After Tony finished speaking, he immediately contacted Adam. In order not to affect other people's battles, the communicator was set so that a few people who were close to each other could share a temporary channel. If anything happened, they could call others to use the main channel.

“Those five guys are Thanos’s most trusted henchmen. There’s a big guy who uses an axe called Iron Axe. He’s just strong, so he’s not particularly special. Hulk, being that big, should be able to handle him. There’s also a guy who uses magic, one who’s wearing high-tech armor, one an assassin, and the last one I don’t know. I’ve never seen him, but I’ve noticed that the others are all very afraid of that guy.” Loki told Tony everything he knew without hesitation, and even used illusion magic to make the figures of the guys appear in his mind so Tony could take notes.

“In that case, I think Thor, Hulk, Doctor Who, Supergirl, and I can handle it.” Tony thought for a moment and said, “As for the rest of you, you should team up to take down these guys and then come help us.”

"You can decide for yourselves. I don't want to fight those people." Loki had been using illusions to conceal his true identity, just in case he failed, so of course he wouldn't fight Thanos's core members, as that would expose him.

"Suit yourself, but thank you for coming to help us anyway," Tony said calmly.

“Okay, let’s do it your way. Athena and I will go and deal with Thanos.” Adam said immediately after seeing the information.

"Oh right, I completely forgot about Athena. So, Thanos is in your hands now, just the two of you, Athena. We'll be the five of us to hold off Thanos's five minions."

Tony patted his head. He had subconsciously forgotten that Athena was behind the scenes and that they had such a magical expert on their side. However, since Adam said he would fight Thanos with Athena, he didn't say anything. After all, their real goal was to force Thanos to retreat. Of course, if possible, they could also kill Thanos directly.

"It seems I've been behind the scenes for too long; you've all forgotten about me," Athena said with a smile.

"Alright, Athena, are things settled on Earth?" Adam asked.

Athena had previously stayed on Earth to make some arrangements. Although many superheroes had already been left on Earth, to be honest, the truly powerful superheroes were all here. Adam hovered in mid-air, knowing Athena's location by watching the explosions and fireworks behind him. He used his heat rays to shoot down nearby enemies while waiting for Athena's arrival.

Meanwhile, Tony summoned the Hulk and Supergirl, and together with Thor, Doctor Who, and others, they broke through the encirclement of the middle-level enemies and rushed up to the upper space, where they saw three of the five people Loki had previously used illusions to show him.

"Yo yo yo, aren't these Earthlings? Why aren't you struggling down there, but running here instead?" The speaker was a man wearing a metallic bodysuit with his arms crossed, looking at Tony and the other five with a mocking expression. He said, "One, two, three, four, five, haha, you're not planning to take us on one-on-one, are you?"

“That’s right, we’re here to deal with you. Looks like you’re the weakest one here.” Tony glanced around and then looked at the man with a mocking tone. “Usually, only those with low strength try to prove themselves this way.”

"Kress, do you know him?" The tall man with the axe looked at the man who had spoken earlier with a puzzled expression and said, "How does he know you're the weakest one?"

"Shut up, Baines!" the man called Kress shouted angrily, "Since you're all courting death, I'll grant your wish!"

After Kress finished speaking, a flash of blue light appeared on his body, and a two-meter-tall mechanical armor materialized from the void, merging with the man as if he were another alien version of Iron Man.

"Hey buddy, who gave you permission to design this armor? Did you pay any patent fees?" Tony yelled. "Guys, enough talk, let's fight! Oh, and watch out for that damn assassin, I can't find him."

Seeing that the fight had begun, Hulk immediately targeted his opponent, the slightly mentally unstable axe-wielding man, and roared as they engaged in a brutal fight, exchanging punches and kicks without any finesse.

Chapter 458 The Final Battle Part 3

After the battle had been going on for more than ten minutes, Tony and the others realized they could not be held back any longer. They immediately split up, sending Tony, Supergirl, Thor, Hulk, and Doctor Who to deal with Thanos's five warriors, so that Adam could be freed up to fight Thanos.

They had just arrived at the platform in the upper space when they were blocked by three people. They couldn't agree on anything and started fighting after only a few words. Tony was responsible for dealing with Kress, who took the technology route, while Hulk faced off against Baines, the axe-wielding man who was clearly a strength-based opponent. The one with the spellbook was being watched by Doctor Who. As for the assassin hiding in the shadows and another guy whose identity was unknown, Supergirl and Thor would have to deal with them.

"Did you see the other two?" Thor asked the Supergirl next to him.

After using her super vision to observe her surroundings while hovering in mid-air, the Super Girl shook her head and said, "It seems the two of them aren't here. Let's continue."

Upon hearing this, Thor gripped Mjolnir tightly and strained his senses to detect any trace of enemies. He had no choice but to follow Supergirl forward. Now, they had an assassin watching them from the shadows, and another enemy whose identity they didn't even know. They had to be careful.

Just then, Supergirl's super hearing finally picked up a sound. After telling Thor to be careful, she immediately punched the air in front of her. Suddenly, a man dressed entirely in black appeared in the empty space in front of her. Well, the reason we say "man" is because he was flat-chested, so we'll assume he's male for now. This man appeared very suddenly not far from Thor, and was blocked in his path by Supergirl's fist.

"So you're the assassin. I'll deal with him." Supergirl withdrew her fist and said calmly.

"Alright, be careful." Thor knew there was another enemy lurking nearby, so he didn't argue with Supergirl. He simply nodded to her and spun his hammer away.

The assassin saw everything but said nothing. After all, it was good for him to leave. As for the one who was hiding, he was a monster. He wasn't worried that the guy who had just passed by could deal with him.

"It seems you have a lot of confidence in your friend?" Supergirl said calmly when she saw that the assassin did not stop Thor from leaving.

"I wouldn't dare call her brother, but I do have confidence in her abilities," the assassin said in a low, cold voice. "I think you're more worried about yourself."

The mirror magic of the guardian mages, including Doctor Who, has a charming characteristic: it is not easily destroyed. Anyone who enters the mirror space cannot destroy it. Chapter 459 The Final Battle

Thor walked alone on the top floor of Thanos's palace, using his senses to observe everything around him. Unfortunately, he couldn't find any trace of the last enemy. "Who are you?" Thor asked, puzzled. "Are you the guy who just attacked me?"

The masked man who emerged didn't speak. He extended his right hand, and a jet-black hammer-like weapon appeared in his hand. Then, he raised the weapon above his head, and a bolt of purple lightning suddenly appeared in the sky above him. As he pointed the hammer at Thor, the lightning struck the bewildered Thor directly.

Thor was truly dumbfounded. He initially thought the other person was a traitor from Asgard because their attire was similar to his own, but he never expected that the other person would pull out a hammer and then start summoning lightning. Thor was completely stunned. Was this Watt Hypni? This action looked so familiar. Then he was struck awake by purple lightning.

Although the purple lightning failed to harm him, the shockwave from the lightning strike sent him flying. After finally snapping out of his daze, he saw the black-faced man wielding his hammer, flying into the air and attempting to attack him.

Although Thor sincerely inquired, no one had the mercy to tell him the reason. Therefore, Thor could only begin his search for the enemy again, because he already knew that the black-faced man who had just appeared was definitely not one of Thanos's five generals. After all, he did not believe that the black-faced man could not possibly become one of the core generals of a cosmic overlord with the strength he had just displayed.

So Thor tightened his grip on Mjolnir and continued walking forward, thinking that if he found the guy hiding behind him and messing with him, he would definitely give him a good beating and let him know who he had angered.

"Thanos, I'm here," Adam said calmly.

"Is that so? Kryptonian, I've been waiting for you too. I didn't expect you to not only come by yourself, but also bring me two Infinity Stones." Thanos sat on his throne, his voice deep and full of authority, befitting a ruler who dominated a universe.

“That’s right, there are indeed three Infinity Stones on Earth, but unfortunately, none of them belong to you,” Adam said coldly.

"I see. The last Infinity Stone should be in your hands, right?" Thanos said to Adam. "If you hand over the Infinity Stone now, I might spare the lives of everyone here."

"We're not here to deliver anything to you, we're here to stop you," Adam said with a sneer.

Adam had already heard about the Infinity Stones from Star-Lord, so he had been paying attention to some news on Earth. He knew that there were three Infinity Stones on Earth: the Tesseract in his possession was the Space Stone, Doctor Who had the Time Stone, and Vision had the Mind Stone in his forehead. No wonder Thanos would come to Earth in person. A small planet like Earth actually hides three Infinity Stones. If others knew this, they would definitely come to Earth to fight for them.

Although Adam knows why Thanos came to Earth, he would definitely not be willing to hand over the three Infinity Stones. Not to mention that Thanos has already used the Space Stone as the energy source for his spaceship, the Mind Stone has become a part of Vision. Separating the Mind Stone would kill Vision, so Adam would not do that and would stop Thanos from doing so.
