Marvel's Death Merchant

Dr. Marcus looked at Red Skull with disdain. Although he was an excellent commander and more intelligent than many superheroes, he unfortunately lacked the ability to strategically choose his targets. Red Skull's actions undoubtedly led to the complete annihilation of the Umbrella Corporation, which was why he had gathered so much power.
"So what should we do?" Red Skull asked again. He didn't want to die anymore, especially since being captured by the Umbrella Corporation would definitely not end well.
“There’s only one way left. We’ve lost almost everything. Apart from the Winter Soldier that S.H.I.E.L.D. has kept hidden, none of our bioweapons are a match for those superheroes.” Marcus looked up at Red Skull and said coldly, as if he had lost all emotion.
"As long as we can kill those people, we don't care if we destroy everything in sight." Red Skull also understood one thing: if they didn't fight back, everything they had worked so hard to build would be gone.
"Well then, my request is simple, Red Skull. Release all the missiles at the Hydra base. Missiles carrying the T virus and a special rabies virus could easily destroy the entire world. This isn't something that can be handled like the problems in Tokyo or Russia." Marcus knew they were shocked, so he calmly explained that he understood the current situation, and that using this tactic was a last resort.
Red Skull hadn't expected him to say that. Because the full-blown biohazard outbreak could potentially affect them as well, and Umbrella Corporation's hidden strength hadn't been revealed—they didn't want to do that. However, in the most dangerous moment, they were also helpless.
"So, will this affect our Hydra organization? You know what happened in Tokyo. I wonder if Dr. Marcus can control those zombies?" Red Skull asked Marcus, wanting to know if Marcus was confident he could do it.
“There are too many of those things; I can’t guarantee we can handle it. But do we have a choice? We have no way out,” Marcus said harshly to them. He had originally planned to take it slow, like boiling a frog in lukewarm water. But it seemed someone didn’t want to give them that chance.
"Sir, the outer defenses have been hit. Umbrella Corporation has deployed the Tyrant biological weapon, a combination of mechanical and biological technologies." Baron Sitorek, checking the screen, suddenly spoke to Red Skull and Marcus, who were discussing the matter.
"Damn it, are any Avengers or Watchmen involved? Pull up the video, I need to see it," Red Skull hurriedly ordered Baron Sitor. He had only seen one horrifying thing.
On the screen, countless armored Tyrants wielded massive Gauss Gatling guns, turning hundreds of Hydra soldiers into sieves in less than a second. Hydra's own weaponry was equally formidable; their concentrated energy weapons also obliterated dozens of Tyrants. Hydra's Los Angeles base housed over five thousand soldiers. Umbrella Corporation deployed ten thousand mercenaries, including three hundred operational Hydra armored Tyrants.
Umbrella Corporation's early bioweapons included Lickers, Hunters, Tyrants, and Trackers. Now, only the Tyrant remains, and they've developed multiple super Tyrant systems. While Umbrella Corporation appears to have suffered heavy losses under Hydra's attack, the reality is quite different. Tang Tian has stored 200,000 Tyrants and over 500,000 various robots in the main Marvel universe. He hasn't even seen the other dimensional colonies, so the situation is likely far more dangerous.
"Hmph, so Umbrella Corporation has finally made its move? I knew they were hiding a lot of strength, and this time they wanted to take us all out at once." Marcus said angrily when he saw these mech tyrants. He finally understood why Tang Tian's troops had been holding back.
“Yes! I didn’t expect it either. It was all a scam. Luckily, we still have a chance, or we would be completely finished.” Red Skull was equally furious. As the controller of Hydra’s power, he had never expected Umbrella to take such an action.
"Sir, that's not all. At multiple Hydra bases, a group of superheroes, along with Umbrella mercenaries, have detonated explosives at most of our bases." Baron Sitorek pointed to the explosions on the screen that looked like fireworks and said helplessly.
Hydra was originally a sprawling network, like stars in the sky, but many of its bases were destroyed. This crisis for Hydra was unavoidable; a full-scale war was the only option. There was no possibility of reconciliation between them and superheroes or the Umbrella Corporation. A mission to destroy Hydra had officially begun.
Chapter 539 Justice League Strikes
The deteriorating situation is not so easily stopped. Hydra possesses a vast array of biological weapons, but Umbrella Corporation's weapons make them far more dangerous. Even the Tracker, infused with the rabies virus, is no match for the Jaeger Tyrant.
"Activate the self-destruct device, release all biological weapons, long live Hydra!" A top officer of a Hydra branch base, looking at the gate that Gauss had automatically smashed open and the mercenaries pouring in, showed no fear and carried out the operation methodically.
"Surrender, or die." The Umbrella Corporation mercenary, the squad leader wearing a gas mask, coldly said to the Hydra soldiers.
"Boom boom boom!!!" All that awaited the Umbrella Corporation were streaks of light speed and the squad leader who was reduced to ashes.
"Deploy the Mech Tyrant, use the Variant Tyrant, and wipe out those guys." Qi Lian'an, the Extremis warrior, saw the Hydra soldiers attacking directly and showed no mercy, immediately deploying advanced biological weapons.
“Yes, sir. But should we launch an attack? Hydra has a grudge against us.” Chris said angrily to Qilian, implying that he wanted to attack along with the biological weapons.
“I don’t think you need to go. The company has a lot of biological weapons. You’re already very fortunate to have made such a significant contribution to the company,” Qi Lian’an said earnestly to Chris and Leon. These former protagonists of Resident Evil had made very high contributions to Umbrella Corporation.
“It doesn’t matter. Most of us are Newtypes, possessing telekinesis or other powers,” Chris said, also declining the offer. He was eager to deal with Hydra.
"Alright, you can go! Mech Tyrant and Mutant Tyrant will send ten to protect you." Seeing Chris say this, Qi Lian'an had no choice but to let them go.
"Thank you, sir." Chris was secretly pleased, and then, along with Leon, Alice, and Jill, began the Hydra massacre mission.
Meanwhile, as Hydra suffered increasing losses, Red Skull and Marcus could no longer remain passive. Their soldiers and biological weapons were no longer as effective as expected, and they were instead being pushed back by the attacks from Umbrella Corporation and the superheroes.
"Sir, Hydra, including its headquarters and global bases, originally numbered 508. Over 400 have already been lost, and the casualties continue to rise." Baron Sitchrek's inappropriate report only worsened their already somber mood.
"Isn't there any good news? No more news like this!" Red Skull slammed his fist on the table and roared angrily at Baron Sitor.
"I'm sorry, sir. There's no good news. Something even more dangerous has happened." Baron Sistrek's words made Red Skull feel like vomiting blood; he was speechless.
"What's going on? It's so dangerous." Red Skull asked Baron Sitork with murderous intent, but the latter ignored him and continued talking to them.
"The Justice League is getting close to us. If you and the Doctor leave now, it should be enough time," Baron Sistrek said calmly, though he was actually worried about the Justice League attacking.
Upon hearing this, Red Skull and Marcus simultaneously looked at each other, both showing surprise in each other's eyes. Although Red Skull had anticipated this outcome, he was still greatly surprised when it actually happened.
“Start using our hidden biological weapons. Let them hold the line while we get out of here. What do you think, Dr. Marcus?” Red Skull said obsequiously to Marcus.
"Things have come to this point, we need to prepare as soon as possible. We have the most advanced aircraft, capable of achieving this effect. We just need to act quickly." Marcus thought for a moment, then instructed Red Skull to begin preparations; releasing the T-virus to various parts of the world was a very real possibility.
The Justice League's temporary assembly point in Manhattan, New York City.
Superman Clark watched as Umbrella Corporation opened the underground tunnels of Hydra's headquarters. He prepared to order his members to begin operations. The Avengers were already wreaking havoc elsewhere within Hydra, and Hydra's branch bases had been nearly destroyed by various factions. But they all knew that the real war was about to begin.
"Mars Manhunter, Flash, Green Lantern. Those soldiers at the door are yours." Superman, as the leader, gave orders to his team.
"Ok."
"No problem, I understand."
"Understood, no problem." The three answered in unison; the Justice League's teamwork was far better than that of the Avengers.
"Green Arrow, you're in charge of preventing ambushes. Batman, you can use high-tech to eliminate those Hydra soldiers." Superman then assigned tasks to the remaining men and finished speaking to them.
"Alright, Justice League, move out!" Superman said, then took to the air, quickly passing Umbrella's mercenaries. The super heat rays from his eyes easily melted the nuclear-proof gate inside Hydra.
"The Flash, let's see who's faster." Embodying green energy and wearing a mask resembling Hawkeye's, Green Lantern used his telekinetic abilities to create a snake, which quickly advanced inside.
"Tch, Green Lantern. I'm the fastest." Wearing a red bodysuit, a mask similar to Captain America's, and golden lightning bolts adorning his uniform, the Flash looked at the Green Lantern with disdain and began to run rapidly, his speed increasing rapidly, accompanied by streaks of lightning. Protected by the Speed Force, the Flash remained completely unharmed.
"Hmph, bang bang bang!!!" Green Lantern had just entered when his mouth dropped open in complete disbelief. Just as he stepped inside, the entire Hydra organization was knocked to the ground. The Flash casually raised his coffee, gesturing to Green Lantern.
"Watch out." At that moment, Green Lantern saw several Hydra soldiers emerge behind him, already raising their energy guns.
"Whoosh whoosh whoosh..." Suddenly, several green arrows pierced through those guys. Green Arrow, who was slowly walking over, didn't even look at the two of them and continued forward.
“Hey, man. We can’t lose to him, right?” Green Lantern turned to look at Flash, their expressions almost identical.
"I think you're right, we absolutely cannot lose to him. Let's get started! Don't you agree?" The Flash knew there was no time for idle chatter, so he officially began his operation.
"This is really interesting. It seems the Justice League has its rivals too." Batman didn't say anything, continuing to take down Hydra soldiers who appeared from all directions with his gun.
"Energy? That's a bit weaker than the sun." Superman moved quickly and soon reached the outer defenses of Hydra. Countless trackers wielding energy weapons began their indiscriminate attack.
Chapter 540 Devastating Victory
"Boom boom boom!!!..." Countless beams of light completely enveloped Superman the moment he entered.
However, Superman isn't from Earth; he's a Kryptonian. Basically, there's no way to deal with anything other than radioactive elements like Kryptonite. After Superman became the golden Superman, his power changed dramatically; blowing out the sun or eating Kryptonite wouldn't be a problem at all.
"Terrorist organization, Hydra. Eliminate them all. We can't let the biohazard affect her." Some of the enhanced trackers attacked with weapons, while others lifted huge rocks and threw them at Superman.
Superman showed no fear whatsoever; even adamantium might not be able to injure his body. So neither rocks, laser beams, nor even the onrushing Lickers or Hunters could make Superman take a single step back.
"Return to nothingness!" Superman's eyes gleamed with increasing energy, his gaze fixed on the Hydra members. He rapidly began slicing through them, destroying everything within his attack range.
"Boom boom boom..." The energy battery behind the tracker also exploded violently after being hit by the laser.
"Guys, keep going. We can't kill anyone, but this terrorist organization is no problem." Superman Clark's direct order surprised the superheroes; they hadn't expected Clark to go on a killing spree.
"That method is fine. However, I don't like it that way. Knocking them out is enough." The Flash was relatively kind; he knocked out the Hydra soldiers when he attacked. Although he didn't kill them outright, Umbrella's mercenaries were no joke, and they were all finished off by Umbrella.
Marcus and Red Skull sensed increasing danger and prepared to leave. They planned to head to Antarctica, Hydra's last secret base and the central control area for all its biological and chemical missiles, possessing devastating missiles.
"The Taskmaster is also at the Antarctic base. Our last Hydra soldiers are still here, and we have all the weapons we need to fight back." Red Skull grinned excitedly. Their strength had vanished in the main areas, but that didn't mean they had completely lost all their power.
“Of course, Red Skull. You’re not the only one hiding your strength; many of my super bioweapons are also there.” Marcus smiled as well, the cunning old fox who had captured Bullseye and Kingpin were also connected to him.
Finally, Marcus's secret weapon was revealed—a highly dangerous weapon, and in massive quantities. Over a decade of dedicated effort had resulted in hundreds of thousands of these new bio-weapons. Unlike the rudimentary bio-weapons of that region, these were bio-weapons implanted with parasites and radiation. Besides their different attack methods, they also possessed some of the transplanted mutant abilities.
“They’ve come in. I have one last order. Dr. Marcus, you should leave now!” Red Skull said to his partner. He knew that he and Marcus could only continue to cooperate. Without Hydra, he was like a stray dog.
The situation in the main Marvel universe is extremely unfavorable for Red Skull. Those infamous Marvel villains have become Tang Tian's subordinates, and Tang Tian has also turned them into superheroes, so Red Skull doesn't have enough power to resist their attacks.
"Okay, I understand. Red Skull, go now! I'll be waiting for you at the Antarctic base." Marcus said and left immediately, knowing that staying would mean certain death at the hands of the Justice League superheroes.
After Red Skull watched Marcus lead a group of Hydra soldiers away in a supersonic fighter jet, he turned and spoke into his communicator to all the Hydra soldiers: "Hydra is about to be destroyed. Our resistance against the superheroes was initially successful, but our opponent is simply too powerful."
Red Skull paused, then continued speaking to his men: "Hydra was founded for the Valkyrie, and we are all their subordinates. Long live Hydra! Let's show them the might of Hydra with our strength."
"Long live Hydra! Long live Hydra!" At that moment, all the Hydra soldiers in the midst of the battle raised their hands and shouted fervently.
"Baron, let's leave! We'll leave this place to them and head to Hydra's last base," Red Skull said with a sneer to Baron Sitor. Those brainwashed guys would definitely do everything in their power to defend him.
“Yes, sir,” Baron Sitor said respectfully, taking one last look at the Hydra base before boarding the last supersonic fighter jet with Red Skull.
"A self-destruct device. It's not just Umbrella Corporation that can use it; a dozen or so proton annihilation bombs in the base should be enough." Red Skull pressed the detonator, watching the numbers on it decrease little by little, and he revealed a cold smile.
"Green Arrow, what you got is really amazing." Batman, who was behind him, was quite surprised to see Green Arrow easily take down some enemies using psionic energy.
Green Arrow was originally a superhero like himself, possessing only strength, not power. It was only that he obtained the cultivation method for the psionic energy of the gods and discovered the remains of the insectoid race. He didn't know that it was a clash between mythology and science hundreds of years ago. After that battle, the Celestials lost over ninety percent of their power, while the gods and insectoids in interstellar space were nearly wiped out—both sides suffered devastating losses.
"Not bad, Batman. We must destroy this Hydra base this time. The biohazard crisis is not good news for us." Green Arrow sighed to Batman. The more they fought against those bioweapons and soldiers, the more dangerous it became for Hydra. If Martian Manhunter hadn't discovered all the bases, they might not have needed to continue the attack.
"Yeah, I think so too. Hydra is far too dangerous, much worse than Umbrella Corporation," Batman thought, frowning.
He was the chairman of Wayne Industries, and only he knew the true nature of Umbrella Corporation. He understood that Umbrella Corporation was actually quite similar to Hydra, except that Umbrella was better at hiding its true intentions, and everyone had been deceived by them.
"Humans? They really are greedy creatures. Martians are better; apart from my brother, they are all peace-loving." Martian Manhunter's image is somewhat similar to Piccolo Daimaō from Dragon Ball, but he is actually kind-hearted and has made significant contributions as a new member of the Justice League.
"However, I feel that there are more peace-loving people than not, aren't there?" Green Lantern used his imagination to create the Iron Man suit and then fought fiercely with Hydra.
Chapter 541 The Avengers Assemble
While the Justice League was attacking Hydra's headquarters, the Avengers also began their own operation, this time with the sole aim of destroying Hydra. The Avengers were in relatively good condition.
"Captain, give the orders!" Hawkeye looked at the one-eyed black man and then asked Captain America.
"We're all ready, click." Black Widow pulled out her pistol, the safety off, her fully prepared appearance inspiring the others.
"I don't care. I wonder how my brother is doing. His Watchmen organization should have already destroyed the other bases. What's the point of us discussing this here?" Iron Man curled his lip, quite dissatisfied with Captain America, because he discovered through contacting Tang Tian that Tang Tian had already led the Watchmen organization to wipe out most of the Hydra organization's bases.
On the other side, within the Watchmen organization, the robot Tang Tian commanded Magneto, Sandman, and Reverse-Flash to swiftly raze base after base. Tang Tian's Watchmen organization showed no mercy.
Iron Man could only see what was happening on the screen: countless metal objects flying around, sand and black spider webs appearing from time to time, dangerous electrical explosions, or bizarre pumpkin bombs.
Countless white mech tyrants unleashed wave after wave of firepower after each appearance of Hydra soldiers, frequently creating mushroom clouds.
Iron Man even saw countless strange plants on the ground being controlled by a beautiful woman. Countless Hydra soldiers were inexplicably wiped out, and Wesker, relying on his speed, also took down many Hydra soldiers.
The Watchers are actually far more powerful than the other two organizations; at the very least, they eliminate enemies without hesitation. That's what makes them truly different from the other organizations.
"Alright, Avengers, assemble." Captain America gestured for silence and began issuing orders.
"I'll lead the way and clear the path. Hawkeye will handle the flanks, and Black Widow will monitor the surrounding area. Banner, feel free to smash things; this is a Hydra base, so don't hold back. Iron Man, handle any potential threats. Alright, Spider-Man, your speed and senses are excellent," Captain America said simply to those around him.
"So, do I need to attack those Hydra guys?" Spider-Man asked, somewhat puzzled, clearly unsure of what he should do.
"You're in charge of the rescue, okay, that's all. Everyone, get moving. We can't lose to the Justice League and the Watchmen, let's go!" Captain America encouraged the group, then issued the latest orders.
"Is everyone alright now?" Captain America asked gently, looking at everyone's expressions.
