From Azkaban to Hogwarts.

In the Gryffindor common room, Fred and George woke up from their beds and looked at each other.
The regrowth of hair and eyebrows looked quite satisfactory, even tempting one to burn them again—but that was definitely not an option. Only students in good health could receive regrowth treatments for less important areas like hair from Madam Pomfrey, because many experts on spells believed that excessive application of spells to hair and eyebrows could cause them to refuse to grow back…
"You two can really sleep..." The roommate who was doing a test next to them waved to the two brothers, "Where are your test papers? I need to check them. Professor William will collect them for the next class."
"No, I didn't do it."
The two of them burst into proud laughter.
"Didn't do it? You're not—!"
The twins had been pretending to be good students for almost a year, and he had almost forgotten their previous attitude towards homework!
"Sorry, we're free now, at least for this month."
Fred beamed with delight.
"So, we're going to go to the kitchen and get something to eat—what do you want?"
George added smugly.
The two laughed heartily, not stopping even after receiving the answer. They continued laughing as they walked until they left the lounge, where their laughter was finally cut off by the portrait of the fat lady.
"These two guys..."
Fighting for the honor of the academy is one thing, but not beating them up is just too unfair!
Although the professor said that fifth graders could go back to the lounge to rest, what good would that do? Which professor doesn't assign a huge amount of homework? With so much homework on their shoulders, who can sleep for most of the afternoon like a pair of twins?
While the two were sleeping, the other students were still doing their homework!
Anyway, the two of them had been playing pranks for five years, and everyone was used to it. So, as soon as the idea of playing a prank on them was proposed, the other students immediately became excited.
-
"The next duelists are Percy Weasley and Penelope Crivá!"
The students around the campfire cheered again—although the outdoor barbecue was already fun, who could resist more fun?
The prefects of several houses met and asked the professors to hold a small duel in the center of the campfire, which Professor McGonagall readily agreed to.
Perhaps because they had been spectators for a long time during the day and hadn't had enough of the trials, there were so many people signing up that they had to split into two groups. Fortunately, there were enough professors barbecuing with us today, so we didn't have to worry about anything happening to the students.
Taking advantage of the fact that the two seventh-year prefects were on stage and the professors' attention was drawn to them, William jogged away from the professors' campfire and slipped over to Hufflepuff House. After bypassing a few small fires, he found Adams, who had arrived long ago.
Wow, there's corn too!
William ruthlessly snatched the freshly roasted vegetables and, without any hesitation, began to taste them for both sweet and salty flavors.
Hmm, there must have been a layer of honey brushed on top, the taste is just right—you can always trust Hufflepuff's cooking skills.
"They were secretly planted in a corner of the greenhouse—don't make a fuss, there aren't many."
Adams whispered to himself, then began instructing the students to make some chocolate sauce.
"I'll go get some more from the greenhouse. Is there anything else you'd like to eat?"
He asked the students around him in a low voice, then crouched down and disappeared into the night.
Fortunately, William is no longer a novice teacher; he has taught many students.
"Corey, could you pass me that onion head over there?"
"Please wait over there for a moment, I'll bake it and bring it over, Professor."
Although Corey's words sounded nice, judging from the way he sat by the fire fiddling with things, the boy clearly thought that others would ruin the food.
However, William wasn't very confident in his own cooking skills, so he simply watched the duel performance over there.
The duel between the two seventh-year prefects was quite an art form. Because he was busy eating corn, William watched the duel, and the two were already fighting quite evenly—well, it was quite a spectacle.
It was lively, but not intense at all.
Because the two of them didn't use any offensive spells at all; they were practically dueling with polymorph spells.
When Percy's spell was casually thrown out, it would explode and fall to the ground upon hitting Penelope's armor spell, turning into a field of flowers. Penelope's spell, on the other hand, would turn into a golden bird when it hit Percy's armor spell.
After a few minutes of their duel, the surrounding land had become a sea of flowers, and hundreds of shimmering birds filled the air. It looked as if the two were playing some kind of decorative game rather than actually fighting.
If anyone else were doing this, William would probably have stopped them, but Percy had worked hard all day and wanted to try something fancy, so William couldn't be bothered.
But some people still called for a halt.
Professor Flitwick stood up chuckled. "The duel is over! Criva wins, Weasley loses!"
Percy is doomed…
William immediately realized this, and the roasted corn in his hand suddenly tasted even sweeter.
"A very ingenious spell, Kriva's idea is excellent."
Professor Flitwick chuckled and shook his wand. The decorative birds were instantly gathered and then slammed down on Percy with the wand. They quickly broke through Percy's armor charm and then pecked at his legs and arms.
'Serves him right... doing this in front of the dean and other grade leaders...'
William felt no pity for his student; in fact, he wanted to laugh.
"Professor, your onions are roasted. If they're not spicy enough, I have some chili powder here!"
No one in Hufflepuff was paying attention to the duel over there. The students even pulled out fish from somewhere and were happily grilling them over a fire.
"Did the little fairy not send any fish?"
"No, Professor, but Selma and a few students just captured quite a few from Black Lake!"
The enthusiastic Hufflepuffs happily vouched for the freshness of the ingredients, while the culprit, Selma, cheerfully waved to a few younger students, indicating that it was their duty.
Okay, the fish in the Black Lake…
Wait a minute! Aren't the fifth graders supposed to be resting at home?
Logically, the cafeteria should have prepared a separate meal for them!
"We secretly invited them over; we can't miss a single one of them at the barbecue party!"
The Hufflepuffs around him spoke with serious expressions.
Why are you telling me this?! I'm a professor! Is it okay to talk about violations like this?
-
"We're back with food!"
Before the twins even entered the lounge, they announced it in a loud voice.
"By the way, I have some good news for everyone!"
Fred climbed behind George and announced excitedly as soon as he landed.
"Don't be in such a hurry—we've already eaten in the kitchen!"
As he watched his basket being snatched away, George not only didn't stop them, but also happily let go and watched them. However, for some reason, he felt that something was wrong.
I said…
Before they could finish speaking, they discovered that the student standing in the front row had cast a head-bubbling spell on them.
Realizing something was wrong, the two brothers quickly drew their wands, but six or seven disarming spells struck them directly, followed by a bunch of things they were all too familiar with—balls of dung.
"This is a public lounge, are you guys crazy?"
Despair filled their eyes—it was just a few laughs, why are you making such a fuss?
After a long while, the two desperate brothers were finally allowed to pick up their wands and find an empty room to cast a head-bubbling charm on themselves.
"What's the good news?!"
As they fled in a sorry state, the others asked them questions with amusement.
"You just wait!" the two shouted as they fled the scene. "Professor McGonagall has the rest of the people outside having a bonfire party, so the castle will be unattended for at least three more hours! The fifth-year Slytherins probably don't even know!"
-
"Bell peppers!"
"mushroom!"
"... "
Adams placed the vegetables one by one, leading William to suspect that a corner of the greenhouse had definitely been expanded and transformed into a vegetable garden by a traceless expansion spell.
However, this did not affect his appetite at all, especially since the Hufflepuff students could concoct all sorts of strange and wonderful seasonings, and their control over the heat was better than that of the other houses—this was completely comparable; the Slytherin students had burned a whole bunch of their ingredients…
Just as he was happily enjoying the free food and drinks, Lupin secretly slipped over as well.
As Lupin walked along, the students suddenly became nervous. Some of the fifth-grade students sitting around even secretly slipped away to other small campfires, trying to avoid Lupin.
Professors are not all the same. Professor Lupin, a Gryffindor alumnus, may not assign much homework or give many exams, but he wouldn't dare to come and try to get involved in minor violations like this.
William didn't notice this; he just suddenly felt that Lupin was more in line with the situation described in the documents—he knew it! How could so many students who were put in solitary confinement back then not find a place to eat good food?
"A serving of bell peppers, Professor Lupin, please."
William handed him a bunch of vegetables and then used a simple transmutation spell to make a seat for Lupin.
"Hmm, it looks pretty good."
Lupin accepted it without hesitation and then handed a letter to William.
letter?
William paused for a moment, then used magic to clean the oil stains off his hands and began to look at it by the firelight.
[...
I have no idea where to begin... This is much more difficult than the Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts. Hogwarts is large enough, but it still has boundaries. I have absolutely no idea how to locate the missing people...
Don't laugh, but we were almost splashed with excrement—not just large balls, but the real kind… because they suspected we were after their land…
…]
"us?"
William paused for a moment, then read on and realized that his former cellmate had been bailed out by Sirius Black…
'They seem to be getting along well…'
William continued reading until the end of the letter.
