aokiji had already put the eye patch on his eyes, which made everyone even more curious, and even Kizaru stopped his strengthening actions.

Lieutenant General Tsuru asked with some curiosity, "Kuzan, is there any new discovery?"

It seemed to be quite a discovery, and everyone's curiosity was piqued by Aokiji's reaction.

Aokiji reached out and lifted a corner of his blindfold. His lazy expression changed slightly, becoming somewhat serious, and even showing a hint of surprise.

"Oh my... I just tried reinforcing the eyepatch with a strengthening stone, and the result was unexpected..."

When these words were spoken, everyone's curiosity was piqued, and they eagerly awaited Aokiji's next sentence.

"Then, I tried wearing them on my glasses and found that they actually had a calming and calming effect, so I tried using my Observation Haki."

"I've discovered that my Observation Haki has actually increased by a little."

When he recounted the changes in the blindfold in detail, it was as if a bomb had been dropped into a calm lake.

boom!!!

"What?! It can amplify Observation Haki?!" Sengoku's expression changed, as if he had returned to the day he first experienced the wonder of the enhancement stone.

Even Akainu, who had previously paid no attention, showed a look of shock. His eyes, hidden beneath his military cap, were fixed on Aokiji's eyepatch, and he asked in a more serious tone, "Are you telling the truth? The eyepatch can amplify Observation Haki after being reinforced with the enhancement stone?"

Observation Haki is an extremely powerful ability with many functions, such as sensing attacks, predicting the opponent's next move, sensing the strength of living beings, sensing the emotions and thoughts of living beings, and sensing the position and number of objects outside the field of vision.

It greatly enhances the five senses!

Can someone who doesn't possess Observation Haki be considered strong? Of course not!

"Absolutely true!"

Their only reply was four words, and Aokiji's expression became somewhat serious.

Everyone was utterly shocked!

Vice Admiral Tsuru, his face etched with wrinkles and the marks of time, smiled. "That's great! With enhanced Observation Haki, we can detect speeds much faster, allowing us to predict attacks more quickly, and even..."

"It's not impossible to reach the point of predicting the future, after all, the current eye mask is only enhanced once!"

A stone stirred up a thousand waves.

I'll never rest until I say something shocking!

Upon hearing these words, the people present instantly felt their blood rush to their heads, and their hearts surged with excitement.

A burning light flashed in Akainu's eyes, and he said somewhat urgently, "Kuzan, then you should hurry up and upgrade your eyepatch to level 12 and see."

How much does a +12 eye patch amplify Observation Haki?

Is it possible to make Observation Haki reach the level of "predicting the future" as mentioned by Vice Admiral Tsuru?

He was somewhat excited and filled with strong anticipation.

"What a terrifying enhancement stone! It can actually amplify Observation Haki in my eye patch. I never expected that!" Kizaru exclaimed in astonishment, his face long.

It truly shocked him.

At the same time, a thought arose in his mind: since the enhancement stone can strengthen the eye patch, it has the effect of amplifying Observation Haki.

Why not try upgrading your sunglasses?

Chapter 68 Observation Haki: Precognition

Kizaru held the Ame-no-Murakumo sword in one hand and stroked his unshaven face with the other, deep in thought, a lewd and cheeky smile playing on his lips.

Let's see the results of the Kuzan reinforced eye mask before making a decision!

With a bright smile on his face, Fleet Admiral Sengoku said, "Kuzan, give it a try and see how much your Observation Haki can be amplified by a +12 eyepatch."

Unexpectedly, Kuzan stumbled upon such a delightful discovery.

Aokiji abandoned his lazy and nonchalant expression, stood up from the sofa, removed his blindfold, walked to the cart, and picked up the enhancement stone inside.

"Then let's begin the enhancement."

As he spoke, he began to reinforce the eye patch with strengthening stones, which surprised him greatly.

After being enhanced, the eye patch actually had the effect of amplifying Observation Haki, something he had never expected.

Out of interest, I chose the reinforced eye mask.

I just want to see if the reinforced eye mask will be more comfortable to wear, or if it will become harder, making the eye mask less effective than before.

The result, however, took him by surprise.

One by one, the strengthening stones were applied to the eye patch, witnessed by everyone.

This green sleep-aiding eye mask has also been upgraded to level 12.

"Ara ara... I'll try out this +12 eye patch first." Aokiji put it on his eyes, feeling a cool sensation under his eyes.

It relieves eye fatigue and feels very refreshing.

Moreover, after putting on the blindfold, Aokiji felt his mind become calmer and his brain was in a relaxed state.

The effect is much stronger than when it was enhanced once.

A faint smile unconsciously appeared on his lips, which would allow him to fall asleep more easily during the day and get a good night's sleep.

but.

Aokiji did not forget the important matter.

He immediately began to use Observation Haki, and the aura of everything around him appeared in his perception, although it could not present a picture as if he saw it with his own eyes.

It has vibrant colors.

But a three-dimensional image seemed to appear in his mind, and the faces of the people next to him also subconsciously formed in his mind.

Although Observation Haki cannot produce visual effects, Aokiji was extremely familiar with the other generals, so he subconsciously added familiar faces to the group.

(Therefore, it does not possess the ability to see people's faces or see through objects, so please do not have any evil thoughts. However, it has innate Observation Haki and the radio waves of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, which can probe people's thoughts.)

His Observation Haki spread outwards in all directions from his body, like an electric wave.

He had almost complete control over the entire Naval Headquarters.

Kuzan perceived all the various sounds.

After a while.

He lifted the eye mask and couldn't help but yawn with his mouth wide open. "Ah, that almost made me fall asleep. I'm sure it will be very comfortable to sleep with this eye mask on from now on."

After yawning, he got down to business, "Based on the experiment just now, the range of my Observation Haki has increased by about 20%, and the precision of my perception has also improved significantly. Other aspects need to be tested in combat, but..."

"It can indeed have a good amplification effect on Observation Haki."

His face showed signs of drowsiness; the feeling he had just experienced made him want to sleep so badly.

"Great! Great!! A weapon that amplifies Armament Haki combined with an eye patch that amplifies Observation Haki is a perfect match!" Sengoku exclaimed, expressing his heartfelt approval.

The fact that the Marine Admiral possessed even stronger Observation Haki and Armament Haki gave him greater confidence in eliminating the Whitebeard Pirates.

He's so happy!

Vice Admiral Tsuru, a smile playing on his lips, asked with a glint of wisdom in his eyes, "Kuzan, has your Observation Haki reached the level of predicting the future?"

The question immediately silenced everyone.

The office immediately fell silent.

Aokiji put down his hand that was rubbing his eyes. "Ah, you mean predicting the future? It seems like it's possible, but it also seems like it's not."

"Hmm...it seems to work sometimes and not at all."

He couldn't help but stretch, perking himself up a bit, and continued, "If I sleep a little longer, I should be able to reach the threshold of predicting the future."

After saying that, he walked back to the sofa, propped up his tilted head with his hand, his eyelids drooping, looking listless and sleepy.

Sengoku and Tsuru exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with surprise.

It can enable Observation Haki to the point of predicting the future!

Vice Admiral Tsuru quickly calmed down. "The +12 eye patch allows Kuzan's Observation Haki to the point of predicting the future. It is also thanks to the strength of Kuzan's Observation Haki that it is difficult for others to achieve this effect."

His timely words poured cold water on the excited crowd.

The strength of Observation Haki varies from person to person; some are strong, some are weak, and naturally, the amplification effect also varies in strength.

Sengoku nodded. "That's right. This is only suitable for a navy with strong Observation Haki. Otherwise, the value of 120 million Berries cannot be fully realized."

This thing is only suitable for the strong. In any world, it is the law of survival of the fittest.

Not suitable for promotion.

However, it still made him extremely happy. The combat power of the naval admirals would be even stronger, which was something he was pleased to see.
