On the second floor, in his office, Nick Fury slammed his fist on the table angrily, saying, "Ha! 'Study their abilities, thoroughly understand them, and control the threat!' What ambition, what a good idea! Ah, doesn't this idiot know that we gave him the mutant data to discourage him? Does this guy think he can deal with these troublesome mutants with just ordinary soldiers? Damn it, who contacted this guy? Tell him to report directly to the African branch when he gets back!"
