After Adam finished speaking, he winked at Christine, signaling her to protect the area, and then soared into the sky, leaving the top floor of the building and chasing after the silver surfer in the distance!

Chapter 334 The Silver Surfer Has Been Caught

Because Dr. Reed activated the locator, the Silver Surfer attacked New York City, paralyzing the entire city's power system and turning a wedding into chaos. Adam, who was prepared, relentlessly pursued the Silver Surfer.

But Adam wasn't going to be caught so easily. He swayed slightly as he flew at high speed, dodging the Silver Surfer's outstretched arm, and punched it in the abdomen. With a loud thud, the Silver Surfer was punched into the water by Adam.

“I told you, you can’t escape!” Adam said calmly.

However, the silver surfer did not immediately emerge from the seabed, but continued to fly rapidly through the water, trying to evade Adam's pursuit by using the waterways. Adam saw this and snorted, then notified Percy Jackson.

"Hey, Aquaman, he's on your turf, don't let him get away!"

“Okay, now that guy’s in the sea, we won’t let him escape!” Percy Jackson chuckled.

When Adam left the wedding, Percy Jackson was also teleported into the sea by Christine. Based on the Silver Surfer's past performance, he would definitely run away immediately if he saw Adam chasing them, and if things didn't work out, he might escape by water. “However, they don’t seem to think so.” Adam glanced at Human Torch, who had come to his side, and asked, “Do you have any ideas, Aquaman?”

“Of course, don’t forget, I’m a magician!” Percy Jackson instantly accelerated and appeared in front of the Silver Surfer, saying, “Material energy can pass through, I’d like to see if you can pass through magical energy!”

“It’s all because of my sister. When he saw the locator, he got angry and crumpled Reed into a ball and threw him out.” Johnny shrugged and said, “I saw things were going wrong and immediately ran out, hehehe.”

"Okay, you guys really know how to have fun." Adam thought of Dr. Reed's superpowers and some strange, adult-themed thoughts suddenly flashed through his mind. He immediately cleared them from his mind and shuddered.

"Hey, has that guy been caught yet?" Johnny noticed the ripples on the sea and asked.

"Yes, that should be the case. With the Water Knight taking care of things, nothing will happen," Adam said calmly.

Sure enough, within seconds, Percy Jackson and the bound Silver Surfer surfaced together. Of course, the Silver Surfer wouldn't give up easily and kept struggling inside the magic energy ball, so Percy Jackson kept chanting incantations to prevent the guy from breaking free.

"You're really something, you finally caught this guy." Adam smiled slightly and said.

Percy Jackson didn't speak because he still needed to continue chanting the incantation. Instead, he gestured to Adam to watch his mouth. Adam was slightly taken aback when he saw this, but then realized that Percy Jackson was temporarily unable to speak because of the Silver Surfer's struggle. So he immediately contacted Athena and asked her to bring Christine here.

As for why Christine didn't come directly, it's because Christine's teleportation magic can only teleport her to places she's been before, and the place where she captured the Silver Surfer is completely unfamiliar, so Athena has to handle it.

Soon, Christine was sent to Adam's side by Athena. Seeing Percy Jackson struggling to maintain the magic while the silver surfer inside was constantly struggling, she immediately joined in. “Oh, I see. No wonder I’m so tired.” Star-Lord suddenly realized when he heard that a month had passed. “What we saw was a projection of Galactus’s clone. But because his power was so great, it distorted the flow of time in that area.”

"That's all I can think of for now, but thankfully the matter is resolved." Logan sighed and said, "Now all I want to do is get a good night's sleep."

"I see," Adam and the others nodded slightly.

"By the way, Mr. Logan just said that the matter is over?" Dr. Reed asked.

"Yes, we have to thank Star-Lord. Well, this is the guy. He's an adventurer from another galaxy, Transylvania, but his home planet is Earth. He used a treasure containing planetary energy." Adam introduced Star-Lord to everyone.

Star-Lord smiled slightly after hearing this and said, "Hey everyone, after all, I'm an Earthling. I came back as soon as I heard the news, and just happened to run into this kind of thing."

Tony looked at the expressions of Adam and the others and said, "You all seem very tired. Although this month is only a short time for your consciousness, your bodies have very honestly reflected your condition."

Inside the watchtower, in Adam and Christine's bedroom, Adam stood up refreshed, looked at Christine who was still sleeping in bed, sat down and gently kissed her, then went into the bathroom.

"Hey, how was your rest?" Tony asked after seeing Adam and Christine.

"It's alright. By the way, has the rest of you gotten up?" Adam asked.

"Not yet, Master. Would you like to have lunch?" Athena asked at this moment.

"Oh, is it already noon?" Christine asked.

"Well, you've rested for a day and a half now. As for the others, there's still no sign of them waking up. You all seem really exhausted," Tony shrugged after hearing Christine's words.

"Oh, I see. Athena, is there any lunch prepared?" Adam asked.

"Yes, it's Chinese food today. I called a century-old restaurant in Beijing and booked a table. It's already been delivered," Athena said immediately after hearing this.

“This was Tony’s idea.” Athena betrayed Tony without hesitation, saying, “When he was doing research here last time, he did the same thing every time: he would call a restaurant to order food, have them pack it up, and then have it delivered directly here.”
