Otherworld Girl Development Guide

Who created Klopp?

It is us, the working people!

Everything belongs to the workers.

......

The bright red sun shines on the continent!

Every gentleman who thinks of the songs sung by factory workers in Shangqiu during their morning exercises feels a chill run down his spine; the lyrics make his blood stop flowing.

Congressman Hart sighed deeply. There was simply no way to deal with Shangqiu. They were utterly defeated in open competition, and as for underhanded tactics? The road to Shangqiu had been extended all the way to Krober, making it only a twenty-minute drive to their doorstep.

"...Don't try anything funny. Think about the four artificial lakes outside. You don't want your own home to become an artificial lake, do you?"

Some members of parliament fell silent, some gritted their teeth, and some breathed heavily...

They were furious. They had no power, but then they realized that even if they had power, they might not be able to win... In short, they were going crazy. However, they forgot how they got Mira.

In short, the lawmakers only have two paths to take.

One option is not to improve their treatment, and it's obvious that they will lose in this competition and even lose their underwear.

Another option is to learn from factories in Shangqiu, raise workers' wages, and make their benefits on par with those in Shangqiu... This would cause their profits to shrink dramatically, even to an unacceptable degree.

The biggest problem is that once implemented, even if the Shangqiu people leave in the future, they will still have to receive the same treatment. Otherwise, the workers at Krobel might end up following the Shangqiu people around...

Of course, they have a third option: sell their properties to the people of Shangqiu and then slink away to the Rebonian Empire or the Republic of Calva to live the life of gentlemen.

Look at the royal family of the Kingdom of Bel now; all their businesses are undergoing reforms, with the capable rising and the incompetent falling.

Among the administrators, only Queen Estée and Princess Corliss have management authority. The others only have the right to receive dividends, and even then, it's only a few hundred miras a month. If you want to live a better life, you have to work. If you don't work, don't expect the royal family to support you!

Queen Estée is now focusing her attention on the power network and physical industry. Princess Corliss also studied information technology in Shangqiu, making her a true professional.

The royal family gradually reformed the bloated institutions within the industry into a flatter structure, selling off some unnecessary assets and converting the cash flow into investments in necessary areas.

Time passed day by day.

After the rabbit's Spring Festival ended, the campaign to suppress the religious group also began.

Shangqiu Civil Airport, Guiding Airship Platform.

A guided airship slowly docked on the platform, and then a gangway rose up to connect to the airship.

Mayor Doyle appeared on the airship. Her granddaughter, Ellie, temporarily suspended her work in the support department and accompanied Doyle to Shangqiu.

"Grandfather, please walk slowly."

"Haha...I'm not that old yet."

Mayor Doyle laughed heartily. Recently, Mayor Doyle has been on a winning streak, with his approval rating rising steadily and firmly surpassing that of Councilor Hart!

The investment from Shangqiu residents has also significantly increased Krober's tax revenue. Previously, some members of parliament who didn't have to pay taxes were now forced to do so under pressure...

With money in hand, the Krobel government naturally wanted to spend it. Mayor Doyle, following the example of Shangqiu, started infrastructure projects, upgrading and renovating some long-neglected infrastructure.

There are also old urban areas that are too big to be managed, which are being demolished and rebuilt to build welfare housing.

"Welcome, Mayor Doyle!"

Based on the principle of diplomatic reciprocity, the mayor of Shangqiu stepped forward and shook hands with the mayor of Daer.

"This way, please. We have prepared a rest area for you."

After speaking, Mayor Doyle, led by staff, rode in a Hongqi sedan toward the integrated command center.

"The changes are too great..."

Ellie sat next to Mayor Doyle, looking out the window at the ever-changing streets. Compared to her last visit to Shangqiu, it had changed dramatically, with many more intelligent and high-tech facilities on the streets!

In the sky, a helium airship is flying along a predetermined path, with a giant display screen on the airship updating weather information in real time.

Occasionally, you can see quadcopter drones carrying goods and marked with EMS logos flying quickly overhead, delivering the goods to designated locations.

There are also many intelligent robots on the streets, with various functions working diligently to maintain the city's sanitation.

The most eye-catching building is a skyscraper in the city center. It is so tall that it makes people wonder if it is a Tower of Babel!

"What a magnificent city!"

Mayor Daer, visiting Shangqiu for the first time, remarked with a touch of感慨, "No wonder the media always sings praises of this city of hope; at least a third of the newspapers are about Shangqiu."

Compared to this place, Krobel is far behind; there is still a long way to go!

However, this experience in Shangqiu also gave him a glimpse into a direction for development, prompting him to learn from Shangqiu's experience.

"Ellie, your friend is here, right?"

"Ah..." In an instant, Ellie's fair face turned red, and her eyes began to dart away: "...Grandfather, what are you saying?"

"Hahaha..."

Mayor Doyle laughed. As Ellie's grandfather, how could he not care about his granddaughter? Of course he knew that she was getting close to a man from Shangqiu.

"Perfect timing, let's meet this young man."

Chapter 114 Peace Mission

Shangqiu Comprehensive Command Center.

At the holographic projection command table, a major general was in charge of directing the operation to annihilate the cult.

"Reporting to the Commander-in-Chief, the representatives of the Kingdom of Bel have arrived..."

Turning my head, I saw Princess Corliss, accompanied by Yuri, walking into the command center.

"Hello, Miss Corliss."

"Hello, Commander-in-Chief."

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, Princess Corliss took her seat at the back.

Soon after, Mayor Doyle and Ellie also entered the command center.

"Mayor Doyle, welcome."

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, the meeting got down to business, and the soldiers acted swiftly and efficiently.

At the large command table, the commander-in-chief gently tapped the surface, and instantly, as if in a scene from a science fiction movie, a map of the Kingdom of Bell was projected onto the transparent table.

"Our intelligence agents are using information provided by the Kingdom of Bel to conduct investigations. Our analysis has identified three locations suspected to be the cult's strongholds..."

Corliss's eyes widened slightly, her expression somewhat unusual, while Yuri beside her clenched her fists slightly.

If the Bel Kingdom, with its relatively good public security and stable political situation, is like this, then what must the Rebonian Empire, where reformers and nobles are fighting, and the seemingly united but actually deeply divided Republic of Calva be like?

"One place in Krobel..."

Mayor Doyle took a deep breath and remained silent, while Ellie beside him wore an angry expression.

She knew perfectly well that every branch of the cult was a den of evil, where countless children were murdered!

"We are currently in the final stages of the operation, and we expect to complete the operation in a month. Together with the Republic of Calva and the Rebonian Empire, we will launch a thunderous attack on the cult, uproot it, and completely eradicate this malignant tumor."

Corliss hesitated for a moment, then asked, "What about the children in the hands of the Order?"

"We will send people and do our best to save lives."

Corliss nodded. How many children could be saved depended on luck.

"Won't word get out between the Rebonian Empire and the Republic of Calva?" Mayor Doyle asked with some concern.

"We are unaware of that. According to the agreement, we only share intelligence... Shangqiu does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries..."

Although the rabbit's Beidou system has not yet been launched, it is still possible to remove the forces of the religious order within the Kingdom of Crobel and Bel.

"This time, the kingdom's intelligence agencies and military will also be operating together with Shangqiu."

"After more than a year of reorganization, the intelligence department of the Kingdom of Bell has resumed its functions," Corliss said earnestly.

Tap tap tap... Location... Shangqiu military airport...

Tap tap tap... Time... 2300...

Tap tap tap... Mission codename "Peace Mission"...

At the end of the runway, the multi-purpose tactical reconnaissance aircraft "Chongming" is conducting its final pre-flight checks.

Two PL-10 air-to-air missiles and two PL-15 missiles were mounted on the hardpoints under the wings as Chongming's self-defense weapons.

"Control tower... Control tower... This is Chongming... Requesting takeoff..."

"Local government authorization has been approved...flight approved...good luck..."

The pilot pushed the throttle valve, and the Chongming Bird rushed forward. The moment the landing gear left the ground, the pilot did not hesitate to activate AB mode. Instantly, 6-7 G forces pressed down on the pilot and the electronic warfare officer. Even with the general combat suit to cushion the impact, it was still somewhat uncomfortable.

Engaging afterburner immediately upon takeoff is a necessary test to simulate takeoff of aircraft after runway damage during wartime, in which case there is no opportunity to leisurely taxi on the runway.

The Chongming bird flew straight into the sky, and after climbing to 12000 meters, its ascent slowed down.

"Oriented Force Engine Activated..."

Wearing work gloves, the electronic warfare officer flipped a button, activating the small anti-gravity engine. Instantly, the machine felt lighter, as light as a feather.

"Altitude 18000, entering cruise mode..."

After the aircraft was leveled, the flames from the engine nozzles at the rear became more even, and Chongming flew at Mach 0.8 toward a location that appeared to be a cult stronghold.

Time passed second by second, and after crossing a large mountain, the multi-purpose tactical reconnaissance aircraft arrived over the target area.

"TARPS...Expand..."

Driven by the electric motor, the tactical aerial reconnaissance pod system under the fuselage deploys.

"System normal... Initiating reconnaissance..."

The TARPS pod's high-precision sensors, including front and side oblique optical sensors, vertical optical sensors, infrared imaging cameras, infrared scanners, in-phase array multi-frequency electronic support sensor panels, and imaging radar, began scanning the mountainous area below.

The mountain area was pitch black at night, but the low-light night vision device allowed us to clearly see the lush green plants. The vegetation was very dense, and there were many mountain streams and water sources, making it a beautiful place.

However, this is the area in the Kingdom of Bel where the most civilians have gone missing. Children also frequently disappear from the surrounding villages. The Shangqiu intelligence department analyzed the locations of children and civilians who have gone missing over the past ten years.

After connecting the locations of all the missing persons, draw a circle on the map, with this scenic area at the center.
